New management, a fun and light-hearted French vibe. They pay great attention to their customers and ensure their well-being. Simple, carefully prepared dishes, even if a little different, good wine, excellent aperitifs. Beautiful terrace, almost in the shadow of Ca' Foscari.

The food was very good, although the spaghetti main course was a bit small. However, the sole, the salad with peas, and the homemade liver pâté were excellent and plentiful! Sitting outside without any stress or hustle and bustle was wonderful!

Absolutely what you want to eat in Venezia - and perfectly cooked vegetables at last. Wonderful, attentive staff, calm interiors, delicious food. We can only give it 5/5. Stupendo!!!

Cucina Da Gigetto

12/08/2026: Every year we go on holiday to Sottomarina, and when I go to the dam we have lunch or dinner at Gigetto, everything is delicious and of good quality, and good prices, you can't give more than 5 stars, but for me it deserves 100 stars 😀
09/08/2026: Super Catalan cuisine from "Cucina da Gigetto" is mouth-watering! It's beautifully choreographed, but above all, it features plenty of shellfish, fruit, and vegetables to devour. The spaghetti with bibarasse is also delicious, well-creamed and al dente. The chef clearly works with passion and dedication. The place is a bit dated, although much work has been done, such as new windows and a roof. Attentive and friendly service, without too many frills. Parking is available in the shade in the middle of the sandbank! (Free if you eat at the restaurant) See you soon—oh, I forgot about the relaxing sea view!
