03/04/2024: Purtroppo ha chiuso, ed è stato sostituito da un ristorante di pesce.Siamo andati spesso in questi anni, ed era sempre un'esperienza piacevolissima, che peccato!

30/08/2024: Si sono superati! Sempre il TOP. Simone ci ha suggerito di prenotare il menù di pesce. È stata una cena superba. Un polpo che dire cotto alla perfezione è poco. Uno spaghetto che profumava di mare e Caraibi. Un tonno che dire magnifico non basta.

24/08/2024: Terrazza molto accogliente e ben curata nella sua semplicità, ci ha avvolte un giovane cameriere molto gentile e competente, ottimi i piatti che abbiamo consumato, dall’antipasto della casa (ottimo e originale) al primo ( pasta con ragù di cortile) , al secondo (spezzatino di cinghiale) fino al gelato artigianale. Buona selezione di vini locali, siamo state pienamente soddisfatte, consigliamo vivamente una serata in questo locale e un giretto per il borgo davvero suggestivo

22/08/2024: We happened upon this tavern in the center of Pisa by chance and were welcomed by Alessandro with kindness and professionalism. I wanted to make a good impression on two friends from Brussels while waiting for the return flight and my expectations were not disappointed. Typical Tuscan food, generous portions, I was very happy. The place is characteristic. We were seated outside and there was a beautiful atmosphere with the music of Edith Piaf in the background which came from another venue not far away. A place that I highly recommend and where I will definitely return. Thanks Alessandro and the kitchen

20/08/2024: I celebrated my birthday in this pleasant and recommended tavern. The staff was very kind and the dishes were tasty and delicious. We had an appetizer of cured meats, two first courses tordelli with ragù and pappardelle with white rabbit ragù, and two duck breasts with citrus fruits, wine, coffee and bitters. Honest prices. If you pass through Pisa you cannot miss eating here. Enjoy your meal :)

17/08/2024: Personale gentile ma disorganizzato. Dopo il rinvio del Palio del 16 agosto, il mio gruppo di amici ed io ci mettiamo alla ricerca di una trattoria in cui cenare. Premetto che non avevamo prenotazione, e che il personale è stato gentilissimo ad accoglierci dopo le 21.15, ci siamo poi seduti alle 21.45, oltre l’orario di chiusura, ma non ci avevamo informati del fatto che la cucina stesse chiudendo. Dopo esserci seduti ci segnalano che, dei piatti sul menu, erano solo più disponibili pochissime opzioni. Finiti i pici, il sugo d’anatra, le patate, i galletti, l’ossobuco, lo sformatino di verdure. Alcune mancanze sono state segnalate dopo che avevamo già ordinato. Anche il servizio è stato disorganizzato, non ci sono stati portati i bicchieri subito e non c’erano quelli del vino (finiti), abbiamo dovuto chiedere le posate perché il cibo era già arrivato in tavola, così come il pane. Qualità del cibo mediocre, buonissimi i cappelli del prete con il tartufo, mentre il resto senza infamia e senza lode. Conto relativamente alto per quanto mangiato e per la sua qualità e per cosa bevuto. Nota positiva: i sorrisi dei camerieri, invece, non finiscono mai!

21/08/2024: The only flaw of this place is that it deserves a prettier setting. Unfortunately, the building in which it is located needs to be significantly renovated, and the outdoor area is close to a brick warehouse. But this obviously doesn't depend on them. The restaurant lives up to its reputation and the staff are perfect. The tiramisu was surprising, a dessert that I don't like but here I found it truly wonderful. Technical detail if it is of interest to the pizza chef., we also had a margherita and the tomato was perhaps a little too acidic. Obviously I don't mean "bad", I mean like a type of tomato. Your pizza deserves a more gentle tomato, such as a gustarosso or a solania. Thank you for this experience and congratulations for everything. Pizzeria Cuore-Savona

06/08/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for years... Top in the Novoli area for both pizza and food Fish. Their baked octopus as well as pizza is super recommended. Super recommended

02/08/2024: Atmosfera molto amichevole, gli interni del ristorante sono stati rinfrescati recentemente ed è gradevole. Personale gentile e alla mano. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. La cucina è però superiore a tutto: ottimi gli scampi con riso pilaf, la padellata paccheri e frutti di mare, la pizza e la pasta al ragù per il più piccolo della tavolata, che è un buongustaio ed è rimasto molto soddisfatto. Le patatine fritte meritano una menzione speciale perché non surgelate come ormai fanno tutti, ma tagliate a mano e fritte bene. Prezzi molto onesti . Da ripetere presto e complimenti a tutti lo staff.

09/08/2024: We came across this beautiful farmhouse by chance and it was a pleasant surprise! Simple, genuine and abundant dishes. You can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials. Courteous and fast service. Very suggestive location surrounded by greenery. Advised!

04/08/2024: Discovered by chance while we were returning from the Franciscan sanctuary La Verna Excellent welcome, kindness of all the staff. I took two first courses, one with Angus ragú from my own farm. The stuffed courgette flowers are superb. Superlative dessert of their own production. Definitely worth keeping in mind both for eating and staying overnight in one of the three apartments available. Overall excellent experience to be repeated

01/08/2024: Super recommended site. Although it is not located in the center, it is very close. Worth. Dishes of very good quality and at a very good price. A must try is the cheesecake.

24/06/2024: We chose this venue for our daughter's baptism reception, with welcome aperitif and dinner. Menu previously agreed with the owner, all delicious and plentiful, efficient and precise service, with friendliness and professionalism. Special mention goes to the crazy panoramic view and the splendid cake created by Flavia, pastry chef and cake designer, daughter of the owner.

29/05/2024: Fabulous location obviously, but it's the owner and food that make this worth the trip. Just good traditional food cooked exceptionally well and the steak was fantastic. Added entertainment of the paragliders! A jovial host made the night and we will be back.
