The truffles are top-notch and the dishes are carefully prepared, but the real highlight is the management: the owner is a fantastic person who conveys his love and passion for truffles in every word. He makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer. Highly recommended!
20/08/2026: Fabulous! Everything was delicious. Exceptional dishes, all featuring truffles. A sublime risotto. Ravioli with mascarpone cream and guanciale... hand-chopped Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare with various sauces... egg tagliolini with truffle... and what can I say about the desserts? The specialty is the cream ice cream with chopped almonds, lightly salted with honey and truffle. A pleasure for the palate! The welcome and service were also exceptional. Absolutely worth trying!

27/08/2026: The appetizer was delicious, with their fried bread, and the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms were sensational.
Then the very kind Moreno looked after us and explained the menu perfectly, giving us excellent advice. The price was right... we'll definitely be back.

30/08/2026: We stopped here for lunch on our way up Puglia after the holidays. It's a simple and sincere place, but it offers the thrill of authentic, flavorful cuisine, as only someone who loves food can. Nino, the owner and chef, is truly passionate about what he does. The Tiella is excellent, and let him suggest his countless recipes, steeped in history and passion. I'll definitely be back!
25/08/2026: My husband and I stopped in during our 2 week long stay in Puglia. We had a lovely meal thanks to Nino. His restaurant is decorated well. But the food was something very special. We asked him what he recommended and everything was excellent. We had the muscles, a marinated fish with onions and mint, homemade olives, fresh bread, white wine, octopus pasta with red sauce, lemon sorbet, his homemade digestifs (we liked the cherry, carob, and quince the most) and espresso. We felt so special to walk into such a great restaurant during our roadtrip! This was definitely one of the best meals and definitely the most memorable meal of our stay in puglia. I would highly recommend making the stop to visit this restaurant. Thank you!

with soft lighting and music! We even got a discount by booking with the "The Fork" app. I 100% recommend it!

19/07/2026: We went to escape the 40°C heat of the plains... a corner of paradise with acceptable temperatures, near the Menotre River...
The atmosphere is upscale and modern, the food is quality, the prices are a bit high, but you also pay for the location. The service is excellent, but some details could be improved, like the missing bread basket.
I would definitely go back... I recommend it.

19/08/2026: We dined at this trattoria on the recommendation of a woman from Orvieto. There were three of us, and we ordered an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses and a plate of bruschetta with cherry tomatoes. In my opinion, the cured meats were supermarket-quality, and the cheeses were generally good, but the nettle ravioli weren't homemade, partly because they were all identical in shape and filling. I can't comment on the desserts because we didn't order them. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it, especially since we've eaten elsewhere and generally had a great experience. It's a shame because the place is nice, but my opinion is very objective.

17/08/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant. We'd made reservations earlier in the day, and they sat us at a table where the paper placemats had been recycled. Then I saw my name on a nearby table that was taken later. The agnolotti and pan-fried rabbit were very good, but the crème caramel was a little less so.

The strangozzi with truffle and porcini mushrooms disappointed me: all you could smell was the truffle, but the taste was practically nonexistent. Overall, a decent experience, but not a restaurant that left me wanting to return.
10/08/2026: The place is very quaint and pleasant. The service is adequate. The sore point is the food. Tasteless. We ordered the three-texture eggs and the porcini and truffle strangozzi. No flavor was found. Too bad.

22/08/2026: A great option for a snack - Pinsa - a lighter, crispier dough with various types of fillings. We tried the Napoli, with anchovies. Excellent!!!
The service was also great.
Tables are located in the middle of the street, on a side street off the main avenue. More peaceful and shady at lunchtime.

23/08/2026: It's been 15 years since I last went to Pellicano for a beer. Returning with my wife and kids, I experienced a different side to this historic establishment. The dinner was excellent. The prices were fair. My only regret was waiting so long for the "Flame in the Eyes" burger. Highly recommended.
