23/02/2026: I've been to Intervallo Restaurant and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The waitresses are truly lovely and kind, always smiling and attentive to their customers. The service was quick and professional. The food? Truly excellent! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dishes. Sincere compliments to the chef and the cooks for their great work in the kitchen 👏 I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in Grosseto!

18/12/2025: We were warmly welcomed into a well-kept and spotlessly clean restaurant. The attention to detail in selecting the ingredients and the presentation are exceptional! As a true Maremma native, I know tortelli well, but here they are truly superior! Everything is top-notch, including Laura, who pampers you and makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive, but a special mention goes to the owner: incredibly kind and helpful, capable of welcoming every guest with genuine warmth and making everyone feel truly welcome. The cuisine is simply exceptional, with authentic flavors and generous portions. Each course showcases tradition, but with a pleasantly surprising twist. Everything was perfect, accompanied by excellent wines expertly recommended. It's one of those places you'll want to return to and recommend without hesitation to friends and family. My compliments to the entire staff; we'll definitely be back!

21/02/2026: If you're passing through Manciano, definitely stop at Trattoria Il Rifugio! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and you'll immediately feel at home. The risotto is simply amazing, and the pappardelle with wild boar are spectacular, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The cod is delicious. The welcome was top-notch, Ilaria was incredibly kind and attentive. The dessert.....exquisite! A place to definitely return to! 🍷✨

08/03/2026: We stopped for a break during our visit to this beautiful village. The experience was more than pleasant. A well-kept and elegant location in a historic building. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. Special attention was paid to specific needs: I found good and tasty gluten-free options. Must-trys: poached egg in potato sauce with truffle shavings and the wild pig with stracchino and gin salad. Finally, I'd like to point out the good quality/price ratio. I don't have photos so as not to spoil the surprise.

02/12/2025: We've eaten there several times, whenever our itinerary allowed, because the pasta is delicious—a special mention goes to the stuffed ravioli and the arrabbiata sauce. The desserts are a delight, and the service is perfect. Always with a smile. Quality/price ratio: 10/10

The owner is very kind, empathetic, and attentive to his customers. The menu is lovely, well-stocked, with several Maremma specialties. The food is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: Last night we finally sampled the atmosphere of this lovely osteria. Caterina is truly a fairy, and with her "magic wand," she prepares dishes so authentic they'll enchant you. Four delicious appetizers, a fantastic first course (lasagna, pici, and freshly made ravioli), and traditional second courses. For me, a vegetarian, she prepared leek omelettes and beans all'uccelletto. The desserts are delicious for those who prefer moka pot coffee. All slow food, just the way we like it. 14/12/2025: An extremely refined restaurant, both in its dishes and in its customer service. I can attest to this, as they had to display great elegance following a small cooking issue. Everything is impeccable, from appetizers to dessert, and the wine list is also excellent, with a wide variety of terroirs. A special mention goes to the warm welcome and friendly service. I'll be back with my eyes closed.

01/12/2025: Perfect dinner at this seaside restaurant! I was here on a Saturday evening in late November, and even in winter, the place is beautiful...a welcoming and meticulously maintained location. In addition to the quality of the food, the truly attentive service is noteworthy. Each course is explained perfectly, and all the waiters are extremely friendly. The fish is excellent, from the appetizers to the main courses and side dishes! I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, which are much lower than other restaurants in the area, despite the ingredients being incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. I will definitely be back!
