31/03/2025: il locale è molto spazioso, le sale sono decorate da scaffali di bottiglie, mi ha incuriosito una piccola collezione di Martini d'epoca. La cucina è tradizionale umbra, molto saporita e decisa, il servizio è impeccabile. Sono passato in un tranquillo giorno infrasettimanale e ho avuto alla fine una gradevole conversazione con il titolare, sorseggiando nel frattempo un ottimo amaro con una nota di menta. Ho avuto anche un utile consiglio turistico, che ho proficuamente seguito andando a visitare il vicinissimo rudere di Vernazzano, con la torre del castello pendente di 13 gradi!

02/01/2025: We stayed at this property for the New Year weekend. A relais in a suburban area surrounded by lots of greenery. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful, kind, polite, always available. We made use of the spa and massage service at the wellness centre. I gave it four stars and I am very sorry about this only for some painful points for us, this criticism is only intended to be constructive. The rooms are not very large as is the bathroom which has no support point, even to place a simple beauty bag, the lights in the room are too dim it is even difficult to put on make-up, the rooms do not have a full mirror, the ventilation service is centralized and for two nights we didn't sleep a wink due to the heat. We reported the inconvenience to reception but unfortunately the problem was not resolved and we are very sorry for this. Good quality food, rich breakfast, desserts made by them, very very good. New Year's Eve à la carte dinner with typical local products, rich dishes, very good. The New Year's Eve dinner was organized in the largest room tastefully decorated, with large and spacious tables, the menu was not to our liking. Refined cuisine, dishes well served but which in our opinion had no soul. The animation was also not appreciated as it was completely absent and not very engaging. With the exception of a few limited sore points, the place is worth it.

27/02/2025: Seconda esperienza in questo piccolo ma grazioso ristorante, questa volta in occasione dell’evento organizzato “Serpillo al buio”. L’atmosfera, resa ancora più suggestiva dalla presenza delle sole candele come fonte di illuminazione, e l’attento e cordiale servizio costituiscono il punto di forza del locale. La proposta culinaria, in continuo aggiornamento, si fonda sul binomio tra tradizione e innovazione, con l’utilizzo di prodotti (di ottima qualità) tipici del territorio rivisitati in chiave moderna attraverso combinazioni di sapori nuove ed interessanti. Buoni gli antipasti (in entrambe le occasioni le portate che maggiormente mi hanno convinto), sono invece rimasta un po’ delusa dal primo che poco mi aveva soddisfatto anche nella visita precedente. Da provare almeno una volta!

Clean dishes, well served, good choice of wines. Off-menu proposals that change often. Open kitchen, very clean, we liked all the dishes ordered. Absolutely honest prices for the quality of the service and the raw materials offered. Homemade bread and focaccia, delicious, even the desserts were delicious.

11/02/2025: I nostri giri in ripresa,natura+cultura.Giri tra Panicale e Paciano.Da non perdere il duomo dell'Assunta in stile rinascimentale con tele della scuola del Signorelli...E poi la torre cittadina e il giro del borgo con archi e contrafforti in cotto.Prima Panicale e poi Paciano. a metà strada questo accurato seppure semplice casolare con patio vero e sala e salette di degustazione.Si entra in casa per gustare cibi genuini semplici regionali che combinano sapori rustici e stagionali presentati con garbo puntualità ed eleganza dal titolare.Tovaglie di carta colorate ma il tavolo è ricoperto da una tela damascata.Stoviglie di coccio ma dipinte,credo di Deruda. Bicchieri per ogni eventualità...Servito un calice bianco della cantina umbra di santa Cristina.La bottiglia aperta all'istanza.Per me,tortelli ripieni di cacao e sugo rosso al cinghiale con chicchi di ribes sparsi;a seguire, un tortino di baccalà mantecato appoggiato su un cuscino di ceci,ovviamente frullati.Ho assaggiato altre delizie dal piatto altrui.Sazia,lascio i dolci per un'altra occasione.

18/03/2025: Ottimo locale a Gubbio centro storico,personale gentile location bella con tavoli ispirati alla vendemmia con botti,pigiatrici,molto originali mangiare ottimo bustrengo ottimo con salumi e crescia con braciola ottimi vini e molto buoni i dolci in particolare il ciambellotto numero una squisitezza che dire ci ritorneremo ottima qualità prezzo.

24/02/2025: Pranzo della domenica in famiglia , la mia non vuol essere una critica ma più un suggerimento al titolare del locale , cerca di trovare personale più qualificato in sala altrimenti tutto quello che con arte e gusto prepara lo chef viene materializzato da un cattivo servizio . Sala e cucina devono viaggiare su stessi binari , cerca di non far aspettare troppo i clienti , l’attesa a volte è peggio di un piatto non eseguito bene .

03/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia: beh, devo dire che siamo stati davvero bene! Proprietari gentili e disponibili, cibo di qualità (antipasti locali e abbondanti, primo delicato e ben condito: fettuccine carciofi e guanciale, secondo delizioso come dice mio figlio di 4 anni: saltimbocca alla romana, dolci genuini) e l'atmosfera serena che si respirava, c'era anche il camino acceso, dava il senso di casa! Ci torneremo sicuramente anche perché non è facile trovare un posto dove si mangia bene e ti faccia sentire coccolato come quando da piccini si andava dalla nonna al pranzo della domenica, si sentivano quei profumi di sughi cotti per ore e ci si leccava i baffi dall'inizio alla fine!!
