22/04/2025: Il locale è elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli, il personale gentilissimo e attento. Il menù è vario, con proposte di carne, di pesce e vegetariane. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la disponibilità ad andare incontro alle esigenze di una persona vegana e di una intollerante al lattosio presenti al nostro tavolo, proponendo comunque piatti sfiziosi (non le solite verdure grigliate!). Persino tra i dolci c'era una proposta vegana. Tutto buonissimo e ben presentato. Complimenti davvero per l'attenzione al cliente e alla qualità e per non discriminare le persone con esigenze alimentari diverse!

06/06/2025: I recommend trying this place if you are in the area, absolutely delicious!!! The service was very kind and attentive, but an honorable mention for the food. The quality is amazing, the first courses are exquisite, in fact superlative. You have the possibility of choosing the meat and it is cooked in front of you. What more can I say: go there!!!

08/06/2025: We chose this castle to celebrate my husband's birthday and the eve of our anniversary, and we couldn't have wished for a more magical experience. The Tower Suite is simply enchanting: every detail is elegantly designed, the cleanliness impeccable and the view dreamy. You can breathe in an atmosphere of times gone by, without sacrificing modern comfort. The staff was always attentive and professional, but a special thanks goes to Oscar, who accompanied us with discretion and courtesy during every lunch and dinner. His service was truly impeccable and made every moment even more special. The castle is immersed in nature: absolute peace, clean air and lots of greenery all around. It is the perfect place to unplug and regenerate. Of all the experiences we had, the best was undoubtedly archery. We had never tried it before, but thanks to the instructor Enrico, very good and passionate, a true passion was born that we will take with us even after the holiday. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and high-quality ingredients, but a special mention goes to the tiramisu: the best I have ever tasted! Everything from the welcome, to the cleanliness, to the facilities, to the beauty of the surroundings, contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back.

23/05/2025: Ho trovato questo posto per mangiare da un’attenta ricerca unico neo è che google non mi ha dato indicazioni precise per l’entrata al posteggio. Ma ne vale la pena!!!! Il personale super gentile è il cibo è eccellente il prezzo nella norma è anche bello dentro rifinito e curato! Lo consiglio

18/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo tra amici, pensionati e buone forchette. Tutti soddisfatti dalla qualità del cibo cucinato a dovere e dalla simpatica professionalità del servizio. Conto onesto; da ritornare il più presto possibile

28/04/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Restaurant Villa Elda for 3 nights and it was a truly pleasant experience. Since our arrival we were welcomed with great cordiality by all the staff, always available and attentive to the needs of the guests. A really important plus was finding the room ready at 9:30 in the morning, an attention that we greatly appreciated. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every morning we were able to enjoy a plentiful and very varied breakfast, with fresh products and options for all tastes. The hotel's location is strategic: it is located on the plain below Assisi, in a quiet but comfortable setting. It is possible to reach the Basilica of San Francesco on foot, with a walk of about 40 minutes uphill, or comfortably with the bus/shuttle whose stop is a few steps from the hotel. We undoubtedly recommend Villa Elda to those looking for a clean, welcoming and well-positioned base for visiting Assisi and its surroundings. We will definitely be back!

05/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in 8 persone ed ordinato 2 maxi grigliate miste che sono arrivate fredde e gli spiedini immangiabili poiché anche non cotti. Abbiamo fatto presente l'inconveniente alla cameriera la quale ci ha detto che avrebbe fatto venire il cuoco mentre poco dopo giungeva l'altra cameriera a chiederci quale fosse stato il problema e che lo avrebbe riferito non si sa a chi. Inoltre siccome nella sala era caldo si chiedeva gentilmente di poter usare il condizionatore che prontamente azionavano ma solo per neanche cinque minuti. Per riparare all'inconveniente della carne fredda ci venivano offerti gli amari che però abbiamo rifiutato. Sicuramente non torneremo più e lo sconsigliamo vivamente.

21/04/2025: The Country House is a place of quiet and sober beauty. Fabulous breakfast with excellent local zero-mile products. The half board dinners are good, but no choice of side dishes or vegetarian alternatives to meat dishes.

27/04/2025: Da diversi anni frequentavo per pranzo o cena questo locale e mi ero trovato sempre abbastanza bene. Ieri però, dopo esserci fermati lì in mattinata per un caffè e aver preavvisato la possibilità di tornarvi per pranzo, di ritorno dal cimitero ove riposa un ns. amico, intorno alle 14,00, abbiamo chiesto per telefono se era possibile avere qualcosa da mangiare più tardi, anche solo un panino, ma la risposta di una donna è stata piuttosto brusca e maleducata. Ci sono altri modi cortesi per comunicare le proprie esigenze e i propri problemi: il motto "Si entra Clienti, si esce Amici", presente sul relativo sito, non sembra più coerente. Peccato, eravamo sei potenziali clienti che probabilmente non si recheranno più lì. Roberto Bevilacqua
