17/08/2025: Compared to a few years ago, the quality of the food and service has deteriorated dramatically! It took over half an hour for a drink order to be taken. The waiters were rushing around with plates and couldn't find tables; when the right table was found, the food was cold. But the white wine was warm. My pasta had sand and small pieces of mussel shell in it. Furthermore, the music on the speakers was so loud that I couldn't hear a word I was saying. The current owner has probably changed, and unfortunately it shows. On a scale of 0 to 10, I'd give it a minus of 5. Not recommended!

16/08/2025: A great location. The second antipasto in saor was delicious and plentiful, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We had to ask for the mixed fried fish after almost an hour, and we waited another 15-20 minutes. It's a shame about the disorganization and lack of professionalism of the staff. The dining room organization needs a complete overhaul. Waiters wander around looking for tables, bringing the wrong dishes, and giving unpleasant answers. I don't recommend it.

09/08/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED! The service staff were unfriendly, and then they charged €10 for the "service." Absolutely disgusting. I would never go there again!

18/07/2025: The young bartender is lazy and doesn't even want to tell you about the pastries/croissants he has. Plus, the price he charged us was higher than what we spent the day before for the same things, served by an even nicer lady. HUH

19/06/2025: Pour notre excursion sur les îles murano et burano, nous sommes allés sur la petite île de Torcello à l'heure du repas..... en 15 mn nous sommes sorti de burano (très beau, mais archi bondée d'astragrammeurs) pour un Havre de paix et de calme à l'image de l'ancien monastère. En marchant depuis le bateau nous nous somme arrêtés par hasard dans la terrasse de ce restaurant. Nous avons commandé 2 plats et une bouteille d'eau pétillante pour 48 €. Tout était parfait et la terrasse aérée par un petit vent nous a permis de nous reposer un peu loin de l'agitation

16/06/2025: Au départ de la sérénissime, nous nous sommes rendus sur l’île de Torcello. Il n’y a certes pas énormément de choses à visiter sur cette minuscule île mais celle-ci vaut à tout le moins le détour pur ́l’un de ses restaurants, l’Osteria Al Ponte del Diavolo. Une cuisine raffinée, sur une très belle terrasse. Qui plus est, le patron parle très bien le français. A essayer !

23/07/2025: I'm currently a guest at the associated hotel, and after just three days, I can already say: Great! If you're looking for some peace and quiet and good food in an upscale setting away from the nearby campsite, this is the place for you. Exceptional and excellent cuisine. The service is absolutely first-class. Fast service, super friendly. No reservation necessary, even in peak season. Only the mosquitoes somewhat spoil the experience, but you can also eat inside in the air-conditioned dining room. Keep up the good work!

31/05/2025: Buena ubicación, servicio al cliente de basura. Tuvimos que esperar casi 30 minutos para una pizza sencilla porque el chef la quemó, nos sentimos ignorados por nuestro camarero, tanto que perdimos nuestro último tren a casa porque tardaron mucho en sacar el pago. Para nada impresionado.

04/08/2025: We ate for two. I had farfalle with salmon, stew with baked potatoes. The farfalle lacked any salmon flavor. The stew was good. The baked potatoes were sold out, and the option I chose was grilled vegetables, but I didn't eat them because they were barely seared, therefore raw.

24/07/2025: Not tasty at all. The grilled salmon was served without any side dish, and they didn’t even ask if we wanted vegetables or something with it. I ordered grilled octopus with potato purée – it had a burnt taste and made me feel so sick I sent it back to the kitchen. Find another restaurant!

11/07/2025: We're sadly disappointed after yesterday's visit. The restaurant looks appealing from the outside, as does the menu. However, the service is not good at all, or even completely nonexistent. We ordered seafood, but the appropriate cutlery wasn't brought, and the damp napkins were missing. No one checks to see if everything is OK or if we need anything. I wouldn't recommend it.

05/08/2025: Excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price (all-you-can-eat buffet). The welcome and quality of service are excellent with a splendid view. I highly recommend it.

31/07/2025: I don't know the hotel, but the restaurant area by the water is very pleasant. The waiters are friendly and helpful. The dishes chosen were impeccable.

09/05/2025: Cicchetti's were great but service was awful. Down right nasty at certain points. They did not bring 2 items to the table that had purchased. Find another place.

08/08/2025: The place certainly has its charm: nestled between the mouth of the Piave River and the sea, with an uninhabited island in front... The sun sets gently and swans ply the water. You'd say wow! No! The outdoor tables are awful; placed on gravel, mosquitoes are insidious, and as a deterrent, there are leftover mosquito coils. Moving inside solves the mosquito problem, but it's hot. The food is presented in a very sad, careless way, and the quality doesn't match the prices, which aren't exactly trattoria-like. Spaghetti with clams: a total failure. White pasta with tiny clams. Stewed cuttlefish... woody. Leaving aside the fact that the place is truly old-fashioned, it's acceptable if you offer good, authentic food that also conveys a passion for catering that seems to have lasted for years. Tried, but not recommended.

14/07/2025: Truly excellent pizza, light dough, top-quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The desserts were a surprise, not the usual standard selection...in particular, I'd say just thinking about the raspberry charlotte makes me lick my lips, I swear. Overall, the menu is varied and interesting, and even the restaurant dishes (seen and commented favorably by others at the table) are truly delicious and well-made. Plus, for those who appreciate them, there's a selection of gourmet chili oils...I've never had Carolina Reaper or Habanero Chocolate on pizza before! :) Excellent location, just steps from the beach and the main street. Modern place, professional and friendly staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner: a friendly, passionate, and very helpful person. You can tell he really cares about the quality and smooth running of the place. Definitely worth a try.
