21/10/2024: Hoy asistimos a un almuerzo y cata de vinos en este hermoso lugar. Incluyó comida realmente encantadora y un discurso muy informativo y experto sobre las características y el maridaje de los diversos vinos que disfrutamos. El entusiasmo con el que se dio la información sin duda se sumó al disfrute. Además de las diversas variedades de vino, nos educaron sobre el aceite de oliva local y el delicioso balsámico de más de 20 años. Yo era el único vegetariano del grupo, pero mi berenjena era igual de deliciosa que los platos de carne parecían ser para los otros miembros del grupo. Spello es una hermosa ciudad pequeña. El restaurante está a parte de la colina, un paseo fácil, rodeado de edificios antiguos. Todo muy recomendable!

21/10/2024: Una visita a este restaurante fue parte de nuestro Tour Intrépido organizado. Incluía cata de vinos y muestras de comida local. Soy un no bebedor por lo que apreciamos los fabulosos sabores del aceite de oliva, el vinagre balsámico y los alimentos servidos. El propietario también amablemente me proporcionó un capuchino gratis - muy generoso. El personal era muy amable y atento. Un entorno tranquilo y sombreado - muy recomendable!

08/03/2025: In this place the pizza is excellent, as are the various legume soups, the grilled meat and the white pasta which is a very good lasagna. The carbonara is also super. For me it's a full 5 stars.

23/03/2025: We booked with the fork (20% discount), this is the premise to tell you that compared to other restaurants we were treated like "normal" customers and this already made them start off on the right foot. The place is really beautiful with exposed stones and old agricultural tools from the past hanging almost everywhere and above all free of dust. Let's get to the food... anything I say will never make you understand the sublime experience we had. Rediscover the flavors of the past in pappardelle with chopped meat, or in semolina gnocchi without potatoes, delicious. Not to mention the cured meats produced by them... exceptional. And then the old-fashioned trifle made with a torcolo like our mothers used to make. The service is impeccable, the guys are very kind and affable. In short, we will return to try the meat and recommend it because it is truly fantastic to eat here.
