27/10/2025: found the restaurant through the Michelin Guide, as it has a Michelin Plate, and I had expectations to match—but they were not met. Everything was fine, but that’s about it—I expected something more. The food was tasty, but nothing that really amazed me. The wine was good, though I missed any explanation about it when it was served—not even the basic details were provided. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. However, the kitchen was very slow – for three courses plus dessert, we were there for 2 hours and 20 minutes, and we waited (too) long between courses. On a positive note, they easily adapted the dishes to be gluten-free, as I have celiac disease.

21/10/2025: This is a hotel with an inn. We both stayed there and enjoyed the food. The hotel is very charming, with thoughtful and stylish furnishings. It's truly welcoming and clean, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. The food at the inn is truly excellent, with meticulously prepared dishes and a clear focus on slow food ingredients. Breakfast is truly a special experience, featuring refined and carefully selected ingredients, served per person. The restaurant is suitable for both families and business travelers.

09/11/2025: Good evening, I wanted to share my day with you: I was with a few others at my friend Sabrina's birthday party... what can I say? The atmosphere was delightful, the staff were kind and knowledgeable, and then there was the food... I'd say it was simply breathtaking, unique and traditional, but with that extra touch of innovation that never hurts. My compliments to Chef Tommaso and the entire staff. An experience definitely worth repeating.

At the end of the evening, it's natural to thank them for the wonderful culinary and human experience they offer.

29/10/2025: Everything was delicious, including vegetarian options. Compliments to the chef. The restaurant spaces are very spacious and beautiful. The service was excellent, with fantastic kindness and attention. There were nine of us, and everyone was truly satisfied. We will definitely be back.

15/10/2025: There aren’t words to express how amazing this meal was. Far and away the best of my life! My husband and I came in after arriving late into town and checking into our hotel. We saw the lights at Fabiani and thought it looked lovely. We had no idea the joy awaiting us. Our server, Mary, was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. We ordered a multi-course chef’s choice (one with tartufo nero and one without) and let me just say—this chef is incredible. Every single bite was beautifully crafted and balanced, each one somehow better than the last. We felt like we were splurging to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, but only spent about €100 total for a bottle of wine, sparkling water, and two six-course meals plus coffees, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. We closed the restaurant and literally gave the chef a standing ovation when he came out. We hope to return again soon. Grazie mille to the whole staff!

17/11/2025: A very welcoming and charming restaurant, with a slightly vintage feel, yet excellent for a dinner with friends or special occasions where you want a bit of privacy. I was there for a business dinner, and the service was excellent from the start, and the food was equally good. The service was friendly, polite, and very polite. I recommend the meat, and a good appetizer with a mix of local cured meats and cheeses. For dessert, I had a delicious tartlet, beautifully filled.

28/10/2025: I travelled alone and had an almost perfect evening here. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Since I couldn't decide which pasta to have as my first course, I asked for a recommendation. I was served an excellent pasta dish with ricotta cheese, truffles and local sausage. This was followed by a tender tagliata with truffle sauce. All this at a reasonable, fair price Thank you for the wonderful dinner.

09/11/2025: Wonderful! I felt at home with all the delicacies they served us, and it took me back to when I lived in the beautiful town of Nocera and my family cooked the same things! I'll definitely return, perhaps in the summer, when you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you even more.

We were very comfortable; the dinner was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best time of year, but as we were leaving, we ran into a quiet fox who approached us as if he were at home... what a pleasant encounter!
