Magnificent and well-kept outdoor space. Excellent but little assorted breakfast (no buffet). Pet friendly structure

I would not have imagined a situation like this.. in a positive sense. Excellent setting, excellent food offered. Kindness of the staff. Due to space and time constraints I only take a roast chicken and a skewer.... high quality... juicy and soft.. if I lived there I would order Sunday lunch. I recommend it.

Started with a bottle of Montefalco rosso, and shared a plate of the strongozzi con pistacchio (perfect al dente, creamy sauce, crunchy pistachios, and salty guanciale) and the guancia di manzo brassata al vino rosso su letto di purè (impossibly tender roast, soft mashed potatoes, delicious tangy sauce). Fantastic food, great wine recommendation, and lively atmosphere.
