Pizzeria Fuoco Antico In Chioggia

07/06/2026: Amazing - everything we hoped it would be and more. Food was delicious and the service and atmosphere top notch. 10/10 must do in Venice.

07/06/2026: I returned to Venice last Thursday to go to Harry's Bar, undoubtedly one of the most famous bars in the world. I'd never been there before and absolutely had to! I booked a table the week before and, as agreed, I was finally there at 12:30. The atmosphere was beautiful, elegant yet discreet, with wood paneling, closely spaced tables, waiters in white jackets, and a service considered an essential part of its legend. The attached photos show the dishes I ordered, and the Bellini cocktail was a must. The food was excellent, and the tagliolini au gratin with prosciutto were spectacular! Those alone were worth the trip. The waiters were extremely kind and helpful in recommending dishes. I already had my eye on the carpaccio with their secret Cipriani sauce, and I was torn between the tagliolini and the risotto. So I asked the waiter for advice, and he told me they were both excellent, but he preferred the pasta. So, thanks to him, I decided to order them. At the end of lunch, I thank him and ask for the bill, and to my surprise, I even get a 20% discount "VOCE AMICA SCONTO INCOND.". How wonderful, I left my heart there... I'll be back next fall.
