I found out about this establishment through the fork and I went there one evening for dinner with my boyfriend! We were both thrilled by the beauty of the location and the resort itself... everything was very accurate and elegant! For dinner we had both meat and fish and all the dishes were truly delicious; excellent value for money and the right portion of the dishes! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff! I really recommend it to everyone... we will definitely be back!!!

Elegant and well-kept location, very kind staff, excellent cuisine and food (including breakfast), a small but really lovely spa, highly recommended! I spent a relaxing weekend in an enchanting corner of Umbria! I recommend it 🤩

Ancient structure but classy and well-kept inside, the garden all around is a pleasure for the eyes. The small SPA but equipped with everything, the internal restaurant with dishes of the highest quality and honest prices, and finally the ultra-friendly staff. A paradise of relaxation and silence in the Umbrian countryside. To return in the summer to try the swimming pool and the padel court.

Ambiente estremamente curato, personale molto preparato ed attento. Piatti molto curati sia nella qualità che nella presentazione. Da consigliare. Siamo stati a pranzo il 9.3 e, nonostante la giornata non bellissima, è stata una esperienza molto interessante da ripetere

Soggiorno una notte del 28/12 eravamo soli io e mia moglie,in struttura non c'erano clienti,ma l accoglienza ed il calore dell' ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa,eccezionale la Spa come tutto il proseguo della giornata con degustazione di olio e vino e la cena a lume di candela davanti ad un enorme camino del 600, insomma ci hanno viziato e coccolati,tutto super.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo splendido ex convento del 600 molto ben tenuto e curato anche all’esterno. Quindi l’impatto visivo è stato di grande effetto. L’accoglienza è stata gentile e premurosa da entrambe le signorine che hanno dimostrato anche flessibilità per le nostre richieste. Molto carina la SPA in uso esclusivo. Ma il punto forte è la cucina del ristorante: dall’ antipasto al dolce tutto eccellente, Giuste anche un po’ abbondanti le porzioni con i giusti condimenti. A colazione ci hanno confermato che i dolci sono fatti dallo chef Fabrizio, che quindi si rivela anche ottimo pasticciere perché sono uno più buono dell’altro. Un piccolo appunto è proprio per la colazione: manca la frutta, lo yogurt e le uova che, per gli stranieri sono un must. La stanza invece mi ha delusa: capisco che si tratta di ex celle ma il televisore è piccolo e posto in una posizione inadeguata ed il frigobar “triste”. Consiglio anche una macchinetta per il caffè ormai presente in tutti gli hotel da 4 stelle in su e similari come questa residenza d’epoca. Molto buona la pulizia.

Locazione molto bella, soprattutto l'esterno e le parti comuni. Unica pecca il bagno un po' datato con vasca riadattata a doccia. Servizio cortese ma migliorabile.
