27/04/2025: high price but justifiable for the location. courteous and fast staff. very disappointing that there is only one toilet and above all indecent. a little more cleaning during the day would be recommended, given the amount of people who use it and considering that to use it, rightly so, consumption is required (certainly not cheap)

25/04/2025: I spent four days in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the coffee culture; except at this particular establishment. The coffee here was overpriced and did not match the quality I experienced elsewhere. The place was extremely crowded, to the point where people were standing directly in front of me, completely obstructing the view of the Tower of Pisa. Despite paying a considerable amount for just a coffee and water, the overall experience was disappointing. I had to ask the waiter seven times for an ashtray, and the tiramisu was served frozen, which was quite unexpected. Given the location and pricing, I expected a much higher standard of service and quality.

23/09/2024: Total disappointment: wrong pizzas and an hour late. Third time and I think last time I go there. Every time a problem. We need more honesty and commitment on the part of those who work.

22/05/2025: I ordered a Caesar salad. I've never seen anything like it. The meat was cold and raw. After complaining, we got spaghetti, but that was also terrible. The tomato sauce had more oil than a tomato sauce (it costs over €10).

27/04/2025: Chaotic and disorganized service. Good and plentiful platter but the first courses arrived after 40 minutes of waiting, after having requested them, and they arrived cold. There is room for improvement.

04/06/2025: 9.90 € for 40ml of draft beer... and the staff forgot about my order 😡 A group of 13 people and each of us paid a different price for the same beer... Mine was the most expensive 🫣🤦🏼‍♀️😱

03/06/2025: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I usually always read reviews before going places idk why I didn’t this time. We ordered food and it was so disgusting we didn’t even eat it. When I went to pay the bill inside I told the owner the food was not good he went absolutely crazy. He insulted me and threatened to hit me and threw a red marker on my hat leaving a permanent mark on it. I wish I was not with my kids and it wasn’t 100 degrees outside because I would have called the cops. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
