09/05/2026: Exceptional hospitality, with attention to intolerances and allergies (we dropped in without a reservation, and they handled my dietary restrictions with extreme professionalism). Quick service, tasty and plentiful dishes, little treats at the entrée and à la âtre, and very interesting reinterpretations of Umbrian tradition.

22/04/2026: For two Campari spritzes, drunk outdoors, without a single appetizer, we paid a whopping 24 euros! Let me start by saying that in Veneto, where I'm from, we pay a maximum—and I repeat, a maximum—5 euros: obviously better, but also with appetizers to go with it. We were practically robbed. When it came time to pay, I even had a discussion with the owner, but the answer was that you pay 5 euros at a bar, not in a restaurant. Too bad, I repeat, we drank them outdoors, in a small square, at metal tables that didn't look like they were set up for a restaurant, so there was no cover charge, and I repeat, without even a single crisp to go with them. A ROBBERY - VERY BAD

21/10/2025: My husband and I hiked the Silent Villages Trail, and on our second stop, we dined at the Uva Passera Osteria. Excellent lasagna and sautéed chicory with a fantastic burger (I'm celiac and was able to eat without any problems). Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and all the sunshine of Umbria and this splendid village of Morre, with its many lovely people. (I also wanted to mention the girl from the Arci club.)

26/04/2026: We stayed at this property for 3 days...what can I say...everything was wonderful! Welcoming and family atmosphere...the owners are wonderful! Clean and comfortable rooms...the breakfast was homemade and plentiful. The breathtaking scenery topped it all off! We will definitely be back, and soon! We recommend it to everyone!! ❤️

06/04/2026: After a lovely trip to the city of Assi, we decided to have lunch just outside the center to enjoy the view and the tranquility. We couldn't have found a better place than this. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent, and having a 3-year-old, it couldn't have been better to find outdoor play equipment for him. Trampoline, swings, slide, slide. Everything was top-notch.

22/04/2026: On the recommendation of a local, I tried this restaurant, eager to try a good first course featuring typical local products. It didn't disappoint; I tried the tagliatelle with truffles, delicious, paired with a nice glass of red wine. The very friendly staff and the beautiful, welcoming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

22/04/2026: Within ancient walls, an entire family has been working for two generations. Two brothers with their wives in the kitchen and their children—cousins—in the dining room: Simona and Moreno. A place made of simple and genuine things, just as always! A sure thing.

26/04/2026: One of the best restaurants of our trip to Tuscany/Umbria. We were staying close by and ended up returning 5-6 times! We tried everything on the menu and there was not a single bad dish. As highlighted in an earlier review, the menu is not entirely traditional - they offer pasta and pizza (both of which are very good - the locals were all ordering pizza) but also dishes like tuna tartar. Our favourites were the truffle burrata, the beer marinated pork shank, and the margherita pizza (the kids’ favourite!). But more than anything, what made the restaurant so special was how warm and welcoming the owners were, and how this was truly a neighbourhood restaurant where people from all around the town gathered to dine, celebrate and be with friends. If the owners are reading this, we want to say thank you for making us feel like part of your family!

03/05/2026: The place was very nice, and the waiter (probably the owner or one of the owners) was professional and knowledgeable. We had pasta with white ragù, chicken steak, and sliced ​​steak with caramelized onions (only the smell of onions!)...none of the dishes impressed me. The bill was a bit steep, in my opinion.
