11/07/2024: Ci siamo fermati al volo per un pranzo veloce: due buoni panini preparati sul momento, e due pastarelle (una crema di pistacchio e l'altra crema di nocciola) che erano la fine del mondo! Consigliato!

28/10/2024: Hemos estado en este lugar unas 6 veces en 8 años y siempre es muy bueno. Creo que cambió de dueño hace unos años, pero la carta de alimentos y vinos sigue siendo excelente. Es pequeño por dentro, y las mesas están un poco juntas, pero todo lo que teníamos era genial.

31/08/2024: My friends and I had great time by the duomo. We had a fresh and tasty bottle of local white wine with a rich selection of cheese, ham and salami, and truffle bruschetta. The best way to relax after a long hot day. Our dinner ended with a well known Pasqualetti ice-cream by the duomo steps. Happy days!

26/08/2024: Siamo capitati per caso in questo agriturismo in una domenica calda: posto molto bello e curato, personale accogliente e gentile, cibo buono e genuino, vista magnifica, venticello gradevole... prezzo nella media. Torneremo!

17/07/2024: Last night we were pampered by the impeccable service of this pearl in the heart of the historic center of San Gemini. The initial pink bubbles, a wonderful ciliegiolo, delicate and not at all anonymous, welcomed us, inebriating us right away. The welcome trio opened the dance, taking us into the hot Umbrian summer with melon, salmon, mushrooms, chocolate and cherry tomatoes. A small work of art that prepares us for the wonderful journey of flavors that awaited us. The chef surprised us with reinterpretations of local recipes using native and seasonal raw materials. The freshly made bread using sourdough starter went perfectly with each course. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms "dirtied" by cherry tomatoes was so sweet that it made one think of a dessert. The fusilloni with potatoes would have satisfied even the most difficult palates with an unexpected, fresh, unique flavour. The fillet with potato lasagne was a journey within a journey. I didn't know potatoes could achieve certain levels of flavor. Ecstatic. Grilled guinea fowl combined with a sweet sauce is a welcome little joke that the chef offered to my guinea fowl-loving companion. The ending offered to us could not fail to be surprising. It is a trio of fruit tastings marinated in its own juice and flavored with spices and herbs. I'm not a fruit lover but I think I would eat plenty of it if it were always served this way. The sommeliers were able to match the wines to our dishes, giving us a wonderful journey through local and non-local wineries, enriching the incredible experience we had with professionalism, kindness and wisdom. The initial rosé sparkling wine started a magic that continued with an expertly recommended Arneis paired with the important first courses we chose. Subsequently, Sagrantino dominated the scene, supporting the fillet with elegance and decision. To conclude we ordered a very particular digestive from the Umbrian areas. We were enchanted by the story of its creator and drinking it with such awareness made it even tastier and more special. Our summer cuddle ended like this, on a quiet and characteristic terrace overlooking the sunset among the Umbrian hills at the foot of a bell tower. Relaxed, really full and very happy.

26/11/2024: Este restaurante está situado en una zona céntrica de Todi. Esta es una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que tuvimos en Umbría y por eso. Alto nivel de servicio. Conocimiento de vinos. Excelente selección de vinos. Calidad excepcional de la comida servida. Postres caseros. Ubicación céntrica. Y, después de todo esto , el precio es MUY razonable.

20/12/2024: Fantastic traditional local dishes. Excellent meats on an open grill in the dining room. Very good house wine. I recommend amatriciana and grilled lamb... delicacies too...! Attentive and helpful staff. The restaurant is owned by the family of the hotel of the same name next door. Stopping to sleep in the Roscio hotel and a dinner at the Roscio restaurant becomes a travel break/stopover pleasant, relaxing and satisfying...!

03/11/2024: Trovato per caso e fortunati a prenotare un tavolo per due. Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente e familiare, i piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto la pergola per due persone pieno di prodotti buonissimi, io ho ordinato le tagliatelle al ragù bianco di cinta senese e funghi porcini…SPAZIALE, il mio ragazzo ha ordinato i tortelli ripieni di zucca con una crema di gorgonzola… DELIZIOSO. Andateci perché ne vale la pena.

31/07/2024: Dinner with friends on a Saturday night, full place and medium-long waiting times for pizzas. The pizza is good, very well seasoned, it's a shame that the crust is a little chewy, I prefer it crunchier. The starters are good and plentiful, especially the platters, and the quality/price ratio is satisfactory. A little too much confusion with the orders, often wrong and with the tables being changed, better to go on weekdays.

18/07/2024: I went for a pizza with friends. In my opinion, the pizza needs to be improved a lot, the staff is friendly, the place is quiet and nice overall.
