01/02/2026: Very nice place. Impeccable service. Very kind and helpful staff. The beef steak with arugula and parmesan was delicious. The chocolate cake with delicious ice cream. They were very kind to offer us limoncello.

07/01/2026: One of the waiters is rude and tried to charge us for water even though we had clearly said we only wanted coke. The water was unopened and he tried to argue and gave us attitude. Rest of the staff was fine. Pizza was not great though, tourist trap !

22/08/2025: Today we decided to celebrate our anniversary with a seafood dinner at a small, renowned restaurant, the Sovrano. It's an intimate and meticulously maintained restaurant. Chef Franco presented us with the day's specials, and they were so extensive and mouthwatering that we struggled to choose. His wife, Alessandra, manages the dining room with care and professionalism. She looked after us impeccably. We chose the red prawn tartare, the swordfish Catalana, and mixed boiled meats as appetizers, all delicious and beautifully plated. Then came the spaghetti with scampi alla busara and a classic spaghetti with veraci. To finish, a dessert of mascarpone cream with amaretti biscuits. The accompanying Sauvignon Blanc was very good. All in all, an excellent experience. Recommended.

26/10/2025: A small but clean and well-equipped campsite. The Maxi campsites are superbly equipped, considering their price range. The location is near the beach, absolutely perfect. Since we're there for a beach holiday, we don't need a pool or tennis court. Within walking distance are two grocery stores, the Grand Bazaar with everything you might have forgotten at home, a butcher with a huge selection, and numerous restaurants. One of them is right near the beach with a great atmosphere and a super friendly owner. All in all, exactly why we go to Italy. And to all those who complain about the value for money... there are plenty of large campsites in the immediate vicinity. But you also pay double for all the bells and whistles. The only thing we're missing is free Wi-Fi.

04/10/2025: Nice little campsite to relax. Unfortunately, the trees were being trimmed in April, so there was no shade, but otherwise it's fine! The beach is less than 5 minutes away, Restaurant Klaus is less than 3 minutes away, and a supermarket is about 10 minutes away on foot.

27/04/2025: Pedimos un spritz, pero no sabía a alcohol. En el tablero de menús se listaron los precios de cicchetti que iban desde 2 . 5 a 6. 5 euros, pero no estaba claro cuánto costaba cada artículo en concreto. Nos cobraron 3. 5 euros cada uno para los cicchetti ordinarios con queso, que se sentía sobreprecio. Al llegar a Venecia después de unas vacaciones en París, estos cicchetti no me parecieron nada especial, y para piezas tan pequeñas de queso común, 3. 5 euros es muy caro. Como mencioné, el spritz también fue decepcionante, sabía como si no tuviera alcohol en absoluto. Decepcionante.

27/04/2025: Excelente. ¡He estado dos veces! Aperol y pequeño aperitivo cichetti - probado Pancetta, Burrata y Baccalà. ¡Muy bien! Lo recomendaría.

02/08/2025: A renowned restaurant, coinciding with the Santo Stefano Fair, we thought we were on the safe side. A total disappointment. 2 first courses, 1 mixed fried dish, 1 French fries (served in disposable plastic), 1 dessert (frozen, so you could fold it), 2 glasses of wine and 1 water (we charged 2...). €85.00... The owners are the ones who really make a feast.

03/07/2025: Fanio is a historic, renowned venue, and deserves its fame. The food is very good, the service punctual and attentive, and the atmosphere is informal, clean, and spacious. Taxi14 Portogruaro recommends it.

26/01/2026: The restaurant is nice; we had lunch there, and it wasn't bad. The lady who came to take our order was rude. If I order one dish and the person sitting next to me orders a different dish, why does the waitress insist we both have to eat the same thing? I order what I want, and the other person gets what they want. She insisted we order the same dishes for the first course, second course, and side dish. I don't know if we'll go again because I don't want to be stressed out, at least when we go to eat, since we don't have much time.

27/12/2025: We arrived at 12:30 and finished at 2:30 for an appetizer and a prawn first course, served by those who hadn't eaten the first course. The service took a very long time, and the spaghetti alla busara wasn't very exciting. It's a shame because it had always been good in previous years. I wouldn't recommend it now. The wait staff was friendly.

16/09/2025: Qualified and attentive staff, they go out of their way to serve their customers, always with a smile. Excellent food, generous portions! The location adds a priceless touch!

13/09/2025: The restaurant was totally empty. We wanted to have just drinks by the sea. But we were told that the tables (all empty) are only for those who eat.

18/10/2025: Excellent products, from breakfast to desserts, the wide selection of pastries and the excellent quality make it a must-try. The staff is simply exceptional; all the girls are always smiling and ready to offer advice on desserts. Their kindness and friendliness will definitely start your day off right. P.S. The pistachio cream they make is DELICIOUS!!!

12/09/2025: Decent pastry shop if it weren't for the rude brunette girl at the counter, to say the least, after waiting 5 minutes for the bill, she made a mistake in making the receipt by putting an extra cappuccino on three things ordered, never mind... but as soon as we pointed it out to her she got annoyed saying that it was right, unfortunately she admitted the mistake through gritted teeth shaking her head as if we were poor imbeciles and not even apologizing, it's not a question of 1 €, it's a question of principle and knowing how to behave with people, given that it's her job, zero rating!

03/02/2026: I can only speak about the restaurant itself. The location is exceptionally beautiful, the food is good and expensive, and we always enjoyed coming here. That's why we made a reservation months in advance for my milestone birthday in the summer. We exchanged several emails confirming that a particularly lovely table would be set for us, right by the water. When we arrived, however, the staff was very unfriendly – ​​they claimed the restaurant was full and we hadn't made a reservation, nor had they arranged parking for us; it was our fault. Only after a snarky exchange and me showing them the emails did they finally get a table and, with gritted teeth, squeeze us in somewhere in the back among others. The service was also inattentive. They made us feel like we should pay quickly and leave. The food was mediocre; it used to be better. It completely ruined my birthday. It's certainly not a bad restaurant, but unfortunately, I won't be going back. Of course, forgetting things can happen, but to be treated like that as a paying customer is unacceptable.

15/09/2025: We visited the restaurant, which is beautifully situated and well-developed on the lagoon. Surprisingly, a reservation wasn't necessary, which we were very pleased about. Occasionally, a ferry docks at the pier right next door. There's a large paid parking lot. A beautiful sunset is a specialty here. Freshly caught fish is relatively expensive at €100 per kg. This also applies to starters and main courses, which are good but nothing exceptional. The service was very friendly but relatively clueless when it came to wine recommendations. Overall, it was good, but the value for money is better at many other restaurants nearby.

17/01/2026: We've been here twice now, and I can confirm that the pizza is very good! Simple but tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet, so you can have a relaxed chat. Plus, it's not far from the center, so you can take a nice walk to work off the calories. 😉

08/10/2025: The atmosphere is a bit anonymous. Breakfast isn't much of a highlight during the summer months. If they organized aperitifs or added a bit of liveliness, it would be a huge success. Unfortunately, it's a bit "dead."

07/09/2025: A restaurant with great potential, but it's run very poorly. The menu is truly basic, the staff is disorganized and wanders around looking for a table, dishes get lost, the manager loudly scolds the waiters, and the prices are high and definitely not justified for the quality/quantity. Highly not recommended, a shame because the location is fantastic. We'll be back, perhaps when the management changes.

10/11/2025: The coffee is good, the croissants excellent. But for me, the place is too chaotic. So many people sit there for hours at the tables that I rarely go there so as not to wait for both breakfast and to pay at the register. Furthermore, regulars get priority even if they arrive later.
