29/04/2025: Croissants and coffee were delicious, service was fast and attentive. Great breakfast option, with really reasonable prices before our tour at Accademia.

27/04/2025: I was served by a blond waiter who reacted to the sentence "I will order this" saying that he doesn't take orders and that I must "not be from there" and I don't understand what the word "order" means in italian. Thing is, he was patronizing and I am italian, just not from Florence. The croissant was kind of stale and the cappuccino 3,50€ which is definitely overpriced for italy: two cappuccino, one slice of pizza and one croissant 13,50€ just to have an idea and if you want to roam around. The quality was not awful, but the service ruined the experience. Nice table outside. This is my first negative review, so I would suggest you to avoid this place and the "sweety" on the side.

17/10/2024: Historic hotel in the area, dating back to the 50s and 60s, all in all welcoming, large rooms and reasonable prices

04/05/2025: Great family run cafe where everyone is welcome and can re-energize after a long day of walking. We weren’t able to try their cannolis but they looked delicious.

03/05/2025: Il locale si trova in un punto super strategico, dinnanzi a Palazzo Pitti. Vastissima gamma di gusti di gelati, e vi consiglio di scegliere la versione da due gusti. Unica pecca? Non c’è gestione della coda purtroppo

21/04/2025: Locale molto curato , una prima sala con un America Bar attrezzato e una seconda sala molto carina con piccoli tavolini e sedie per una degustazione più tranquilla . in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza della repubblica ho consumato due Caffè buonissimi ed ho visto il personale disponibile e molto attento .

13/10/2024: We stayed at this property in mid-October and had a very good time. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-maintained structure with swimming pool still accessible. Special mention for the staff starting from the girl at the reception up to the chef who is always kind and extremely helpful.

15/04/2025: Li conosco ormai da anni.....una delle migliori pizzerie di Firenze....materie prime al top ed impasti super leggeri e vari....ho provato la nuova pizzeria a San Donato.....una grande conferma !!!!! E se ve lo dice uno Chef credeteci e provatela....

11/04/2025: Abbiamo provato la pizza da portare a casa nel nuovo punto vendita di Novoli che ha sostituito, aimè, Saba; preparazione velocissima ma purtroppo pizza troppo poco cotta, forse per questo hanno fatto così presto, ce ne siamo accorti perchè durante il trasporto è uscito liquido dal cartone pur tenendolo in pari, all'arrivo, aprendole, le pizze erano coperte dal liquido proveniente penso dal formaggio che evidentemente si era appena sciolto e non aveva avuto il tempo di addensarsi, la pasta in realtà era bella dura.... esperienza purtroppo negativa; poi secondo me ambiente troppo sofisticato per una pizzeria napoletana, venendo poi dall'esperienza di Saba, che chissà perchè ha chiuso......

21/04/2025: Nice cafe in the center of Florence. Very nice waitress and attentive to details. I found myself very well and in a spectacular location.

03/05/2025: Encontramos esta preciosa joyita en nuestra última noche en Florencia. Los cócteles y el postre de tiramisú casero eran absolutamente en su punto hecho por la encantadora Amelia. Música y vibraciones con una selección de aperitivos dulces y salados que habríamos estado aquí más si te hubiéramos encontrado antes! ¡Muchas gracias!

27/04/2025: Posto infernale con musica assordante cibo pessimo in un centro storico non dovrebbe essere ammesso basta con questo cibo più musica pessima riprendiamoci le città

21/04/2025: El lugar es fantástico, la decoración de muy buen gusto, pero la comida se lleva el trofeo, es exquisita... lo hemos visitado nuevamente porque en el 2019 estuvimos por primera vez y nos encantó, así que en 2024 lo hemos buscado y nuevamente quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, atención del personal y del propietario especialmente, ojalá podamos regresar algún día!

19/04/2025: Mejor evitar este lugar, como muchas de las críticas han declarado. Desafortunadamente nos preguntamos aquí después de llegar a Florencia y nos estafaron totalmente. Comida insípida muy sosa a precios altísimos.

10/04/2025: Well what can I say: congratulations on the nightmare dinner served this evening to the school my daughter was in: it's nice to save on other people's skin, right? But what were leftovers from weeks ago inside the meatballs??? And it's not the whims of spoiled kids, not even the teachers ate! Hope no one gets hurt otherwise I'll report you, shame on you!

05/05/2025: When we arrived we wondered why it was empty, then with experience we understood... they have changed management and have ABSURD and DISHONEST PRICES.... Terrible environment Terrible and small quantity drinks. I don't recommend it at all.....

02/02/2025: Innanzitutto bisogna dire che si viene accolti come non succede da tutte le parti. Gentilissimi tutti quanti. e poi, naturalmente, il cibo: qualità ottima , ho mangiato salsicce e rosticciana di buon livello! ci torneró e soprattutto lo consiglieró!!

24/11/2024: Cenare in questo ristorante è stata una esperienza davvero positiva… Dopo tanti tentativi falliti nel periodo estivo, finalmente ieri sera, abbiamo trovato posto! Noi due e il nostro canone Leone. Atmosfera accoglie in una fredda sera con tutto ciò che di toscano possiamo trovare. Un menù tradizionale, ma curato dove puoi assaggiare quelle che sono le ricette della nostra tradizione. Crostini di polenta con ragù ottimi, maltagliati al sugo di nana, pollo disossato fritto con fagioli o carciofi… infine un buon tiramisù. Il personale molto gentile ed efficiente ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. In estate deve essere bellissima la terrazza quindi ci torneremo !!!
