The menu is full of creativity and pairings that I had never seen and tried in my life that I found very experimental, bold and truly delicious.

23/12/2024: We stayed one night. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Perfect dinner and breakfast. Excellent quality mattresses and pillows, we slept really well. Very helpful in managing the dog in the facility. Located in the hinterland, in a small but characteristic village and with the necessary services (Pharmacy, Supermarket, shops, etc). Highly recommended!!!

21/12/2024: Very nice and friendly hostess. Good room. Everything TOP. Good and tasty breakfast. Parking options right in front of the door. The view from the breakfast table cannot be beat. We will definitely and happily come back.

05/01/2025: Not the usual Tuscan cuisine: an exceptional menu that combines classic dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar, with particular and refined proposals. I tried the spaghetti with saffron and ossobuco and the duck breast, both excellent, but the menu could change. What is perhaps missing is a broader range of vegetable dishes or side dishes. Wide choice of local and non-local wines.

15/12/2024: Recommended by friends, we went for lunch on a Saturday after having booked. Really very good dishes and very well presented. Fantastic dish of the day, tagliolini with sage with chicken livers and onion sauce. Nice atmosphere, fast service and courteous and helpful wait staff. Reservation recommended.

Special thanks go to Mr. Enrico, the owner of the hotel, for his extraordinary helpfulness and courtesy. But I can't forget to also mention all the staff: from the receptionists, to the restaurant staff, up to the cleaning ladies. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly special, demonstrating attention and care that made us feel at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and the service impeccable, which makes this property a place to recommend without hesitation. Ho mangiato divinamente , in particolare mi hanno colpito le tagliatelle al cinghiale , squisite , pasta fatta in casa e condimento saporito e bilanciato . Il locale è intimo com bella musica di sottofondo , tornerò sicuramente !!

01/01/2025: Neutral place, I didn't like it. Too closed and without identity. Excellent food, I would say that the meat, bread and all the ingredients are of a good standard. Excellent service, but unfortunately perhaps too long the explanations of the raw materials which go on a little too long, becoming burdensome for the diner. Everything is detailed and attentive to the explanations of the dishes, but the bill is presented with a receipt without specifying what is being paid. I kindly ask for a receipt with details but it cannot be done, this is irregular and disrespectful to the customer. Asked because the price seemed a little excessive for what we got. Result: price details on a sheet of paper instead of on a receipt. And having paid two bitters of just a finger's worth of 26 euros I would say was a steal. I don't think I'll come here again.
