11/04/2026: Chosen based on the positive reviews, which I absolutely agree with. Appetizer with authentic local cured meats and cheeses. Homemade truffle gnocchi and porcini mushroom tagliatelle. Quince jam tart with homemade biscuits. The owner is welcoming and extremely kind. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back to try the gnocchi with venison ragù (the owner hunted the venison himself). Super fair prices. Thank you for contributing to a wonderful memory of this day in Cascia.

08/04/2026: Wonderful service and fantastic food. My family couldn't have received better service after a visit to Santuário. The fettuccine con veado and the torta de quincelo were divine.

The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, using ingredients of undeniable quality. The portions served are so generous that you won't leave the table feeling hungry, and the preparation and professionalism of the staff makes the dishes even more appreciative. A special mention goes to Sabrina, who elevates the experience with her genuine spontaneity and a delightfully sociable approach, which adds value to the atmosphere. I'd like to give a special mention to the carbonara; perhaps the least ordered dish, but it's remarkably delicious.

I would like to compliment the kitchen and all the staff (which I also complimented the managers after dinner) for the quality and deliciousness of the food and the service. I recommend this restaurant. I really enjoyed the dinner, which, for me, as a non-vegetarian, was truly satisfying. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The location is along a highway, with limited parking, but with a little luck and patience, you can find parking even along the highway. The restaurant's interior is spacious and welcoming, with carefully crafted rustic furnishings that create a pleasant atmosphere and reflect the restaurant's upcoming menu. In addition to the menu, a blackboard with the daily specials is also displayed, a sign of a cuisine that pays attention to seasonality. I started my dinner with an excellent hand-sliced ​​local ham, followed by some excellent ciriole al pomodoro, a typical local dish. Side dishes included sautéed chicory and French fries, and it all ended with some delicious tozzetti, so good that I ordered a portion to take home. It goes without saying that the main dishes at this restaurant are all meat-based. The wait staff is quick, friendly, and above all, skilled at managing the many customers who frequent the restaurant. Good value for money, reservations recommended. An authentic place, congratulations.

The highly professional waiter is also excellent. The tasting menus are recommended for a taste of the traditional cuisine and homemade pasta; all dishes are a fantastic culinary experience. The wine list is well-stocked with local wines; we recommend the Boccatone, a top-quality wine. Highly recommended, but book in advance!

We mentioned this to the owner and she told us she's been in the business for 50 years. A little more humility is needed in life... Excellent value for money. The place has all the makings of a 5-star restaurant, but it's a shame about the service. I don't know if I'll be back.
