20/09/2025: Sorry, but you can't bring two completely melted slushes, then replace them with other melted slushes and charge €12 for them. What's more, the cashier seemed annoyed when the problem arose, justifying himself by saying, "We made a lot of them today and the machine had been running all day," without even apologizing.

17/09/2025: We ordered a cappuccino. It's very expensive (€4) and not as good as other places.

26/07/2025: La comida IT veía terrible y sabía peor. Mi pareja y yo tuvimos uno bocado y devolvimos IT todavía cobraba el precio completo, que no era barato. No coma aquí o visite muchos restaurantes y cafés encantadores en Pisa. Evitar.

22/06/2025: Carísimo, un café de normal a malo y un pastelito muy corriente a precio de oro. No hemos pagado un café tan caro en ningún otro sitio de Italia y no entiendo la razón ya que está en una calle cualquiera de Pisa. Baño muy mediocre.

10/10/2025: I was looking for a good restaurant for my trip, and what I received was terrible service. From customer service to people who were rude when asking about a dish or requesting payment. The food was of very low quality compared to the price. I do not recommend it.

26/09/2025: Professionalism of the staff, clean and very original environment

12/09/2025: We contacted them for a ceremony, and they set up an appointment for a quote, but the manager didn't show up. Annoyingly, but by then we were on site, a representative called and told us she'd be there in an hour and a half. We politely declined and requested a draft quote via email, which never arrived. Conclusion: either they have a lot of work and aren't interested in ceremonies, or professionalism is optional.

27/07/2025: The 0% alcohol drink was disgusting. Chemical syrup and water. I couldn't drink it. The waiter didn't even bother to sory to me. I don't recommend it! There are much better places nearby.

31/08/2025: I ordered a double cheeseburger which arrived after half an hour, the bread must have been a week old, the bacon inside was raw and the cheese was cold from the fridge... + chips, also low quality ones, and a Coke that wasn't even served to me with a glass, €15.30

17/09/2025: The campsite is very well located, which is really nice for enjoying the area. The sheets and towels provided were clean, which is very much appreciated. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who is very kind and accommodating and speaks several languages, including French 😊 On the other hand, the mobile home could do with a good refresh and a little more maintenance, as could some of the campsite's facilities, which give off a neglected feel. It's a shame, because with a little more care, this place could be truly wonderful. Thank you again.

16/09/2025: The campsite is in an excellent location for visiting Tuscany. The campsite could be better maintained. A few things need to be revisited. The cottage is spacious and charming.

13/09/2025: I liked the restaurant. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the Aperol gravy was really good, and the pizza was delicious too. I have to say, though, that it probably won't appeal to everyone, as it's very soft and flimsy. But I'd go back any time.

12/08/2025: €3.50 for an ice cream cone with two tiny scoops. A classic tourist trap; stay away from this place. P.S. The ice cream was also awful.

04/10/2025: €5.50 each for juice, which isn't even 200cl. It's a real robbery. I asked for the Wi-Fi, and they said, "It's not working." They walked away, turning their backs on me. Poor service, and what they're giving you is a rip-off. Don't even think about stopping. It's a shame I didn't see the reviews before. They served us half a glass of juice.

28/09/2025: Honestly, I've never tasted such a bad pizza. The dough was still frozen, there was a lot of oil and it tasted of nothing, but at least they gave us a The Fork discount.

19/09/2025: Watch the bill!! 2 pizzas for €10.50 plus a €3 water = €38!! A real rip-off!! After arguing and checking the prices on the menu, the bill came to €28. €5 for the cover charge wasn't written anywhere, as is customary in Italy. The owner was very unpleasant! Stay away! The pizzas were hard to swallow, both literally and figuratively!!!

05/10/2025: Beware of scammers!!!! €23.90 for a large beer!!! No prices listed, menu written in pen... Food was nasty and cold, my daughter was vomiting. We paid €95, where other restaurants charge €50 for the same. Avoid!
