02/11/2025: Reheated food!! We ordered pici with ragù and they were clearly reheated: you could see it (as you can see in the photo), but more importantly, you could taste and smell it. When we asked for fresh pici, we were told that wasn't possible. Furthermore, the ragù wasn't the best, so its current rating is overrated.

26/10/2025: There were six of us, and we were all very happy with the food. The flavors felt just like homemade — we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town!

21/10/2025: I regret having only taken these two photos. At Locandapuana you can feel the simplicity of a quiet evening with your family. Appetizers, first courses and second courses of excellent quality also in relation to an adequate price. I had: Lardoso, trio of lard samples with black cherry jam; tagliatelle with chestnut flour with gorgonzola (top) and larded rabbit with roast potatoes. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence; an experience so delightful that we returned the very next day. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, and the tea simply the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed an Espresso Martini , without a doubt, the finest we’ve ever tasted. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio and the wonderful team at the Atrium Bar for their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

06/10/2025: We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

12/07/2025: I had dinner with former co-workers last night. The steak was slab-style. The meat and bone were equally tough. The rump steak was good, but not the specialty the owner presents. Like everything else, it was presented as a specialty, but in reality, all the food was mediocre. The place was deserted on a Friday for dinner, probably just us, there's a reason... Then the bill was grossly overpriced, especially considering how poorly we ate, and I had some doubts about its fairness... Never mind. A negative experience that won't be repeated!!

12/10/2025: Wow!!! Out of this world! Food, service, ambience, drinks... everything was perfect and memorable. Highly recommended. Tricky to find, but totally worth it.

08/09/2025: August 30, 2025 Swiss couple We found this estate on Google Maps to find a restaurant that served very good food. Restaurant, Hotel: A large, beautiful estate, very well decorated, very chic. A very serene atmosphere. Unfortunately, we arrived at night, but there must be a beautiful view from the top. From the parking lot, a large, well-decorated path leads to the restaurant, where the rooms are on the side. Everything is perfect. Food: Started with a substantial tagliere with cold cuts, cheese, honey, and onions. Very good to share because it's a lot for one person. Fish of the day: turbot, very fresh, well prepared and well served. Very tasty. Dessert: an excellent chocolate fondant, very well presented and very flavorful. An excellent restaurant with very knowledgeable staff, perfect food, beautiful decor, very competent staff, and that day, musicians were present who sang very well and were very pleasant to listen to. The only downside, but nothing to do with the restaurant, is the access from Follonica. There are lots of turns to get there. I can only recommend this restaurant; it's perfect for spending a wonderfully quiet time and eating very well.

30/07/2025: I was here for a friend's wedding and was delighted with the quantity and quality of the food. It's a beautiful, romantic place, even for kids, thanks to the garden with a trampoline. Very satisfied. I would definitely return. A beautiful location in Chianti, breathtaking views, and very friendly service.

01/06/2025: It would take very few words to define this pastry shop as one of the best in the area. Cakes that are not only beautiful in their decorations, but of an extreme, excellent goodness. Honored to be one of your customers. Highly recommended, but not only for the cakes, for the assortment of pastries, savory and pleasant aperitifs. A very small defect, improve the kindness of the female staff.

14/10/2025: A very well-known and always well-attended pastry shop on the Modena road. A well-stocked selection of sweet and savory treats. Katren, the girl, is always smiling and helpful. The guy behind the counter could use a little stimulation with 3-4 coffees... I always find him sad, apathetic, half-asleep!

25/08/2025: For us Sienese, when you mention fermented beverages, wine immediately comes to mind. We're born with Chianti in our blood. But every now and then, you have to take your hat off to those who know how to do something different, but do it like a master. This brewery in Val d'Orcia is one of those surprises that make you happy. You immediately sense that it's not a tourist trap, but that behind it are people who study and use top-quality ingredients. The beers are clean, flavorful, each with its own character. The place is charming; you sit down, chat with the person who pours your beer for you and explains everything to you politely. In short, a real gem. If you're in the area and want something different, go here. Well-made.

10/11/2025: Great place, delicious pizzas and excellent à la carte dishes. Fast and courteous service. It's a shame about the owner, who claims to know a thing or two about tennis, but I think he's more suited to the bowling alley.
