29/06/2025: Pizza and beer were super good. I recommend!

10/05/2025: Last night I ate a piece of Cecina with friends which was fabulous to say the least and the "pistachio" pizza with the addition of cherry tomatoes and I must say it was very good. The only flaw that doesn't make me give 5 stars to the food is that despite being very small, there were very few of them and the taste lacked that something that made me say wow...but ultimately a great pizza. The only thing that makes me give 3 stars instead of 5, and therefore reduce the rating by 2, is the bathroom. Still having the Turk in 2025 (I don't know if it was only men or also women) but it's something I never imagined I'd find. Plus in what state! It's a shame because ultimately the service and atmosphere are very relaxed and therefore ideal for talking to friends and having a laugh. 18/05/2025: Durante una splendida gita alle Cinque Terre, abbiamo deciso di cenare al Ristorante Per… Bacco ad Aulla e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! Situato nel cuore del centro storico, questo locale accogliente offre un ambiente elegante e curato, perfetto per una serata speciale. Il menù è un vero trionfo di sapori: abbiamo gustato pesce freschissimo, sia cotto che crudo, preparato con maestria. Le cruditè di mare erano semplicemente divine, e la tartare di tonno si scioglieva in bocca. Il risotto zucchine e gamberi era mondiale! Il pesce era freschissimo! Un aspetto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stata l’attenzione del personale alle esigenze alimentari: avendo un’intolleranza al lattosio, sono stati estremamente premurosi nel consigliare piatti adatti e nel garantire un’esperienza culinaria sicura e piacevole. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cordiale (quasi amichevole senza conoscerci), professionale e attento ad ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo provato un vino locale “clamoroso” (unndicinodi). Il conto adeguato. Consigliamo vivamente di visitare il Ristorante Per… Bacco se vi trovate in zona: un’esperienza gastronomica che unisce tradizione e innovazione, in un’atmosfera calda e raffinata.

20/06/2025: I feel harsh . It was a week day lunch. And I prefer lunch. The man who greeted me was lovely & enthusiastic. I'd been keen to try since my arrival. The recommendation of cod was something I could have played tennis with - it was undercooked, flavourless and rubbery. The sauce however was really good . Sorry guys

18/06/2025: Very well-kept and welcoming place, right in front of the Goldoni Theater. Elegant but relaxed atmosphere, with a very kind and easy-going owner. The chef was also super helpful and recommended really spot-on dishes of the day. We started with seafood spaghetti with octopus, cod, sea dates and cherry tomatoes: rich in flavor and well-balanced. Then tempura prawns, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, accompanied by delicious sauces. The Mediterranean cod was one of the top dishes of the lunch: tasty, not too salty and perfectly balanced. Plus, they offered us mussels stuffed with minced meat: nice and full and tasty. Total €43.50 A genuine experience, with attention to the customer, top raw materials and well-made cuisine. Definitely worth returning!

02/07/2025: While the food and service were good, we found the prices to be a bit expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Additionally, they charged a €12 coperto (cover charge) for the meal—the equivalent of another pasta dish. The cover was for the table, paper napkin, and silverware and did not include bread or water. Overall, a steep cost for a quick lunch. Edit for owner- Thank you for your response. We thought the pasta was good. However, the €12 coperto was charged for just my husband and I, and it was the price equivalent of one pasta dish we ordered. Additionally, as I stated in the review, no bread was served. Our lunch was quick, about 45 minutes from arrival to paying the bill.

02/06/2025: The restaurant is definitely worth it! The food is good, the prices are ok and the fish is good. You just have to know how to adapt to the characteristic place where the staff is quite folkloristic. You will hear them arguing, shouting etc but it is part of the place, without that staff it would not be a top place! Highly recommended

03/05/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante per puro caso, poiché abbiamo prenotato un B&B vicino ed eravamo in moto . Abbiamo preso solo un primo e un secondo, poiché venivamo già da un pranzo abbondante , ma propongono un percorso enogastronomico che consiglio di fare e che mi dispiace non aver avuto modo di approfondire.Ci hanno accolto con degli stuzzichini di casa ( favolosi 😋). Personale molto preparato, attento e cordiale, piatti molto raffinati e materie prime eccellenti. La cosa sorprendente è il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ah...anche nel finale sono stati molto cordiali nell' offrire dei dolci mignon fatti dallo chef.. Consigliatissimo

They have several rooms, including outdoor seating. Parking is a hassle, but that's not their fault, of course. They also offer an Alia garbage bag collection service.
