Everything is always good: from the appetizers to the dishes, the service, and the location facing the Rocca dei Tempesta! Well done!

It's a delightful discovery this summer: the restaurant is stunning (if it were in France, it would certainly be listed in the Relais & Chateaux guide or a Michelin star). The view of the medieval fortress is evocative, and the outdoor garden is meticulously maintained. The service is excellent: welcoming and refined without being cloying. The waitstaff's uniforms are noteworthy: elegant yet modern, without lapsing into banal, oriental-inspired fare. Moving on to the menu, the offerings are varied and refined, yet without ostentation or unnecessary showmanship. Everything we tasted was truly delicious, but what we personally appreciated most was both the quality of the ingredients and the meticulous attention to detail in the cooking, which was extremely light and balanced. We also greatly appreciated the fact that our request for the spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino with blue crab to be cooked very al dente and spicy was accommodated. Finally, the wines: the menu is very well-stocked and varied, but above all, they were served to perfection. It's also nice that, since there are mostly tables for two or four people at most, there's not excessive noise in the dining room, allowing for easy conversation. After the first visit, we've already been back twice, and now we're curious to try it in the winter. Really, congratulations!

We had dinner at this restaurant last night for our engagement anniversary. We ordered a shellfish platter, two spaghetti dishes with yellow tomato sauce and shrimp tartare, and a dessert to share. Everything was delicious! Truly delicious spaghetti, exceptional sauce! Fantastic location! The service and waiter were very friendly and attentive. My only suggestion, to further enhance the experience, is to present the raw shellfish platter differently, perhaps with ice underneath to keep it fresh and also to further showcase the product. We were satisfied, we'll be back! See you soon!

The food was delicious, light, and surprising, both visually and palatably. The kindness, attentiveness, and attention to detail rounded out our lunch and made it a truly exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

A wonderful surprise! I stopped at Di Rocco for a quick lunch on a hectic workday, and it turned my day around. I tasted an exquisite risotto, cooked to perfection: a dish I absolutely must try again. The restaurant is splendid and elegant (in Noale, near the Rocca), and the service was impeccable, professional, and discreet. It will be a pleasure to return.

We came here with friends for some drinks and had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was lovely, the terrace was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. They were attentive to every detail and made us feel very welcome. A special mention to the chef, who was absolutely wonderful. He prepared some homemade pasta and served us as well on the house. It tasted like heaven! We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The service was impeccable (we were served like royalty), but the food was the highlight: truly fantastic and unlikely combinations!!! We'll definitely be back to try the rest...
