They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing!
I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything.
We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

27/07/2025: Ottimo l'antipasto , il primo e il secondo tutto a base di pesce ....servizio impeccabile e super organizzato nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno, che dire tappa consigliata!
13/07/2025: Excelente comida a un precio razonable, de gestión familiar. Andrea es Italiano de tercera generación dirigiendo este restaurante. Gran servicio y comida! Teníamos pastas, parmigiana de berenjena y ñoquis. Teníamos pastel de abuelas y tiramisú de postre que eran excelentes. Este tiramisú fue diferente a otros que hemos tenido en nuestro tour de comida y vino de Umbría y Toscana, que termina en Roma. ¡Ambos fueron increíbles! Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante!

27/05/2026: An experience to forget. The room was super small, dirty and had a bad smell of mold, the clothes after the night took on that horrible smell. The blankets were very dated and smelly, dusty. The desk was sticky. The air conditioning didn't work, no TV, fridge, and the bathroom was small but run down. To get into the shower you have to do some maneuvering. Not to mention the cost, 80 euros.....at 30 it was well paid for what it offers. On the website it advertises a well-stocked breakfast instead you have to move to a bar 6,700 meters away and you can get a croissant and a coffee. I wonder, but how is it considered a 3-star hotel? Bah

Se saremo di nuovo di passaggio a Volterra, torneremo sicuramente!
