08/05/2025: I had lunch at the Don Bosco hotel, finding courtesy and good cuisine with traditional local dishes. Informal atmosphere and welcoming environment. I always go there willingly.

Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

19/04/2025: Da tempo un mio amico mi suggeriva di mangiare in questo posto e finalmente sono riuscito ad andarci. Bel locale, con ampia scelta al banco di dolci e focacce e, soprattutto, a quello della gastronomia. Mi piace anche il fatto che non ci sia un menù alla carta fisso. I piatti che ci sono stati serviti erano abbondanti e ben conditi, li ho graditi tutti (e non solo io). Molto cortese il personale. Non male il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

07/05/2025: Typical atmosphere fireplace always lit for the embers waitress available for a small off-menú...We took ragu, truffle and asparagus variation off-menú...truffle gramigna, a spectacular fillet with Sagrantino and a dessert of cream and strawberry pastry. Very honest prices, only the fillet was worth the whole bill... Go with the house wine, it's absolutely superlative, remember that we are in Montefalco, the really kind owner offered us coffee, a person of experience and professionalism like no other there is anymore. If I return to Montefalco I will stay there again. Thank you for this experience!!!!

06/05/2025: Typical Umbrian restaurant Good food, very good starters, even the lamb, according to my parents, was cooked very well and was cooked well... good quality for the price!! If you want to eat well without too many pretensions I highly recommend this place....

31/05/2025: Exceptional pizza, light and tasty, quality of ingredients nothing short of excellent, especially the buffalo mozzarella really seemed to have been eaten fresh from the dairy, to my immense regret I must say that the waiting time was around an hour and one of the pizzas had been wrong and remade (I must say immediately and without hesitation from the staff), I want to think that this inconvenience was due to the fact that it was Saturday night and the high demand for takeaway, for the rest nothing to say truly excellent.

21/06/2025: My husband and I had dinner here at an outdoor table. Very well-kept, cute and even romantic place. We had two first courses: spaghetti alla chitarra with clams and bottarga and tagliolini alla carbonara with raw red shrimp and truffle. An explosion of flavor in the mouth, delicious and new combinations. For the second course, seared tuna with sesame and caramelized onions, a real delight. We had a great time. Highly recommended restaurant!

09/06/2025: Professional service! Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality food. We will definitely be back. My Celiac girlfriend had no problem, she was able to eat even the first courses.

We were welcomed with cordiality and sympathy and "spoiled" by Chiara and her young colleague. When we pass by Assisi again we will definitely return

04/05/2025: Chosen as a hotel, but also discovered as a restaurant: it was a very pleasant stay! Hospitable, helpful, comfortable and clean rooms, quality cuisine and generous portions. Convenient location for excursions in the surrounding area: Castiglione del lago, Città della Pieve and places on the lake. I recommend it!

01/06/2025: Attracted by the stars (maybe the food is really good) we book at 6:30 pm for 8 pm. We find ourselves in a run-down and not very well-kept environment. We sit in a small, bare room with little light. After receiving drinks and menus from the boy, we wait for the owner (?) to take our order. She tells us to wait, giggling. Then she proceeds to serve a larger table that arrived after us (6 instead of 2) and they all laugh happily. We call her twice, but she seems (...) not to hear... We wait again, but nothing. We get up after 30 minutes of waiting, passing by her at the exit. She looks at us and doesn't even say hello. Unfortunately we had left our cell phones in our hurry to get up. My companion goes back to get it, receiving a terse: "You left your cell phone". End of story. Bah. Absolute rudeness.

01/06/2025: Prachtig uitzicht, bediening was chaotisch, het eten middelmatig 😢 prijs is daarom iets te hoog. Bijna de helft terug gegeven.

19/02/2025: Torniamo dopo 5 mesi per assaggiare il menu' Terra dopo esserci deliziati con il menù acqua,che dire.........prodotti di ottima qualità impreziosiscono un impasto unico e delizioso,Champagne di qualità accompagna come al solito in modo splendido questo percorso.
