I'm going against the grain with dark/evening photos, during aperitif time on Boxing Day, with a packed house. I only counted three bartenders in total, but what can I say? They made all the difference, where organization and rank matter! The precision and speed of preparation and service deserved 5 stars, and if there had been 10, I would have given them 10! Kudos to their professionalism! Always serious and on point! As a colleague in the industry, I can only be amazed, a very rare quality these days! My compliments, we'll definitely be back! PS. I hope the bartenders appreciate the photos and they don't cause any discomfort.
