18/03/2025: I placed an order at home and received half empty pizzas, topped with raw and low quality ingredients. Very bad experience.

29/09/2024: Mala experiencia. El camarero no quería estar allí. No se comprometió, así que pensamos que era una barrera lingüística. Quizá. Tal vez no. Pedimos el atún. Llegó frío. Lo enviamos de vuelta y fue recalentado y no comestible. El camarero no podía descuidarse. Decidimos pagar e irnos. Para ser justos con la camarera, ella sacó el atún de la cuenta, pero agregaron postres que no habíamos pedido o comido! ¡No pudimos salir lo suficientemente rápido y aún así costó 76€! El comedor interior tiene una iluminación terriblemente brillante y también es la sala de desayunos del hotel. La terraza exterior se ve mal con una alfombra de entrada sucia y parecía muy desordenado cuando llegamos. Las fotos en la página web son quizás cuando abrió por primera vez (? ) y no hay manera de que recomendaría este lugar como 4 estrellas. La camarera era muy agradable y se esforzó al máximo para corregir nuestra experiencia.

29/09/2024: Primero la mejor parte: La vista sobre la laguna desde la terraza es impresionante, y este debería ser un gran lugar para tomar una copa o incluso un simple almuerzo. Sin embargo, cenar en el “comedor”, que es la mitad de la sala de desayunos del hotel, es una experiencia diferente. Ahora entendemos por qué no hay fotos de esta habitación en su acogedor sitio web. Ahora a la comida y el servicio: Buena bienvenida, pero nuestro camarero estaba desinteresado y el menú poco inspirado. Tenía un pescado a la parrilla OK servido tradicionalmente, nada como la presentación tentadora en las imágenes del sitio web. Esperábamos una buena experiencia después de todas las otras cenas encantadoras que tuvimos en Lido, pero nos fuimos abrumados.

20/02/2025: I recently discovered this takeaway pizzeria which exceeded my expectations. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite: the fresh mozzarella and the juicy tomato make the pizza truly unforgettable. I tried the Margherita, and the flavor combination was perfect, with a thin, crunchy base. The staff was extremely courteous and punctual, making sure my order was ready on time. Another positive aspect is the variety of the menu: there are options for all tastes, including vegetarian pizzas. Furthermore, the portions are generous and the price is very reasonable. Ultimately, this pizzeria made my evenings at home much tastier and I will definitely be back for another order.

02/01/2025: Crostoli nbr ONE. Super pizza. Cason is a guarantee for genuine food done with care. Many locals keep on dining here over the years. A place we love.

09/11/2024: potendo usufruire di alloggio al Lido ho frequentato questo locale diverse volte con discreta soddisfazione riguardo al cibo. In Agosto abbiamo prenotato due tavolate e, mentre la prima è stata servita in tempi medio-lunghi, la seconda ha aspettato oltre 90 minuti. Ritenendolo un incidente siamo tornati in ottobre, abbiamo ordinato quasi subito chiedendo acqua e vino e ordinando degli antipasti e dei secondi di carne.Il vino non è mai arrivato, dopo oltre un'ora ci siamo lamentati e ci hanno detto di pazientare perchè il cuoco stava male. Dopo altre proteste sono arrivati due filetti e quando abbiamo chiesto degli antipasti ci è stato detto: "perchè, non ve li hanno portati?". Siamo usciti, come già avevano fatto altri avventori, senza scuse e atteggiamento scocciato

12/04/2025: Sat at 2 to order drinks and a pizza to share by because all 4 people weren’t going to eat we were asked to leave. It wasn’t full. Very strange.

06/04/2025: We were undecided where to have lunch and the Romanian waitress posting the menu invited us so nicely inside that we said yes and we're very glad for it. Had tagliatelle with lamb, tagliatelle alla gorgonzola and arugula, penne al ragu and pizza quattro formagi and all were absolutely delicios. Also served an excellent cappucino and Aperol Spritz. The restauran has delicious food at fair prices compared to surrounding restaurants. Service was excellent - very helpful and nice cameriera. It was an excellent choice, definitely recommended!!!

31/10/2024: We stopped at this restaurant because it was one of the few open. We all got pizza and were disgusted as the mozzarella was sour and this gave a horrible taste to the pizza. Total crap! The staff were kind but too inattentive, always on their cell phones. They brought us dessert without bringing cutlery. Absurd prices, a coke €3.5/4. Never again! Check the deadlines!!!!

29/10/2024: I appreciated the service and courtesy of the staff; however, the food did not satisfy me. I found the fried fish heavy and difficult to digest.

16/03/2025: I leave one star because 0 cannot be left.... Booked dinner for 2 for 7.30pm. The place was quite empty at that time, it started to fill up after 8pm 7.40pm we order 2 appetizers and 2 fries At 8.20pm here, after 40 minutes the starters arrive and then nothing. Very cold place, the only pellet that could be seen was off. At 9pm, still hungry and very cold, we left. Waiters who turned the tables with the very few dishes that came out of the kitchen because they didn't know how to bring them... in the room where we were unfortunately almost no one ate because nothing arrived. As a trader I can imagine there was some technical problem, but then don't fill your restaurant by making a fool of yourself. Only the rather embarrassed waitress at the register apologized to us. Too bad we won't be going back again and I won't recommend it like I used to. 2 appetizers whose doses have become increasingly smaller over time, 2 bottles of water which we left almost entire because we didn't eat almost anything 49.00 euros I would start to reevaluate more things if I were them.

31/03/2025: Overall nothing to say as the piadina is served very quickly, clean environment. The only flaw is the lack of seasoning: a few months ago the piadinas, given the high cost, were well seasoned, but this time I took an Emilia and was very disappointed, because the salad couldn't even be seen with a telescope. You could only see a little bit of ham, I barely realized there was a tomato and so I failed this time. I'll try another time but if it continues like this I'll go to McDonald's across the street. 😀

25/03/2025: Taking note that in this case I did not immediately express myself by specifying everything, I found myself dealing with a truly disrespectful saleswoman. I ordered two salty piadinas and also two portions of chips. The saleswoman, obviously with a grumpy and really irritated face, takes my order and starts making it. When the order was delivered, I advised her that I forgot to ask her that I wanted it to take away, so if she could give me a little bag. She took the chips and threw them upside down in the bag, I don't know how she threw the piadinas since I didn't see well. I am truly disappointed by how she behaved towards me, the experience I had was terrible so much so that I am even in doubt about returning to this piadina shop and, being a worker at Nave de Véro, I used to go there often. Now it will start to happen less. I have already sent a review to the piadineria directly through the receipt and I really hope that they take action against this disrespectful, careless and truly rude saleswoman.

03/12/2024: Waiter didn’t not come even, I waited 30 mins to do order. If u wanna ask about menu or drinks you need to find weiter and tell it personally. For 40 mins nobody came to me even to ask if I want another round. I should to find a waiter to ask about bill. Music and aperol were nice, but not service. Thank you that I came to another place to have something for food 🫶🏻
