21/07/2026: Unfortunately, this restaurant is overrated; the food was only average, and the service was unmotivated. The waterfront location is beautiful, but unfortunately, it was very crowded. It doesn't live up to the expectations of a 4.7 rating on Google.

09/05/2026: We visited with a reservation. While we were able to get in without a reservation if the timing was right, a reservation is recommended if you want to be sure to get a table. The drink menu has a wide variety of white and red wines by the glass. The food was, of course, very satisfying!!! The "FISH OF THE DAY" appetizer, in particular, is fantastic with its assortment of various dishes; you should definitely order it! Also, the octopus was incredibly tender, unlike anything I've ever tasted, and had a deep, rich flavor. Even though we're not fluent in English, the staff explained the dishes very politely and clearly, for which we are very grateful. Thank you very much.

03/07/2026: A wonderful surprise! I stopped at Di Rocco for a quick lunch on a hectic workday, and it turned my day around. I tasted an exquisite risotto, cooked to perfection: a dish I absolutely must try again. The restaurant is splendid and elegant (in Noale, near the Rocca), and the service was impeccable, professional, and discreet. It will be a pleasure to return.

09/07/2026: Kind and fast staff, nice place but it doesn't help to have a nice place and good staff if the food doesn't match everything I ordered gnocchi with sausage and arugula puree on the plate 16 pieces of gnocchi but it can also be there but then we ask. a caprese that had nothing of caprese I wonder why you write caprese and you don't even know how to make it? Disappointed, I paid €69 and came back hungry. I won't return it at all. Since I can't respond to the owner's comment, I'll edit the post and tell him that the 6 cherry tomatoes were supposedly fresh but were actually reheated. I suspect he doesn't know what fresh tomatoes mean, and I emphasize, he doesn't know what a caprese is. I added buffalo mozzarella; the milk drips when you cut it. It shouldn't be served cold from the fridge, but immersed in warm water to enhance the flavor. I also accept the negative criticisms, which are useful for growing. The plates were empty because there were 6 cherry tomatoes and a mozzarella. The gnocchi were €16. He's not talking to someone who doesn't cook, but to someone who creates the products we eat.

11/07/2026: Excellent place, attentive and professional service, the food is very good, the price is reasonable, I recommend it, the only flaw in my opinion are the desserts, €10 for a small glass with tiramisu inside (good for goodness sake) is too much.

05/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was very friendly, and the staff even spoke excellent German. A huge compliment to the chef as well; I've rarely had such a good schnitzel, even in Germany. The beef fillet was also incredibly delicious. One tip: for the steak, order a platter like the one used for the schnitzel; the red plate doesn't present the meat as well.

05/07/2026: The food was average, but the service was friendly and welcoming. We were able to watch the football match, which was a nice bonus and made the experience more enjoyable. Personally, I think the 4.5 rating is a bit too high, so I decided to give it 4 stars.

04/07/2026: We stayed at the Mgallery Papadopoli Hotel in Venice for two days after our cruise. We ate at this restaurant for dinner both nights because the first night was so good. And its only a few steps away from the hotel. The food had great flavor. Service was perfect. And the atmosphere outside at night was amazing. Highly recommend!

28/06/2026: My husband made the reservation, and we visited the restaurant. The staff's heartfelt hospitality was impressive, but the food was even more amazing. We were full quickly, so for dessert I chose the crème brûlée, which was also exquisite. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again if I ever come back to Venice.
