10/11/2024: Recommended to us by locals. We were passing through and didn't want to dine in a place with tourist menus. No sooner said than done! A pleasant surprise for more than one reason. Owner/staff Alessandra and Laura are very competent and have very clear ideas about customer expectations, Umbrian kindness and courtesy, exhaustive explanations of the dishes that make us regret having just one dinner (we only stayed one night). Raw materials of excellent quality and impeccable workmanship with rigorous respect for tradition I imagine. Definitely superior result without any space for observations regarding cooking and cooking processes. Every request treated with wide availability. In detail: we had two masterfully cooked first courses of exceptional flavor (egg tagliolini with black summer truffle and other pasta with rocket sausage sauce etc.) with homemade pasta. The plate of typical cured meats and cheeses is excellent. Two simple but also very good side dishes (sautéed chicory and mushrooms). Very high quality/price ratio. Too bad we can't come back soon to taste the entire menu that the very nice Laura illustrated to us with expert accuracy. 25/11/2024: Atmosfera perfettamente rilassata ed una cucina genuina ma al tempo stesso selezionata. Antipasto vegetariano da segnalare per la freschezza e bontà di verdure. Superlativa frittatina di rucola, radicchio ed erbe selvatiche. Grigliata di carne mista e patate con buccia cotte sulla brace. Ottima qualità/prezzo.

23/11/2024: Lovely evening spent with friends, we had truffle scrambles with truffle bruschetta (really good), as second courses cut with coarse salt and cut with colonnata lard (tender meat, cooked as requested) excellent second courses. The pride of the service was the girls who took turns in the service were very professional, fast and courteous. Beautiful evening. Thank you all

28/08/2024: Unmissable! Exceptional typical cuisine in a fourteenth-century restaurant renovated to crown the atmosphere of the alleys of Gubbio. The owners are very kind and super competent. Fast and attentive service. Excellent value for money. We returned twice in 4 days because we enjoyed it so much. If you are unsure about what to eat, ask for advice or alternatively taste everything because you won't find anything to complain about.

11/12/2024: Sembra di essere in una trattoria negli anni 80, sia per l’ambiente che per il menù… e anche per i prezzi in effetti, molto contenuti! Molto gentile e attento il servizio, luogo accogliente e cibo abbastanza buono.

18/08/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante pizzeria, con la mia famiglia, a fine Luglio. Locale semplice ma ben tenuto e pulito. Propone sia pizza, che piatti locali e generosi hamburger. Tutto buono con poca spesa. Servizio attento e cortese.

27/08/2024: The place has changed its name today, it is called Adagio and I believe it is also managed. A very beautiful place in a place from times gone by, a small village rich in history and with its own unique charm. The place is located in the town square managed by two sisters very nice and helpful. We had dinner enjoying the dishes places prepared with high quality raw materials. I suggest always booking because if you want to dine outdoors there are not many places. I would recommend the wild boar which in my opinion is very good. There is certainly no shortage of wines from the area which are an excellent pairing with the dishes. Try it.

21/08/2024: Gourmet restaurant, we stopped for lunch. It is located near the sources of the Clitunno. We had a unique truffle-based culinary experience. The owner is very nice.

21/08/2024: Small, well-kept and welcoming location, with attentive and friendly service. The innkeeper welcomed us and made us feel immediately at ease. Refined dishes, with quality ingredients, and presented very very well both in terms of plating and explanation of the dish. The restaurant has a well-defined and coherent concept, entirely focused on the experience of the truffle which is present on practically every dish, even on dessert. Pet friendly place, we will definitely return.

16/08/2024: Fantastic service. We ordered spritz, Manhattan and non alcohol coctail accompanied with many goodies. If you drive to the lake do not forget to pay a visit over here.
