We found this restaurant by chance... and I couldn't have made a better choice in Gubbio... it's a bit pricey, but you'll leave the table feeling truly satisfied.

We found this lovely restaurant while strolling through Gubbio. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the interior was lovely, with a charming and charming fireplace. My wife and daughter, I had maltagliati with ragù, which were very good; cappelletti in capon broth; and gnocchi with artichokes. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful tarrase with lots of sun in autumn time. Homemade tagliatelle with tartuffo was amazing ! Owner and his wife were very kind and brought family atmosphere into this lovely place.

02/03/2026: I dined at this restaurant in the center of Spoleto and was truly satisfied. The location is splendid, immersed in the charming atmosphere of the historic center, perfect for a quiet and pleasant evening. I ordered the strangozzi with truffle: fresh pasta, perfectly al dente, with an intense aroma and a balanced flavor that perfectly showcased the truffle without being overpowering. For my second course, I chose the pork cheek, tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked and harmoniously paired. The service was courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and refined. A truly positive experience: I will gladly return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy well-prepared traditional dishes in the heart of Spoleto.
30/01/2026: My boyfriend and I had a great time. They have a completely gluten-free menu. I had the pumpkin flan, the risotto, and for dessert, the pear with vanilla ice cream. I loved all three dishes. Good value for money, excellent location because it's in one of the main squares.
