15/06/2025: Very disappointing! We go in for an ice cream and two bottles of water. One of the waters was supposed to be carbonated and they gave me a flat and warm bottle. For the ice cream we threw it away whole. €3.70 for a miserable cup that wasn't ice cream, but flavored ice flakes. It was inedible.

22/05/2025: The only advantage is sitting in the quiet shade, next to the center. The service is poor; the waiters (who aren't Italian, not even European) are immediately obvious that they're bored (to be polite) with their work. Everything is way too expensive (Heineken is €7.80!), the salads are sparse: 3 olives, 2 pieces of tuna, etc.

23/05/2025: Nous avons pris des pizzas et pâtes aux truffes et peperoni. Excellent et prix aussi 77€ pour tous. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo! Consigliato

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria. nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più. Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

28/04/2025: Very disappointing experience. This café does not have any price board displayed, and they seem to charge different prices depending on who you are. We ordered two cappuccinos and two plain croissant, and they charged us 3€ per cappuccino and 2.5€ for per croissant. It felt like they were taking advantage of travelers and foreigners. Honestly, it left a bad taste in our mouths, and we couldn’t trust them after that. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being overcharged.

13/06/2025: I went in to buy a pack of gum where the price was clearly written as 1.5 euros and at the cashier they told me that the cost was 2 euros. I pointed out that that is not what is written. In the end I paid 1.5 and she didn't even apologize.

07/06/2025: Estábamos buscando un lugar para un café rápido y un aperitivo, y nos encontramos con este pequeño pero perfectamente formado café. Opté por Espresso, mi esposa tomó el café con leche y tomamos un par de cannoli. Muy buen café y los cannoli eran geniales. Los baños también estaban en buenas condiciones, pero es posible que tenga que pedir al personal de acceso.

09/04/2025: Prezzo eccessivo per quello che offrono, capisco siamo a Firenze ma così è follia! Il caffè era pure basso, cappuccino praticamente costava quasi meno del caffè 🤦🏼‍♀️

07/06/2025: If you have any choice to NOT stay here, do it. Staff is incredibly rude, rooms AC don't work, shower water does not get hot, and the elevators barely fit a person. Genuinely the worst hotel I've ever encountered abroad and would highly recommend finding ANYWHERE else besides this place. Do not stay here, you will regret it!!!!

04/06/2025: We thought this place would be great - the pics are wonderful. We wanted larger size beds as my husband is tall at 6'6". Location is great. And having a place to park in historic Florence is really difficult, so that is fantastic. The place was clean. It was modern. However, we were disappointed. The apartment reminds me of working in an office with cubicles. The rooms are not private. There is only a wall that goes up about 7 feet and then is open to the ceiling (like cubicles - although fully enclosed with a door). We were sharing the apartment with my sister and husband. But the lights from their room or ours was visible bouncing off the ceiling to the other. Sounds also carry throughout the apartment. You could hear if someone got up early or stayed awake later, any coughs or even walking. There is nowhere to hang a toiletry bag - in fact, no hooks anywhere. It's above some cafes and restaurants which were noisy til about 11 or so. It was great that they have a laundry room. However, this place is used by Florida State Univ. for students. They had taken over the laundry room on our floor, so that was not helpful. The bathroom does have a ceiling so is the only real private space in the apartment. The sink has no stopper. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower except on the floor (or open the sliding shower door to reach in and out on a small shelf.) The beds were not comfortable. One of the beds (the king) was actually two portable steel bedframes set together with insufficient mattresses on top- not permanent beds. It had a sink or dip in the middle so head and feet are higher than the body. We tried to offset that with pillows and blankets added under the mattress. It might be ok for people in their 20’s but for older bodies, it is not comfortable. The other bed was not as bad but also consisted of two mattresses put together. Depends on your situation as to whether to stay here or not. Good - parking (cost extra), location, spacious, clean. Not so good - the open-to-ceiling bedrooms, beds.

16/03/2025: Lack of professionalism, often old food, I even found a hair in the Florentine cake... constantly dirty place and tables always needing cleaning. Not very badly managed. I'm sorry that in recent years Savini has slowly lost all the premises by closing them one by one. Once upon a time it was a spectacle. I'm sooooo disappointed with everything. I highly recommend not stopping by even for a coffee.

26/11/2024: I take an espresso, hoping it's worthy of the name, but instead it tastes like dirty water. I can't understand how an owner can't produce an espresso worthy of his name and above all whoever supplies the coffee doesn't get angry at how little value they give to their blend....

18/05/2025: I don't usually write reviews of places where I eat or order, but I make an exception, given the negative reviews. Tonight I order a pizza on Glovo from this place. I choose it completely at random. Once I order I go to read the reviews, and find a string of negative reviews, about delays, burnt pizzas etc ... so much so that I try to cancel my order. Instead, the pizza arrived on time (pork with gorgonzola) and, it is not the classic Neapolitan pizza (which I was not looking for) but it was good, light, tasty and well cooked. Advice.

22/03/2025: I ordered from this pizzeria via Deliveroo and on the app the pizzeria only had positive reviews. The pizza, in addition to arriving cold forty minutes late, was completely inedible. The two simple margheritas we took were dry, I would say burnt, that they almost couldn't be cut, the toppings were old and you could taste, I doubt that the one on the pizza was real mozzarella, probably poor quality cheese bought in bulk. The magherita with buffalo mozzarella was RAW and tasteless and didn't even remotely resemble the flavor of a pizza, so much so that I just couldn't eat it. worst experience of my life. If I could give zero stars I would.

26/05/2025: I have been a customer/subscriber for almost 14 years and I must say that post-pandemic I find the structure very lacking in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The showers are full of limescale and mold, bathrooms out of order as well as hair dryers for weeks. Even the parking lot lights are almost all off, for two winters the parking lot was completely dark! Complained several times, it's all a shift of responsibility to the municipality, which claims that ordinary maintenance is instead the responsibility of the sports center... Dirty bathrooms, often the lockers have broken doors or locks... They should close for a month and do a complete renovation as well as keeping it cleaner and in a way that is appropriate for safety (see parking lot lighting). Poor structure, I'm considering changing .....

15/05/2025: REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!! After years of being among the first customers now I'm really tired of giving money to this place that despite the promises is really depriving any service such as the hydromassage always turned off the closure of the outdoor area with hot water and bubbles... The mistake of removing the very comfortable bracelet and giving a card that gets lost and you don't know where to keep it but that is used for the shower and hair dryer obviously for a fee...the class times are not respected and even the water in the wellness center that should be very hot is cold!!!! I will never set foot in there again.
