16/11/2025: It's a beautiful restaurant with a lake view. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The dishes are truly generous and carefully prepared. I recommend the tegamaccio, a lake fish stew that's simply exceptional.

13/11/2025: It was a culinary experience we will never forget... Located in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago, it boasts a beautiful and refined atmosphere, bright, with soft, relaxing colors, and a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering a marvelous view of Lake Trasimeno. Excellent dishes (in our case, fish), beautifully presented. ...the staff was excellent, friendly, always smiling and helpful. The dessert, tiramisu, was delicious. And finally, I'll tell you a little gem: since we were here for dinner, we couldn't fully enjoy the lake view due to the darkness. Monica, who truly pampered us during dinner, invited us for coffee the next morning (and then offered us dessert), so we could take some photos. And so it was. Thank you, Monica, and thank you to the wonderful owner, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. We'll definitely see you again.

17/11/2025: Exceptional quality, attentive and punctual service. The gnocchi al Sagrantino were truly delicious, and the lamb chops are something I'll remember for a long time.

Of all the restaurants we tried during our holiday in Umbria, this was definitely the best. The food was of the highest quality. Generous portions. Very friendly and professional service.

08/11/2025: Top cute trattoria...but the beautiful location is the same as the restaurant...everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the wine, to the service... From the excellent tagliata with porcini mushrooms or truffle and porcini mushrooms...top sautéed vegetables and potatoes...good tiramisu...thank goodness, not anemic...bill ok...the quality/price ratio is there...then the blue eye for the bill is there...you pay even better...aaaah...jokes aside, top...well done

13/08/2025: The restaurant is located in the center of Marsciano, and there's easy parking 150 meters away. Traffic was closed that day, so we ate on the street in a very nice location. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Umbrian focaccia with sausage, pecorino cheese, and chicory. The service was quick and efficient, especially from Sabrina, who is very friendly and approachable. I think the price was fair for the quality: we spent €66 for an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and two glasses of wine. I recommend booking.

10/08/2025: Fantastic food - the cheese marshmallows were particularly amazing, as was the chocolate fondant cake served in a cute wrapped present with a bow. Location with a beautiful view and staff were wonderful and friendly and full of life. Highly recommended .

05/11/2025: So what can I say about this restaurant? If you're ever in the area, and especially in Perugia, you absolutely must stop by. It's a well-known spot where you can savor the region's specialties. You won't be disappointed from appetizer to dessert. A little tip: go on an empty stomach! 😄

14/11/2025: The food was truly excellent: the platter was out of this world, the trio of tartares a combination of delicate and fresh flavors, and the vegetable caponata was a must-try. The wine selection is thoughtful and well-stocked. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with details that make it particularly pleasant. The staff was incredibly kind, especially considering we arrived almost 3 PM. Thank you for the experience!

19/11/2025: This is a sandwich shop you absolutely must-see. The paninazzi are delicious, so come here with your eyes closed! It's very popular; I ordered and waited almost half an hour, but it's definitely worth it.

10/11/2025: We waited half an hour for two simple ham sandwiches because they had to cook the burgers of those who arrived earlier. Understandable if it weren't for the fact that putting two slices of ham in a sandwich wouldn't have taken more than 30 seconds (as actually happened when our turn came) and it could have been done while the meat for the other sandwiches was cooking on the grill. Flexibility is unheard of, and order management is embarrassing. The ham was also dry and rancid because it was taken from the end, the part normally used for cooking.

09/11/2025: We went to this lovely restaurant because we were attracted by the photos of the cured meats and pizza. I'll start by saying that I run an agritourism farm. I make cured meats myself, still using traditional methods, and I produce pasta, vegetables, and much more for my guests. I don't do outside catering. I ordered pizza and a cured meat platter. I never leave reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't like the cured meats at all; they lingered in my stomach until the next day. Perhaps they're made from wild animals, but in my opinion, they're industrially processed. Another thing I found inappropriate was the €2 cover charge for paper placemats, a glass, and cutlery on a napkin. The room downstairs, where we were, was a bit cold, while we noticed the upstairs room was much warmer, with background music and much more carefully set tables (I wonder if the cover charge is the same there). The pizza and dessert (pannacotta) were delicious. The tiramisu, a little less so.

02/11/2025: We really enjoyed Diego's cuisine because the quality and ingredients were excellent, such as the homemade pasta. I had the strangozzi alla norcina and I have to say I really enjoyed it! I would have preferred the tagliata to be more generous (but that's not a criticism, just my personal taste). The atmosphere is refined and intimate, and Diego's hospitality and professionalism make you feel at home. The chef personally took care of us guests, moving from table to table, creating a very personal, down-to-earth relationship. I recommend this restaurant if you want to try authentic, homemade, and refined dishes and have a different experience.

01/11/2025: Small restaurant in the village of Mantignana. A little tricky to find on a village street. The owner welcomes us with a warm handshake. The menu is regional, with a strong focus on the sourcing of the ingredients. The wine list is interesting, with a good selection of Umbrian wineries, and prices are reasonable. We had a good time; the atmosphere is great, the customer service is attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Perhaps the only flaw I find is the prices, which are a bit higher than usual, with inexplicable spikes (a charcuterie board costs €29), but overall, the entire menu is very high-quality for the quality of the dishes. Perhaps it reflects the tourist clientele, which tempts the restaurant owner, especially in terms of prices. Wild boar stew, well-spiced and with a pleasantly sweet note. Good, but perhaps a little too disjointed. If you ask me: “But in the end, would you recommend the restaurant?”, I answer affirmatively, for the context, for the generally high quality of the offerings, but I also humbly suggest perhaps a rethink on the prices which are indeed a little too much.

09/11/2025: Delightful family-run restaurant. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Traditional, authentic dishes. We really enjoyed the vegetarian appetizer with excellent vegetables. First courses include homemade tagliatelle, which reflect a genuine flavor. Highly recommended!
