13/10/2024: Dopo una visita a Cascia al Santuario di Santa Rita io e mio marito ( e il nostro maltesino da cui non ci separiamo mai) ci siamo fermati per la cena in questo ristorante dove eravamo già stati quest'estate rimanendone piacevolmente conquistati. È riduttivo scrivere che abbiamo " solo mangiato " benissimo perché c'è tanto di più! Innanzitutto le materie prime utilizzate sono quasi tutte frutto del loro lavoro e della terra generosa circostante che le produce; l' arredo è curato nei minimi particolari con una raffinatezza ed eleganza da pubblicità; la pulizia è quasi " maniacale " ; la gentilezza ed il garbo della titolare che serve i clienti è una carezza al cuore; l'impiattamento è da pubblicità e la loro bontà sublima il palato e per terminare la nostra dichiarazione d'amore a questo locale c'è il rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto ....direi SUPER onesto! Grazie per la bellissima serata in cui tutto è stato perfetto o meglio quasi perfetto perché il distributore delle sigarette della piazzetta ha preso i soldini ma non ci ha dato le sigarette 😂 Testimone il gattino della piazza che ci ha seguito fino alla macchina preoccupato per le "improperie" di mio marito che litigava con la macchinetta erogatrice😅

12/10/2024: Siamo tornati di nuovo in questo bellissimo ristorante e... Non finisce mai di stupirci. Esperienza semplicemente fantastica ed unica. Il ristorante è il coronamento perfetto per coloro che vogliono immergersi nelle bellezze dell' Umbria e in particolare della Valnerina. In quest'occasione abbiamo optato per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi del territorio, delicato ed autoctono, e per un primo al tartufo veramente speciale. È incredibile come in questo ristorante tradizione, territorio ed innovazione possano coesistere così armoniosamente. Il tutto con viste mozzafiato sul panorama circostante!

26/08/2024: Amazing cuisine, from the selection of cold cuts and cheeses, to the cappellacci alla norcina and the grilled sausages. Excellent choice of wines but the friars' craft beer deserves a special mention. Highly recommended!

24/08/2024: Very nice and secluded place, the staff is really friendly and attentive (they even gave us some toys for the little girl). The truly exceptional jam, excellent cheeses, very tasty combo. We didn't have first courses but the meat was also very good! Definitely recommended!

08/09/2024: Among the countless refreshment points in the enchanting Rasiglia, we chose "La locanda del meno tre" 🍽: an overall positive experience. Starting from the great kindness of the owner🤵🏼, and then continuing with that of the staff in the dining room upstairs. There are not many tables, so we strongly recommend booking; especially due to the turnout in the village. Lunch was to our liking, varied menu (between first and second courses based on game 🐗 and freshwater fish 🐟 + numerous desserts 🍰) and more than sufficient portions; although, given the not exactly cheap prices, we would have liked them to be flavored a little more. The service, although quite quick, saw some slight mix-ups between the orders and the courses... Nothing that however compromised the meal 😋 of an "aquatic" 💦💧 day in Rasiglia...

05/10/2024: The dinner we had was excellent, first class; a whisker within perfect. Risotto with saffron, gnocchi al ragù, chitarrina alla carbonara, baccalà in tempura, maiale, and cicoria. The dishes were full of flavour; a mix of lovely elements, rich, complete, and near-always subtle rather than forced. The chicory was for some reason brilliant; good enough to convert anyone to bitter greens. Quantities were always right. The wine we chose, a slightly orange natural grechetto, also worked its magic. If our stomachs were any bigger we would have tried everything including the desserts, but I’m older and wiser and so ultimately chose a good night’s sleep over unrestrained gluttony.

22/10/2024: I was in Perugia to visit a dear friend of mine who introduced me to this lovely restaurant located on the outskirts of Corciano. Friendly and professional staff, always available for every request. Really excellent food with fresh and tasty products. Excellent quality/price. Accept Fabio's advice regarding the choice of wines, you won't regret it. I also recommend trying the delicious thousand leaves prepared by them!

28/08/2024: The outside does not do justice to the place which appears welcoming and very well looked after inside. The food is amazing and the service is equally amazing. You have to wait a bit for the dishes but it's all rewarded by the excellent food. We will gladly return.
