03/03/2026: Drawn by the quaint exterior, we entered and were immediately greeted with kindness and a warm smile. We ate inside (the room doesn't have many tables, but that only made the experience much more enjoyable). The food was excellent, with generous portions and super reasonable prices. They also have excellent vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

26/01/2026: A typically rustic, local place. Excellent cured meats and cheeses. The truffle honey is top-notch. The truffle on the egg was not very fragrant. Overall, excellent value for money.

22/03/2026: There were 12 of us celebrating a birthday, and the service was prompt. The staff was efficient, friendly, and attentive to every request. The food was excellent, and the ingredients were top-notch. We were expecting only lake fish, but the menu was varied and completely satisfying. A special mention for the chitarrina with anchovy butter and bottarga, and the desserts were superb. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon.

08/09/2025: If you're in Perugia and want to try some traditional Sicilian dishes, you can't miss "Dal Picciotto." This small, family-run trattoria offers extremely competitive prices, located on a side street in a quaint Perugian village. The owner is Sicilian and incredibly friendly. The food is truly excellent, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend ending your meal with a Sicilian cannoli—the real deal!

27/07/2025: We had a really good time! The atmosphere was quiet, not too many tables, so it's best to book! We had two appetizers and two main courses, both very good, and the bill was fair! As for the owner, what can I say... he was incredibly kind! There was no way to get back to our car, and after trying to find us a taxi... we couldn't find one, he offered to take us to the parking lot! Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

26/02/2026: The €25 "tourist" menu is anything but a tourist trap. It includes a generous plate of charcuterie, two types of pasta, a main course with vegetables, two almond biscuits with Vin Santo, a quarter-liter of wine, mineral water, and coffee. All of high quality and served with a smile.

15/03/2026: We came across this place while traveling from Florence to Rome and planning to visit Orvieto. By chance we saw a sign, decided to check it out, and were absolutely delighted with the place. It is a very well-maintained resort. The service from all the staff was excellent, and the rooms were beautifully cared for. The entire estate is stunning, with great facilities including a gym and swimming pools, and the view is unique. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant and tasted their own wines, which we even bought to take with us. But please be informed that kids under 12 years old are not allowed. Our stay there was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise.

16/03/2026: We've had lunch at Tenuta several times. It's a beautiful place for any occasion, from family lunches or dinners to celebrations of any kind. The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and eager to please. Thanks to Michela for serving us so professionally and always ready to assist. We'll be back soon.

11/03/2026: Very kind but unfortunately too expensive. A truffle pasta dish cost €26, a cold cuts platter for four...over €50, but with a slice of cured meats and cheeses each, with a few olives and a few grams of jam (good...but not enough). A glass of good (but not exceptional) red wine cost €9. The service (dishes) was on a metal table without a tablecloth, and "cutlery wrapped in paper towels." Too expensive in my opinion. Two of us had a good (but simple) dessert and two mineral waters. In the end, two glasses of wine, three truffle pasta dishes and one cacio e pepe pasta dish, a cold cuts platter for four, a sample of white pizza for two (about 5cm x 12cm), two desserts, two waters (a free amaro for three) each came to about €48. I said goodbye to the owners at the end, but, on reflection, I think I paid too much, hence my negative rating. I increased my total rating by one star.

22/02/2026: We visited this restaurant on Sunday for lunch and opted for the set menu offered for the day. Everything was excellent! Appetizer with Norcia cured meats and cheeses, DELICIOUS Norcia-style pasta, meat-based main courses, and dessert, plus coffee/drinks. The owner and the family who run the restaurant are truly welcoming. We'll be back soon to relive this family experience ☺️

15/02/2026: For our first time in Umbria, we found this osteria with regional flavors. Everything was excellent, from the platter of cured meats and cheeses to the first course with truffles.

12/03/2026: Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in this place, my wife and I arrived and the restaurant is empty, but the waiter kept insisting to place the order at least 3 times came to ask if we were ready to order, my wife's plate was salty beyond normal, regrettable she did not finish the meal.

06/03/2026: The food was incredible. The waiter was incredibly kind to my boyfriend and I, and the service was prompt and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well-kept. When we return to Orvieto, we'll definitely stop by again 😁
