Suggeriamo fra le altre cose la lonza di maiale fritta con chips da 10. il servizio cordiale, veloce ed efficiente.

08/04/2025: Perfect spot for aperitivo! The staff Is young and very friendly! The place is kinda new so they need all the support cos the place is worth it! If you pass by you must stop and enjoy a piece of focaccia with a spritz!

30/03/2025: The rice was definitely overcooked, the seasoning.... I didn't understand, they seemed like canteen food. The grilled meat.... was mostly burnt and therefore inedible, the dessert.... excellent recycling of rice. The wine was excellent, at least the sparkling wine was 🔝🔝. The staff was efficient, professional and very kind, the place was really beautiful, shame about the food.

11/04/2025: Nice renovated place but I have to say that I remembered this very different famous restaurant a few years ago. The cuisine has changed, the fish is fresh but no longer cooked the old way and less abundant. I had ordered an island-style monkfish and after half an hour of waiting it arrived rare! I sent it back, the waitress apologized and offered me a quick mixed fry, and I had to accept, but I didn't go to eat that! Very long waits where we filled ourselves with good bread, yes but not good... I got the ravioli filled with fish which was good but the pasta was borderline raw. A quarter of a glass of wine is 7.50 and oh well... you know, fish dinners are expensive, but what was missing was the classic simple flavor of intense fish which I didn't taste because it was mixed with too many ingredients. Too bad I had other memories but maybe they were another management....

22/02/2025: I am so happy I found this place. Everything on the menu is either vegetarian or vegan. First, I ordered spaghetti with broccoli, olives, capers and a bit of tomato. The meal was good, but not for 10, I would give it 8/10. But then I ordered sformatino (my first time eating sformatino) with red onions and it was delicious, 10/10. The onion on the top was perfectly crunchy and salty. And the meal also looked amazing! I finished my lunch with semifreddo (it's like a mix of ice cream and a cake) with nuts, which was also perfect, 10/10. The waitress was very kind and I appreciate that she didn't switch to English when she heard my broken Italian. (: The ambient is bright and homely, and the place seems to attract people who come to peacefully enjoy food. I am definitely recommending this place!! It will definitely be the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Borgo San Lorenzo. I love the name of the place as well, nice word play, Magn'etico!

Very high quality food cooked with great skill and passion by the chef and served by the waitress with extreme grace and kindness!!!! 09/04/2025: Arrivato con amici all'ora di pranzo. Ma è una gastronomia! Non ti preoccupare mi dicono gli amici, mangerai come in un bistrot. Assolutamente vero e con grande piacere. Salumi toscani più che ottimi, anche una bresaola di hangus super; patè di fegatini su pane integrale buonissimo; parmigiana di melanzane divina, bella "unta", ma per una volta si può fare; una schiacciata toscana appena sfornata accompagna queste prelibatezze. Un risotto ai peperoni da replicare e un'abbondante lasagna al forno. Un'ottima cantina, anche di "vino della casa". Magari i prezzi non sono da Light Lunch, ma non importa farlo tutti i giorni di lavoro. Locale piccolissimo, conviene prenotare.

15/02/2025: I booked with a gift from a Smartbox so I don't know the price, but we ate an appetizer of crostini with tomato and livers, a truly delicious plate of stewed wild boar meat, and a platter of cured meats and cheese, finishing with some Tuscan biscuits with vinsanto and pieces of chocolate with rum, without forgetting the three different glasses of wine we tasted before (one better than the other). Very small but intimate and well looked after place, super attentive and kind staff, we had a very good time.

15/02/2025: Ho prenotato con un regalo di uno Smartbox quindi non so il prezzo, ma abbiamo mangiato un antispasto di crostini al pomodoro e fegatini, un piattino veramente delizioso di carne di cinghiale in umido, ed un tagliere di salumi e formaggio, per concludere con un po’ di biscottini toscani con vinsanto e pezzi di cioccolata con rum, senza dimenticarci dei tre bicchieri di vino diversi che abbiamo degustato prima (uno più buono dell’altro). Posto molto piccolo ma intimo e ben curato, personale super attento e gentile siamo stati molto bene.

07/04/2025: Arrived around 6:30 for dinner with a friend and was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The service throughout the evening was very attentive, and I appreciated the nice selection of sparkling wines. One of the highlights for me was the option to try all the appetizers—such a great idea! Out of the eight different options, the fried artichokes were my favorite. For the mains, both the lamb steak and grilled chicken were beautifully cooked and presented. A very satisfying and well-rounded dining experience.

28/02/2025: We had lunch on a Sunday with friends and family. The first thing I would like to praise is the owners' great availability: they waited for us even though we had traffic delays (each of us guests came from a different region), they accepted the change from 4 to 7 people right away and offered a small aperitif to everyone. They were very kind to everyone. The food is excellent, varied and not at all predictable: the pecorino flan with confit pears and the mushroom pici with crispy black cabbage are exceptional. The meat is excellent. The setting is a wonderful glimpse of the Tuscan hills, unmissable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
