When we treat ourselves to a few days at the beach, we already know that Da Gigetto is a must-visit! Excellent quality fish, and the owners and staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming! My favorite dish? The boiled fish...and the sardines in saor...and the fried fish...and the fried scallops with polenta...and the desserts: everything is delicious, everything is special! Thank you all at Da Gigetto!

A mixed experience at our first dinner. The restaurant has a fantastic location, with a walkway directly to the beach, but we felt the space's potential wasn't fully utilized. • Food and Preparation: The service was strangely fast—dishes were on the table in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this confirmed our suspicion: the food seemed to have been merely reheated and not freshly made, as it arrived lukewarm. We would have preferred to wait 20 minutes for a freshly prepared meal, which would have given the experience a different quality. • Service: Communication was the challenge of the evening! Even speaking five languages ​​(English, German, Portuguese, French, and Spanish), it was difficult to understand the staff. However, we took it with humor and it ended up being the most fun part of the dinner. In short: excellent location and hardworking staff (although with language barriers), but the kitchen needs to focus on freshly made dishes instead of just reheated ones.

Title: Pure folklore, 5 stars for the ultimate experience! I wanted folklore and I found it. Booked for 9 people at Easter. Their phone must be just a decorative feature, since no one answers (to let them know we're late). We arrive at 12:15, 15 minutes late, and the table is a mirage: reassigned. The touch of class? When I asked them to remember my last name (for this review), they asked me if I was threatening them: they're probably used to receiving threats, given the service! What can I say? 5 stars because my folkloric expectations were far exceeded. I hope they read this... always with high expectations!
