07/01/2026: Eating at Villa Selva was like being at home. The welcome and attention from Maria (Giorgione's daughter) were truly pampering. Giorgione himself was available to answer any questions and...photos. His humility always strikes me. What can I say about the food? Poetry in every bite...the appetizers were rich in everything...the pasta was strictly handmade, delicious, and the second courses were tender pork and guinea fowl. Chocolate cake, strozzetti with almonds and chocolate, and panna cotta. A truly excellent combination of quality and price. Congratulations to everyone.

04/01/2026: Wonderful, exactly what I wanted when we booked! Giorgione's presence also enlivened the evening, and he was absolutely helpful and kind! I had the opportunity to see the kitchens, even from the outside, and they were very clean and impeccable! We had a small issue with a glass, but the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything immediately, truly impeccable. Overall, an experience worth experiencing and watching.

03/01/2026: Porchetta Fabio was the best porchetta I had on my trip to Umbria for New Year's Eve. I tried six sandwiches at six different places, and Porchetta Fabio took first place hands down, excellent value for money. So good that we went back before heading home after our vacation! Great Fabio!

26/12/2025: Spectacular gelato shop, great location, and the quality of the gelato is truly amazing. We're all foodies in our family, and we're used to being very critical about it. We spotted this gelato shop from the outside, smelling the quality, and it didn't disappoint. We've tried three flavors (so far): Lemon and Basil, Strawberry and Ginger, and Pistachio. We couldn't choose a better one; they were spectacular. The pistachio was intense but not overwhelming, the lemon and basil was like a wave on our taste buds, and the strawberry and ginger balanced each flavor, perfectly balanced. Congratulations, we can't wait to try all the flavors.

17/12/2025: We went for lunch at the recommendation of friends who live in Spoleto. The place was crowded because it was a holiday, but Rita was attentive to all her guests' needs. The platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and bruschetta was truly delicious; the first and second courses were equally delicious! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Umbria. Enjoy!

03/01/2026: The pizza looks fake, but it's cooked well. What a shame. The kitchen was closed on Friday at 9:45 PM, and they didn't let us know when we booked for 9:30 PM. We were told this on site.

02/01/2026: We spent the evening of December 31st at this establishment. A clean and well-maintained establishment, and excellent food. What made me happy was seeing the waiters work with a smile. Waiters who made us feel at home, perhaps with a joke, with their kindness, and with their smiles. A special thanks goes to Valentino, who won us over even more with his kindness and generosity. The dishes are, above all, beautiful, like works of art, where even the setting is meticulously crafted; the distinct flavors blend together and meld harmoniously. We would have loved to try the entire menu. Kudos to the staff at this restaurant for everything.

10/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We ate well. Tagliatelle with black truffle was truly delicious. The Orvieto Chardonnay was excellent. The wild boar with polenta and the mixed boiled meats were equally excellent. The desserts, both the castagnaccio and the ricotta cake, were truly delicious. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients. Definitely worth trying.

05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.

04/01/2026: The waiter was arrogant. We asked for fries for a little girl, and he replied in a curt tone, "We don't do that here..." The pizza, on the other hand, was delicious.

18/01/2026: Thursday evening we got take-out pizza....what can I say pizza 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 staff🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 highly recommended 🤗

10/01/2026: We probably ordered the only item that wasn't as good as the restaurant: the pizza. It was good, but it was too thin, almost transparent. I like it thin, but that was too much. Everything else was excellent, with the meat taking center stage. The quality/price ratio was exceptional. I'll probably return to try the appetizers, first courses, and the fabulous meat.

29/12/2025: We only had one appetizer, three first courses, three coffees, and a dessert. I had the truffle cappellacci, and they were simply superb. The staff was super polite and helpful.
