04/01/2026: Simple and familiar atmosphere, perhaps too simple for some, but perfect for me. The pizza was AMAZING, so much so that I ordered a second one, truly excellent (and very digestible). I spent a fortune.

21/09/2025: A lovely place to stay right on the beach, with very nice food. The female staff are very kind, but the older man behind the bar is extremely rude. He openly says he won’t talk to you if you don’t speak Italian. Yesterday I tried my best in Italian, and today I tried again, but he was still very rude and waved me away saying he was full. It seems like things go a bit too well for this man. I would give him zero stars if I could, but since I really love the place and all the other staff are very kind, that wouldn’t be fair.

07/09/2025: I arrived alone at 2:00 PM. The friendly owner gave me an umbrella and access to the pool. There wasn't much noise on the beach, so I managed to sleep and then took a relaxing dip in the seawater at the pool. I'll be back.

10/10/2025: Really nice place. We met for lunch during the Corchia Park open day. The organization was top notch. The food was excellent; we tried the Tordelli, a typical local dish. Everything was very good.

14/09/2025: We took a trip to enjoy the dishes at the Raffaello Hotel restaurant once again. Today, I'd say it was too salty for my taste (but only because I don't like salt too much). The service was quick and impeccable, and the staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain the ingredients in the various dishes. We had lunch on the veranda overlooking the green Versilia mountains, just a few hundred meters from the starting point for the Antro del Corchia cave. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food, and why not... perhaps even take a nice walk through the greenery.

15/10/2025: Husband sick after eating the octopus for lunch/ that’s all he ate. The rest of our family is ok but we had pasta and chicken. Very disappointed our day ended up like this. While service was fairly fast- it was not very friendly. Also, we rented a spot on the beach- no service there. *** Adding to comment after seeing the reply from the owner- my husband had two Aperol spritzes over an entire day span. Not sure how you are making them- but no- pretty sure that's not what we are talking about. I would say those reading understand what I am talking about. Thanks for proving my point.

06/10/2025: Had an amazing time with the girls here for lunch. The tuna starter was excellent & same for the seafood risotto I had for my main. The staff is so friendly and the vibe is very welcoming. Shoutout for the aperol spritz’s as well! Grazie mille 🥰

08/06/2025: Excellent pastries, fresh and varied products, and gelato that finally tastes like the flavor described, not just cold water! Well done, a jewel in the neighborhood's crown, and hopefully more!

08/12/2025: Amazing place!!! We had a fantastic evening there, celebrating a graduation, and we had a wonderful time!!! Set menu with a mixed appetizer, two first courses including tordelli alla lucchese, porcini mushroom risotto, and sliced ​​beef with potatoes, all delicious!!! The staff were attentive and friendly, and the place... what can I say... Amazing!!! Highly recommended!!

09/09/2025: We got married last Saturday, September 6th. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience, a wonderful location, and a wonderful staff. Doriana, who was with us from the beginning, was always super helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. We had a truly wonderful time and created the wedding we'd always dreamed of. Thank you so much ❤️

23/08/2025: It's a small restaurant in a tiny village in Garfagnana, very close to Lunigiana. The food is excellent, with a wide selection of both first and second courses. The ingredients are top-quality. For large groups, please let them know in advance that you're paying "Roman style," otherwise they might be a bit of a pain. I also recommend it because it's a very relaxing and quiet place.

13/03/2026: The pizza is really good, they make everything gluten-free, safe for celiacs, and the dough is delicious. As for me, I'm vegan, and I get the vegan 4-cheese pizza from them; it's fabulous. The staff is friendly, I recommend everyone to try it 🥰✨️🫶

26/12/2025: Christmas lunch set menu. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly, the service was prompt, and the place was spotless. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

26/12/2025: Update December 2025: We celebrated Christmas here with our family. Service was excellent, and the food was excellent. Three seafood appetizers (see photo) cost €60 (paccheri with cherry tomatoes, scampi, clams, and lupini beans), mixed fried fish with anchovies and fried vegetables, and panettone with cream, water, wine, and coffee. It was sold out. Update 2025: Everything is always great at La Casina! --- We're regulars at this restaurant, and I can say it's an extremely good restaurant, especially for the price. The dishes are good and plentiful, and there's no cover charge. I recommend the tagliolini with lobster, the seafood sauté, and the cacciucco (fish stew). Located in the Viareggio pine forest, 200 meters from the sea, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with air conditioning. During high season, it's better to reach it by bike than by car due to the lack of parking in the area (free parking nearby from 1-3 PM and after 8 PM). They often offer a free after-dinner drink at the end of the meal. - August 2023. This year too, we've been to the local restaurant a couple of times, always top-notch. The seafood is good and plentiful, and there's a fixed-price menu available (4 appetizers, 2 first courses, fried food, and water, plus wine). The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a wide variety of "ammazza caffè" (afternoon tea) for those like me who don't get the usual "amaro del Capo" (a bitter liqueur). Don't be put off by anyone who complains about slow service. The staff is always busy, but when there's a lot of people, you might have to wait, but that means you'll eat well!

20/01/2026: Pizzeria located in Porcari (LU), indoor and outdoor dining, takeaway, large selection of very good pizzas, you can also enjoy cecina, excellent service and friendly staff, interesting prices, I recommend it.

02/01/2026: Delicious pizza with a low crust, generous, high-quality toppings, and fast service. Takeout is always on time, too. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are below average. The location is a bit small, but the restrooms are decent. Highly recommended if you're in the area, and beyond!
