08/12/2025: Excellent service, well presented and excellent quality food

02/11/2025: We were there today and everything was perfect, from the service by their sweet and attentive waitress to the very knowledgeable and kind young man. As for the food, it started with a truly delicious welcome from the chef, then we had an appetizer of prosciutto al taglio and bruschetta with truffle, both delicious, and the amazing scrambled eggs with truffle. For a first course, the strangozzi with truffle were always delicious, and the dessert was also delicious. Overall, we had a great time and will return, or rather, during the summer to try their amazing truffle dessert, but we will definitely be back sooner.

15/09/2025: Location: Very quiet hotel. The sauna, housed in a barrel outside in the small garden, is lovely, as is the hot tub. The indoor pool is small, with no view, but nice, with a hot tub in the grotto. Recommendation.

13/09/2025: We recently returned from our vacation in Campiglio. For many years now, we've loved spending our vacations at Hotel Gianna; sometimes alone, often with our children and grandchildren, but always with the same enthusiasm. The Armani family's generous hospitality, the smiles and kindness of the entire staff accompany you from the morning, with a delicious breakfast, until the evening, with an always delicious dinner. Not to mention the mountains of relaxation you can enjoy in the spa or in the beautifully landscaped garden. What more can I say? Thank you, and thank you again, to all of you, with a special hug to Gianna, always a caring and wonderful hostess. And... we hope to return soon! Love, Delfino Family

04/10/2025: Good food, some sophisticated and unique dishes. Good quality meat. Good service. Nice location, but tables too close together. The atmosphere (measured in terms of clientele) is too loud.

30/09/2025: Stopping by before the Serie D match between Cannara and Grosseto, a special lunch awaited, as did the entire staff! Strangozzi with truffles and fillet steak with sauce, pepper, and raisins, served with roast potatoes—truly out of this world, all washed down with a lovely glass of red wine, complete with a glass of limoncello! Definitely worth it, a hug from Maremma!

24/10/2025: Interesting place, medieval building, the food is good and the price is good, the service is very attentive. I recommend this place for dinner. The house red wine is not to my taste but ok, when I go again I will order from the wine list.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.

04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

20/09/2025: This is an amazing agriturismo. Our hosts Luca en Matteo were so kind and helpful. Matteo is an amazing chef who prepares a fresh four course meal every night. It was never a problem that I am a vegetarian, he always made up an alternative meal for me. The location is beautiful and the brothers have great suggestions for places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the view every day. The room was really nice and clean and the pool was great! We hope to visit again sometime.

08/09/2025: If you're in Perugia and want to try some traditional Sicilian dishes, you can't miss "Dal Picciotto." This small, family-run trattoria offers extremely competitive prices, located on a side street in a quaint Perugian village. The owner is Sicilian and incredibly friendly. The food is truly excellent, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend ending your meal with a Sicilian cannoli—the real deal!

27/07/2025: We had a really good time! The atmosphere was quiet, not too many tables, so it's best to book! We had two appetizers and two main courses, both very good, and the bill was fair! As for the owner, what can I say... he was incredibly kind! There was no way to get back to our car, and after trying to find us a taxi... we couldn't find one, he offered to take us to the parking lot! Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

10/12/2025: Dinner for 5. For our appetizer, we had mixed fried fish; they were exceptional, with a super-crispy coating. Every bite was a pleasure. I personally loved the savory croissant; it was light and incredibly flaky, a true delight. The highlight, however, was the pizza: excellent! Thin and crispy to perfection, made with the highest-quality ingredients. The table service was excellent, fast, and attentive to detail.

12/12/2025: The restaurant is truly excellent, the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. However, the real highlight was the service, which I would describe as excellent. I was delighted to note a rare respect for etiquette: the waiters consistently served the women first, followed by the men.

16/11/2025: An exquisite experience here at Osteria del Ravale, a restaurant in the Campello sul Clitumno area, a short distance from the famous springs described by Virgil and Byron. Excellent Umbrian cuisine is offered at this restaurant, located in a somewhat hidden area near the old Flaminia road. Ample parking and a beautiful structure, typical of an Umbrian stone farmhouse. The interior is also inviting and well-appointed, although there are stairs, making it difficult for the disabled. But let's move on to the dishes. From mountain appetizers to first courses, from meat-based main courses to dessert, it's an explosion of Umbrian flavors and tastes. It's hard to say what to recommend. Try what appeals to you most and you won't be disappointed. A sublime experience. Average price, but excellent quality. Highly recommended!
