The place was very cold and dark. It took them almost an hour to make a few sandwiches.
The only redeeming feature was the food, which was good but the sauces were expensive.
I've eaten at this BK several times and had a pretty good impression of the place. Today, however, I wasn't at all satisfied. The trays may be well-washed, but they look awful and give off a truly dirty feel. One of the sandwiches I ordered seemed seriously undercooked. The slices were still solid, and the bacon was still very pink.
The upper level of the restaurant, where you have to go when the lower level is full, was very cold (it's winter, and I had to eat with my jacket on).
