26/01/2026: While vacationing in the land of Saint Francis, in Gubbio, we were recommended this restaurant and pizzeria. The atmosphere is excellent and the dishes are delicious... a rich and refined menu. Prices are fair. From the pasta dishes to the meats... everything is excellent... a true gastronomic oasis among the beautiful Umbrian hills... Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: An unforgettable culinary experience in Gubbio: Da Fulvio is a guarantee! ​We had lunch at "Da Fulvio" with the family and the experience was impeccable in every way. It's a very well-known restaurant in Gubbio, and now we understand why. ​The location is modern, spacious, and bright, ideal for those seeking a relaxing meal without sacrificing style. The wait staff deserves a special mention: extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to recommend the best, making us feel right at home. ​We ate divinely. Here are the highlights of our day: ​Appetizers: A triumph of local flavors with cured meats, cheeses, flans, and simply sublime truffle eggs. ​First Courses: The selection is vast and the quality is astonishing. We tried everything from umbricelli to cappelli del prete, including paccheri and tagliatelle. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces were rich. ​Second Courses: The meats were of the highest quality, tender and flavorful. Worth noting: the menu also offers interesting seafood options, which we'll definitely try on our next visit. We finished with a creamy tiramisu, an impeccable crème brûlée, and a delicate panna cotta. The wine list is top-notch. We paired our meal with: A delicate Rosé Scacciadiavoli (perfect as an appetizer). A full-bodied Rosso di Montefalco Antonelli. A fragrant and fruity Müller Thurgau. Excellent price. If you're passing through Gubbio, "Da Fulvio" is a must-visit for anyone who loves elegantly reinterpreted Umbrian cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

10/01/2026: We dined here during a short stay in Orvieto and had a wonderful time, feeling right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the setting is very familiar. The traditional dishes are excellent, and the entire staff is very friendly. Congratulations!

05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.

04/01/2026: The waiter was arrogant. We asked for fries for a little girl, and he replied in a curt tone, "We don't do that here..." The pizza, on the other hand, was delicious.

07/01/2026: Eating at Villa Selva was like being at home. The welcome and attention from Maria (Giorgione's daughter) were truly pampering. Giorgione himself was available to answer any questions and...photos. His humility always strikes me. What can I say about the food? Poetry in every bite...the appetizers were rich in everything...the pasta was strictly handmade, delicious, and the second courses were tender pork and guinea fowl. Chocolate cake, strozzetti with almonds and chocolate, and panna cotta. A truly excellent combination of quality and price. Congratulations to everyone.

04/01/2026: Wonderful, exactly what I wanted when we booked! Giorgione's presence also enlivened the evening, and he was absolutely helpful and kind! I had the opportunity to see the kitchens, even from the outside, and they were very clean and impeccable! We had a small issue with a glass, but the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything immediately, truly impeccable. Overall, an experience worth experiencing and watching.

11/01/2026: Diego is the chef and he smashes this out the park. What a character . What a chef. Excpetional detail. Real care. Food is life in this restaurent. Seasonal and all local produce. Bedded inside a castle the picturesque location is as stunning as the food. Well worth ever calories gained.

09/01/2026: We stopped for a short break from our long journey and found ourselves in a wonderful family atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent, the pasta was homemade and exceptional. The value for money was excellent. The special feature was the changing table in the bathroom. Not even the fanciest restaurants have one.

16/01/2026: After several experiences with different menus that didn't entirely convince me, the last time I was served a truly awful roast pork, overcooked and lacking in salt. At these prices, you expect more!

17/01/2026: Ivan, what can I say? A truly delightful discovery! Farmhouse egg with truffles was AMAZING, Cinta Senese ravioli, and sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms to mop up the sauce. 06/01/2026: A great surprise!!! At the parking lot of the lower viewpoint of the Marmore Falls, among the sandwich trucks and refreshment stands, there's this restaurant that could easily be a tourist trap. Instead, it's a real restaurant with a very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly service, and good food at fair prices. The menu specializes in meats, but there's a bit of everything. They could have made an easier choice, but instead they went for quality. Well done!

26/12/2025: Spectacular gelato shop, great location, and the quality of the gelato is truly amazing. We're all foodies in our family, and we're used to being very critical about it. We spotted this gelato shop from the outside, smelling the quality, and it didn't disappoint. We've tried three flavors (so far): Lemon and Basil, Strawberry and Ginger, and Pistachio. We couldn't choose a better one; they were spectacular. The pistachio was intense but not overwhelming, the lemon and basil was like a wave on our taste buds, and the strawberry and ginger balanced each flavor, perfectly balanced. Congratulations, we can't wait to try all the flavors.
