14/04/2025: È la prima volta che faccio una recensione, ma ieri, sono stato in questo ristorante, festeggiavamo i 50 anni di matrimonio di mio zio. Che dire ? Top. Cameriere bravissime, padrona simpaticissima, cordialità, professionalità, piatti squisiti, pure se per il menu scelto, non fossero tra i miei preferiti, li ho mangiati con gusto. La carne era qualcosa di veramente speciale. Ma tutto lo è stato. Bravi bravi bravi. Super mega consigliato.

20/07/2025: We ate at lunch in a Saturday. The food was excellent, we ordered crostini and the liver was excellent. As secondo, we ordered chicken which had an excellent taste and tagliata dí manzo con rozmarini which was awesome and so soft that I think we could cut with the fork😊. The atmosfere is very quiet, with soft music in background, not very loud, exactly to feel good. We will come back any time.

19/07/2025: A basic restaurant with terrible service. If you want good Italian food, there are dozens of places better than this. Upon arrival, we received a very poor welcome from the person at the counter, who seemed to be the manager. The dining room, however, is beautiful, with shelves of pretty dishes and curiosities. The menu is quite varied, and we took the opportunity to order a bread and tomato soup and a plate of various toasts. The soup is good, although I was expecting something lighter (my fault for not researching further beforehand). The spreads are good, a little confusing (especially the kind of mousse that tastes like offal), but we enjoyed the taste. For the main course, my friend had the chef's pasta carbonara, which was very good. For my part, the porcini mushroom and truffle pasta looked tempting, but upon tasting, it was a huge disappointment. The porcini mushrooms were probably frozen, so they were very watery, tasteless, and had an unpleasant texture. The truffle seemed to be present in abundance, but its flavor wasn't incredible, so the dish was generally bland and uninteresting. The pasta was well-cooked but basic. In short, I didn't enjoy my meal. The waitress who served us was quite friendly. The receptionist, however, was not at all. There were still 3-4 tables of people eating, and the restaurant was mostly empty when she came to rush us to pay. We told her we were arriving and started gathering our things. We were still grabbing our bags and had barely had time to get up when she impatiently poked her head back into the dining room. In short, a poor welcome, basic to uninteresting food, and a less-than-stellar setting. A tourist trap, like you find far too many in Florence. Don't waste your time or money here.

03/06/2025: Invitati da amici che già avevano mangiato qui. Menù completo con, in alternativa, scelte dello chef. Alcuni abbinamenti non ci sono piaciuti, ma è una questione di gusto personale: il pesce infatti era tutto buono. Prezzi non proprio alla portata di tutti, ma giustificati dalla qualità del servizio e del cibo. Nonostante fosse un giorno infrasettimanale, il locale era al completo, e questo dice tutto

26/04/2025: Mi avevano parlato molto bene di questo ristorante-bistrot e finalmente sono riuscito ad andarci per una ricorrenza. Il locale è in una zona tranquilla e c'è possibilità di accomodarsi o in veranda, o nella sala principale oppure in una saletta un po' più riservata. Il personale ti mette subito a tuo agio ed il titolare David ti propone il menù spiegandoti, con pazienza, i vari piatti. Il menù è molto interessante, come la vasta carta dei vini. Dopo qualche indecisione su cosa prendere (tris di tartare oppure Troccoli alla carbonara di mare), abbiamo ordinato il tris di tartare e il tris degustazione dello chef: entrambi molto buone, con sapori intensi e molto puliti. Visto che volevamo sentire com'era la carbonara di mare, David ci ha gentilmente offerto un assaggio. Come secondo piatto abbiamo preso la tagliata di tonno in crosta di pistacchi di Bronte con dadolata di verdure e il polpo croccante, crema di avocado, pomodorini e lime: il tonno aveva una crosta gustosissima e il polpo era tenerissimo. Come dolci abbiamo preso un semifreddo al passion fruit e un tiramisù. In conclusione è un ristorante molto raffinato, con dell'ottimo pesce fresco, lo staff molto attento e dove ci tornerò tante altre volte.

14/07/2025: Dove: Lucca [LU], Toscana, Italia Categoria: Ristorante Italiano Trovato per: Internet / a caso Situato in una piazza appena all’interno delle mura di Lucca è uno dei tanti locali turistici un po’ tutti uguali, anche se questo deve essere aperto da molto tempo. Da fuori anonimo, dentro invece più accogliente e caratteristico. Menu ampio, con molte proposte, i primi due piatti che ho chiesto però non erano disponibili. Abbiamo ordinato dei tordelli al ragù, della salsiccia toscana e della trippa in umido. Tutto molto insignificante, nessuno dei tre piatti era cattivo ma proprio niente di che. I fagioli all’uccelletto invece erano impresentabili, palesemente cannellini di una lattina versati in un piatto e conditi, non sapevano letteralmente di nulla. Non c’è una carta dei vini e c’è una manciata di bottiglie su uno scaffale oltre a quello della casa, abbiamo bevuto birra. Il servizio è molto spartano e informale, che ci può stare in un locale di questo tipo, però anche esageratamente lento, è passata circa mezz’ora da quando ci siamo seduti a quando siamo riusciti ad ordinare. Conto più o meno corretto per quanto riguarda i piatti, più che altro per la posizione, ma 6€ per una birra Moretti da 66 in bottiglia semi calda sono decisamente troppi. Quando ripasserò da Lucca non tornerò.

07/07/2025: Premetto che sono di Lucca. Ci siamo fermati qui per pranzare, visto che è tra le trattorie più vecchie!! Salvando il servizio, una delusione completa!! Antipasto toscano: la soppressata con il contorno scuro è indurito, magari quando si affetta si può togliere il vecchio per renderlo presentabile nel piatto!!! Uno spicchio di pecorino che da una parte era giallo più scuro !! Ma io dico , non si guardano i prodotti quando si mettono nel piatto?????? Tortelli lucchesi: li conosciamo benissimo e non so ancora ora cosa fossero!!!! Scaloppina al limone: due fettine di carne affogate in farina e non so!!! Unica portata mangiata patate arrosto e menomale che c’erano!!!! La cosa più deludente è che nessuno ha chiesto spiegazioni dei piatti tornati indietro!! Sconsigliato!!!!

03/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Bientina where you can eat fish. They have a fixed menu that varies depending on the evening, so you can't order what you want. We ate seafood risotto, spicy for my taste; linguine with razor clams and mixed fried food with chips. Overall not bad, just right for the asking price of €25 considering that water and wine are included. The dishes are plentiful and it can be a good idea for a dinner with friends or colleagues.

27/06/2025: I went there for dinner with my partner for the first time and we were very surprised by the generous portions of pasta. The fried fish (squid, shrimp and mixed seafood) was very good. We will definitely be back.

22/06/2025: Beautiful discovery, good food, good Chef Lorenzo, excellent desserts made by the mother as the puff pastry of the first courses we ate. Tortelli with meat sauce well stuffed, pappardelle with wild boar excellent!!!! Careful choice of wines. In short, to return also for a snack, vast assortment of cured meats and cheeses.

02/04/2025: Wonderful initiative of the Chianti Classico sensory path that I highly recommend! The ideal would be to start with them before visiting some winery. A special mention to Giuseppe, competent and professional who guided us perfectly at the end of the path.
