06/01/2025: Ci siete piaciuti . Buoni i salumi , non buonissimi, ma buoni davvero . Le tagliatelle con il ragù bianco di cinghiale meritano la lode . La trippa è cucinata bene , saporita , equilibrata , bravi ! I cantuccini e vin santo … ghiotti ! Io scelgo un erborinato locale , ricoperto di cioccolato . Formaggio buono , servito fin troppo freddo ma buono , la copertura invece non mi convince e non esalta questo particolare dessert . Avrei voluto un fondente assoluto , con maggior carattere e particolarità. Poiché siete davvero bravi , avete un bel locale e uno staff gentile , torneremo con gioia a trovarvi .

The menu is full of creativity and pairings that I had never seen and tried in my life that I found very experimental, bold and truly delicious.

13/01/2025: I highly recommend taking a tour of Da Nada, hospitality, kindness, availability, and maximum customer satisfaction are in first place, both for the room and for a fantastic restaurant, they start from the best quality raw materials and know how to transform them into something magnificent . They also have a room with a spectacular window overlooking the valley, and a fireplace which is lit when possible for an even more romantic atmosphere. If you are in those parts, you absolutely must stop by Da Nada!!! Both for sleeping and for eating!

02/01/2025: Ospitalità eccellente, cena stellare, pulizia impeccabile, sono veramente contenta di aver scoperto questo piccolo hotel ristorante dove ho soggiornato e cenato la sera del 31 dicembre. Gestione attenta al cliente, persone educatissime e molto piacevoli! Ambiente molto rilassante dove si viene coccolati per tutto il tempo, assaporando prodotti di alta qualità, molti dei quali del territorio. Grazie!

29/01/2025: After various vicissitudes (because it's always full) I found a place for dinner with my daughter... a very delightful place with an open kitchen embellished with works of art by chef Francesco's wife. I ate a spectacularly tender pork fillet that melted in my mouth.. very nice waitress who was kind and competent (which is very rare). Very good Giardiniera... I no longer had room for dessert and I thought I'd take it away for breakfast... truly compliments... I already knew you when you worked on the hole and you were already very good... now you're the evolution. See you soon guys

10/02/2025: This is our third stay at Le Macinaie, in four years. The years pass, but Hotel le Macinaie always remains the same, a true guarantee of hospitality, professionalism and welcome. It is always a huge pleasure to stay here, and I recommend it without fear of making a bad impression. A true guarantee of well-being where you can spend wonderful moments. My compliments to this establishment.

06/02/2025: We have just returned from a three night holiday at Le Macinaie. The hotel is very beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The climate is warm and extremely relaxing. Enrico and all the hotel and restaurant staff are super welcoming. There was no snow, there was only a little at the top where we were able to rent a sled and have fun with the children, in general the stay experience fully compensated and repaid the lack of snow. In any case, there are many things to do in the area and we also really enjoyed visiting the alpacas. However, in the hotel there is a nice play area and a relaxation area which we appreciated very much and which gave us some wonderful moments together with our children who would have happily stayed in the hotel to play and in the hydromassage tub. The restaurant is also excellent, for choice, variety and quality. More than fair prices for both the restaurant and the hotel. We will definitely be back! P.s. the photos on the website do not do justice to the beauty of the hotel.

07/02/2025: Very tasty and nice service. The wild boar 🐗 ragout is very tender. Bistecca alla Fiorentina top 👌🏽 We ordered too much because we really wanted to try wild boar. The Bistecca is enough for 2 people. We also ate potatoes with rosemary. Dessert is a pistachio parfait 😋

Ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio grazie all’accoglienza dei ragazzi, i quali sono stati estremamente professionali e cordiali. Ci hanno consigliato benissimo le pietanze da ordinare, e infatti siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ottimi i formaggi, i crostoni e immancabile la Fiorentina. Un assaggio lo meritano anche i tortelli alla castagna, speciali. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Un saluto e a presto dai ragazzi di Roma Nord
