28/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, bright, welcoming and friendly staff, from the starters to the main courses highly recommended... My delicious dish, Michelin-starred... Buffalo mozzarella hearts, red and yellow cherry tomatoes. Well done, keep it up!!

24/02/2026: I rarely give five stars, but here I feel like it. We went to Gubbio and, while searching, we found this restaurant. The outside doesn't match the inside. The place has been renovated and is very welcoming. It has a grill, a pizzeria, and a kitchen. I should start by saying that it was crowded and it was Tuesday lunchtime. Not being very hungry but wanting a good first course, we ordered tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and truffle and tagliatella with hare ragù. The photos speak for themselves. The food was delicious, tasty, well-cooked, and seasoned. We couldn't find a single flaw. Unfortunately, we didn't try the meats, but the ones we saw passing by looked excellent, nor did the pizza. The price? More than fair, €35 including a quarter of wine, two coffees, and a liter of water, plus cover charge, of course. The staff was extremely kind and professional. What can I say? If you're in the area, stopping by this restaurant is a must.

02/03/2026: Highly recommended, a casual atmosphere with professional service. You'll find cats and a peacock fanning its tail like on a small farm, but the dishes are well-prepared and the service is attentive. Several spaces can be used depending on the occasion: the patio, the terrace, the fireplace, and the private room. This is a good place, but it can only improve if it's careful not to lose its character. It's missing a wheelchair ramp, for example, and an electric charging station... The food really has nothing but good things to say.

05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.

04/01/2026: The waiter was arrogant. We asked for fries for a little girl, and he replied in a curt tone, "We don't do that here..." The pizza, on the other hand, was delicious.

09/03/2026: A property where nothing is lacking, with extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent location, quiet, well-equipped and very spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast, exceptional desserts. The on-site restaurant is exceptional. Kudos to this authentic Umbrian agriturismo.

04/02/2026: I came for lunch as soon as I arrived in Spoleto, a bit by chance… but as they say, nothing happens by chance… great place, excellent food, and a very warm welcome and service. I recommend it, oh yes, but not before a 6-hour hike, of course, because it's very filling, at least for me ;)

10/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We ate well. Tagliatelle with black truffle was truly delicious. The Orvieto Chardonnay was excellent. The wild boar with polenta and the mixed boiled meats were equally excellent. The desserts, both the castagnaccio and the ricotta cake, were truly delicious. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients. Definitely worth trying.

08/03/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, impeccable cuisine. We truly enjoyed our meal. We recommend the gnocchi, the tagliatelle with goose ragù, and the cheese and truffle fondue. The chicken fricò is exceptional.

17/01/2026: Ivan, what can I say? A truly delightful discovery! Farmhouse egg with truffles was AMAZING, Cinta Senese ravioli, and sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms to mop up the sauce. 06/01/2026: A great surprise!!! At the parking lot of the lower viewpoint of the Marmore Falls, among the sandwich trucks and refreshment stands, there's this restaurant that could easily be a tourist trap. Instead, it's a real restaurant with a very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly service, and good food at fair prices. The menu specializes in meats, but there's a bit of everything. They could have made an easier choice, but instead they went for quality. Well done!

04/02/2026: Excellent while the chef was on site; he's a warm and affable personality. He piqued your curiosity with his stories and recommended dishes, even adapting the menu to the special needs of some of our table. As soon as he had to leave, however, the noise from the kitchen began to be annoying, and the staff even forgot our table's orders halfway through the meal, leaving you twiddling your thumbs for a bit and then asking if we wanted coffee 😂 Anyway, the food was very good; the cuisine is traditional with a twist, high-quality, and with bold flavors. The only flaw: the desserts; the cheesecake was more like a panna cotta, and the others were also not bad, but unworthy of a dinner out.

11/01/2026: Diego is the chef and he smashes this out the park. What a character . What a chef. Excpetional detail. Real care. Food is life in this restaurent. Seasonal and all local produce. Bedded inside a castle the picturesque location is as stunning as the food. Well worth ever calories gained.

18/02/2026: A sublime experience, especially for truffle lovers. The high price is entirely justified by the elegance and deliciousness of the dishes and the professionalism of the staff. You can spend less by trying fewer dishes, but the menu encourages you to try as many as possible. I'll definitely be back.
