A refined and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful soft lighting that creates a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, always ready to offer the best advice. The selection of drinks is excellent, as is the food, prepared with evident care and passion. The varied and well-crafted vegetarian and vegan options are also highly appreciated.
Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience truly special.
An absolutely worthwhile place. Highly recommended.

An underground New York atmosphere from the 1980s. You expect Andy Warhol to walk in at any moment. David Palizban welcomes you with his great savoir-faire. You'll find the crème de la crème of Forte, Castiglioncello, and Rosignano Solvay, along with dear friends Patrizia and Cristina.
Signature dishes include cacio e pepe ravioli, shrimp carpaccio, and Chianina beef fillet tartare.
To finish off with a beautiful chocolate flan that Roman Polanski would love.
David is also a fashion designer, creating unique kimonos and Casentino bags, which are on display throughout the restaurant.

Worth a visit. Pleasant atmosphere. Excellent cocktails. Dinner with excellent products.
Finding myself in a hamlet of Castiglioncello, after a grueling, rain-soaked drive from Rome, I learn that the friends who invited us have had a serious family issue and will not be joining us for dinner. I call about twenty restaurants in Castiglioncello to find a table for two on the extremely difficult Saturday evening, Valentine's Day, when everything has been booked for weeks. David, the owner, tells me that unfortunately his restaurant is also full. As a way of venting, I explain our situation and offer my warmest regards.
After about thirty minutes, David calls me back and tells me that he's managed to find two available seats, probably by turning the restaurant upside down to find them. I want to thank him once again for his exquisite dinner in his elegant, dimly lit restaurant, but above all for his professionalism. Not everyone gets to put themselves in someone else's shoes, and I believe David did so wholeheartedly.
An excellent dinner, a memory worth framing.
We will definitely be back to visit David and his staff.

A great evening. Super fresh fish, excellent appetizers, and a good selection of wines. All accompanied by great friendliness and professionalism. Definitely worth repeating.

A unique, elegantly furnished setting with quality dishes and wines.
We ate ravioli filled with cacio e pepe, shelled mussels on top, and a very fresh baked sea bream.
