Very beautiful structure because it is immersed in the heart of the historic center of such a beautiful medieval city. The service is not very precise, as far as the food is concerned it is not at very high levels, let's say that I gave it a 4 star because these are things that can be found almost everywhere

Con mia moglie abbiamo fatto un eccezionale percorso a base di Tartufo nero. Dagli antipasti, primo e secondo tutto buonissimo. Faccio parlare le mie foto che... Non si mangiano.

Siamo stati qui per una serata trascorsa nel bellissimo centro di Gubbio. Personale gentilissimo e location di altri tempi. Tutto ciò che abbiamo degustato è stato davvero di alto livello. La degustazione al tartufo è stata spettacolare. I prezzi non sono popolari ma la qualità è davvero alta. La carta dei vini è consona al contesto. Consigliato per chi cerca tradizione e qualità.

24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming. We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super Well done Super
25/02/2024: We ended up there by chance, without any pretext or expectation, but fate rewarded us with an incredible experience. We weren't very hungry, having just finished two intense days of Umbrian cuisine, we ordered 2 appetizers for two (they deserve an honorable mention) which shocked our palates, the waiter was very kind in recommending them and telling us about them with an enthusiasm that it overwhelmed us, I inserted the photos because the eye also appreciated it (bovine tongue and amberjack head), we then had a mixed sashimi, very good and 2 portions of Uramaki for 8 which (forbid me) not all of the rest, although good and finally a very good sweet. Large selection of wines and very good at drinks too (we bought 3). Total cost €106 for two, well spent. They literally turned our evening around, well done, well done!
