14/01/2026: A lovely seafood restaurant in Perugia. It was a surprise for both the quality and quantity of the dishes. The restaurant is elegant and perfect for a relaxing dinner. We had a fish appetizer and two main courses of grilled fish and sea bream: everything was delicious.

04/01/2026: The restaurant is nice and cosy. I liked the concept of having several rooms each with limited number of tables rather than a big hall with endless number of tables. We took a shared starter, which was OK, a small remark though, shrimps in mayo and ketchup sauce is an American fast food thing and shouldn't be served in Italian restaurant! My wife took the mixed seafood grill which was excellent, but I was disappointed with my choice of dish, the grilled octopus, it tasted nice but very chewy, either undercooked or overcooked. I understand that cooking octopus is tricky but I expect the chef should know how to do it perfectly. Deserts were OK. Staff were very polite, patient, and helpful. We enjoyed the experience. 12/11/2025: L’Écurie is one of those places we always enjoy returning to. Barbara and the staff are always kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with attention to detail without ever being stuffy. Perfect for lunch, an aperitif, or a dinner with friends.

02/11/2025: We often return to L’Ecurie, and each time it's a confirmation. Carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and consistently balanced flavors. The staff is welcoming and professional, attentive without ever being formal. The wine selection is truly remarkable and perfectly complements the experience. A place where you eat well and always feel at home.

19/10/2025: One of the best breakfasts in Spoleto, even compared to more "trendy" places. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but nothing major.

27/12/2025: I'm going against the grain with dark/evening photos, during aperitif time on Boxing Day, with a packed house. I only counted three bartenders in total, but what can I say? They made all the difference, where organization and rank matter! The precision and speed of preparation and service deserved 5 stars, and if there had been 10, I would have given them 10! Kudos to their professionalism! Always serious and on point! As a colleague in the industry, I can only be amazed, a very rare quality these days! My compliments, we'll definitely be back! PS. I hope the bartenders appreciate the photos and they don't cause any discomfort.

20/08/2025: Breakfast just outside the old village of Marsciano at the foot of one of the surrounding towers. A lovely place for an all-female management. The whole-wheat croissant with honey was delicious. The wines from local wineries are also quite good, perfect for aperitivo time.

17/11/2025: A wonderful surprise! We stopped by chance for a quick lunch during a trip. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The grilled lamb is a must-try.

We were greeted by a friendly, approachable lady who explained the house menu, authentic and varied, featuring home-cooked dishes that were beautifully prepared. We ate in a setting surrounded by nature, with a beautiful panoramic outdoor terrace, and were served with kindness. We savored the local delicacies. It was a truly delightful experience that I highly recommend to lovers of good food. I recommend calling to reserve.

08/01/2026: L'Aquilone is the place where every child would love to spend their holidays. Here, they spend happy days in the company of many friends, immersed in nature, playing lots of outdoor games. They have fun evenings and eat delicious food. Michele, Valeria, and Gabriele give all the kids so many wonderful experiences that will stay with them for years to come. It was truly a thrill for me, a former L'Aquilone child, to take my son to this unforgettable place and discover that, like me, he took home so much affection, laughter, and the desire to return for future summers. 05/01/2026: We sent our 11-year-old son to L'Aquilone for a week, aiming to strengthen his Italian language skills. The experience was extremely positive. He particularly enjoyed the many outdoor activities and the wonderful atmosphere at L'Aquilone. He felt welcomed and involved. As parents, what struck us most was the great kindness and attention shown by everyone who accompanied him during his stay. He returned enthusiastic, serene, and with wonderful memories, both human and linguistic. We sincerely thank Michele, Valeria, Gabriele, and Maria for their availability, care, and humanity. An experience we wholeheartedly recommend.

18/09/2025: Every time I return to Terni, leaving cold Germany behind for a while, there's a place that calls to me like home: Pizzeria La Genga. I left a piece of myself here, in Collescipoli. As a teenager, I worked among its tables, but it was the perfect refuge after the disco, when we'd gather to drink a glass of wine and devour a Sottobosco sandwich or those gnocchetti I still dream of. La Genga isn't just a pizzeria, it's a hug. It's Mauro and Cristina, the beating heart of this place, with their disarming kindness and a warm humanity. I once asked him, "Mauro, why don't you raise the prices?" And he replied, "And where do poor people go to eat out?" So, this is La Genga: a place that makes you feel not just a customer, but part of a family. No matter how far life takes me, I know that at La Genga I'll always find a table ready to welcome me, a dish that tastes like home, a delicate pizza with a light, easily digestible dough. If you're looking for a place with soul, this is your refuge.

05/09/2025: In the quaint village of Collescipoli, in a family-friendly atmosphere with friendly staff, you can enjoy not only the typical Collescipolana gnocchetti, but also a truly delicious, light, generously topped pizza, already cut into wedges. The prices are truly reasonable.

26/10/2025: Excellent property, beautiful, welcoming, feels like home. Friendliness and kindness are the order of the day. WONDERFUL rooms, EXCELLENT food. A little inconvenient to get to, but worth it!!!

28/09/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse nestled in the woods for just one night. We had a wonderful time. The room was welcoming, well-kept and very clean. The view was stunning. The owner was very kind. The breakfast was special, with homemade cakes, honey, and jams. It was an experience to be repeated.

07/11/2025: Excellent place! We visited this restaurant on October 31st, while almost the entire world was celebrating Halloween! We had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, maintaining the rustic character of the restaurant. The service is attentive, friendly, and attentive. The menu is remarkable. We chose the six-course menu, and every dish amazed us with its excellent ingredients, combinations, and presentation. A special mention for the cappelletti with parmesan cream, truly top-notch!

WOW...but obviously my opinion wouldn't be perfect, so I'll explain it this way: Service like no other, remarkable customer care and passion, have added a fun and lively touch to the entire experience. Fresh, high-quality, refined, and at the same time, as natural as possible food, without too many frills but adding that "spicy" kick that fish in tomato sauce deserves! The house wine and liqueurs are TOP! The setting is impeccable and clean, noticeable wherever you look, the smell of cleanliness blending with the unmistakable aroma of good food!!! Many, many, MANY compliments to EVERYONE! Come, we'll definitely be back!

19/12/2025: The staff were arrogant and know-it-all. I called to make a reservation and everything was fine until we showed up and our reservation was put aside for larger tables without even being notified. The staff didn't even apologize, telling us that a table for 4 wasn't worth it compared to a larger one. They were very rude and boorish. You might eat well, but with these people it's not worth it.
