06/04/2026: My husband and I stayed at this property for a romantic getaway, and overall it was a truly pleasant experience. The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

27/06/2026: Highly recommended, guys! If you want something quick but not ordinary and above all quality, this is the place! If I ever return to Viareggio, I'll definitely be back! The manager is brilliant at putting together the focaccias and the ingredients... you can tell there's someone who knows what they're doing...🫶🏻

01/06/2026: We had a terrible experience. The menu didn't arrive for 30 minutes. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to take our orders. After that, it took another 30 minutes for the first dish to arrive. All the other dishes arrived gradually over the next half hour. So everyone ended up eating alone. On top of that, all the pizzas were inedible. When we told them, they offered flimsy excuses for their poor service and didn't even apologize. When we suggested we pay only 50% as a compromise, they threatened to call the police. In the end, they didn't acknowledge their poor service but accepted our offer. So, in short, this restaurant is absolutely not recommended. That's all water under the bridge now. Something drastic must have changed in recent years.

26/04/2026: We stayed here as a group for a course. The lady welcomed us very warmly and was incredibly kind, and that continued throughout our entire seven-day stay. Really good food and generous portions. Some details could be improved, including the occasional dirty plate or glass. The rooms are old and could be improved. Only some of our beds had slats, while others had old bases. The rooms were very damp, and the showers were a bit dated. The room was cleaned and made up every day. Overall, they're okay.

07/06/2026: Bagno Irene is a guarantee! Both the beach and the facility itself are very well-kept. The undisputed highlight, in my opinion, is the food. The dishes are well-prepared and delicious, finger-licking good. Kudos to all the staff and the chef, who truly knows his job! Well done!
