30/06/2026: The hospitality is like being welcomed by a family member! The atmosphere is homely and the food is exquisite! You can taste it in both the presentation and the flavor, as it's cooked with love and passion! Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the digestifs (also homemade). The rice, potatoes, and mussels were one of the best I've ever had, and the roasted mussels were delicious. Good value for money. We'll be back when we're passing through!

11/06/2026: We stopped in Cascia for the sanctuary of Santa Rita and then stopped at this trattoria. It was a perfect choice; the owner, Walter, welcomed us very warmly without having to reserve a table for four. We ordered four tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, expertly prepared and seasoned in the kitchen by his wife. The aroma and the hunger meant we didn't have time to take any photos. ☺️ "We recommend." For the main course, pork chop and various side dishes. Finally, he delighted us with the house dessert. We personally complimented him and now we want to share this experience with other travelers. Thank you again for your kindness and availability. 💯💯

25/05/2026: The best restaurant I've tried in recent times!!! A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and appetizers and main courses unlike anything I've had in years!!! The quality and freshness of the ingredients used make the dishes delicious. I highly recommend the egg with fresh fava beans and the goat cheese as an appetizer. Needless to say: highly recommended!!!

19/07/2026: We went to escape the 40°C heat of the plains... a corner of paradise with acceptable temperatures, near the Menotre River... The atmosphere is upscale and modern, the food is quality, the prices are a bit high, but you also pay for the location. The service is excellent, but some details could be improved, like the missing bread basket. I would definitely go back... I recommend it.

After nearly sweltering in the Rasiglia heat, we were able to enjoy the fresh air and delicious food at your restaurant. If I have the opportunity to visit the area again, I will definitely return.

While we waited for our dishes to arrive, we were treated to a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta stuffed with their porchetta: F A B U L E!!! Since we hadn't ordered one of their generous platters, we made a point of returning. The dessert also deserves a special mention: the millefeuille with cream and black cherries was delicious.

As Italians living abroad, we wanted to experience authentic Umbrian cuisine centred around truffle, so we searched for the highest-rated restaurant in the region and Tuber exceeded every expectation. The level of care and passion that the chef and the entire team dedicate to every dish is truly remarkable. Each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced, primarily from excellent local producers and complemented by the finest ingredients from across Italy, all brought together with exceptional skill and respect for tradition. A special mention must go to the owner, Mr Claudio Fortunati, who is the epitome of hospitality. His warmth, expertise, and genuine passion elevate the entire experience. He guided us through the beautifully curated menu, recommended the perfect wine pairings, and shared fascinating insights into the world of truffles and the philosophy behind each dish. His presence transformed an excellent dinner into a truly memorable evening. Without hesitation, one of the finest truffle dining experiences we have ever had. Highly, highly recommended, we cannot wait to return!

I'll be back and sending friends (I already have), who have confirmed it. The food should have substance, not overdo it like others do. I eat for art, I go to the museum. Well done!

07/07/2026: We took a break from our journey for lunch and had a delicious meal. The food we delicious, particularly the pasta with boar and also the pasta with black truffle. The view iof Orvieto s also beautiful. This is definitely somewhere we'll try to visit again.

10/06/2026: A very nice restaurant, found after looking at reviews of other restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. The mixed antipasto was good; they also brought us a small sample of the meat timbale, which was very welcome. I wasn't particularly impressed with the cured meats. Otherwise, the food was good and reasonably priced. The coffee panna cotta was delicious.

10/06/2026: We were here during the week, so it wasn't overly crowded. We were greeted very warmly by the waiters, who explained the menu and the off-menu dishes to us. We chose a mixed antipasto to share, a sirloin marinated in chimichurri (we were told the chef is of South American origins) and Umbrichelli all'Amatriciana. Let's start with the appetizer: I enjoyed the pappa al pomodoro with anchovies, the other anchovies alone, and the bruschetta. The cheeses were also good, but as for the cured meats, they were meager. Let's be clear, they weren't awful, but they weren't anything special or up to par with the local tradition. The Umbrichelli were good, too, neither praise nor infamy, but a generous portion. I was a bit disappointed by the sirloin; you couldn't taste the marinade at all; it practically seemed sliced ​​and cooked as is. It was a good meat, but since I couldn't taste the marinade, I can't say it lived up to the expectations given the presentation. Desserts: coffee panna cotta and pistachio cheesecake. The former was absolutely amazing, the cheesecake was delicious. Overall, a good experience, but nothing too bad. I was expecting something more, though. Maybe it was just a bad night, I'll try again.

10/07/2026: The atmosphere is charming and tidy, enhanced by the large fireplace in the main room where the expert Julio cooks the meats. The service is excellent: we were welcomed immediately and seated, always prompt and attentive (the only small flaw: a few more smiles wouldn't hurt!). Let's move on to the food: we started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses for two, which, unfortunately, didn't wow me; they were good, but they didn't strike me as artisanal. The real highlight, and the main reason we came, however, was the meat! We ordered a T-bone (Florentine steak) for two, weighing about a kilo: perfectly cooked rare, perfectly red in the center, incredibly tender and juicy on the palate. Truly excellent! We were pleasantly surprised. Congratulations!
