15/05/2025: Tipico casale maremmano immerso nel verde che propone cucina tipica Intrigante le proposte della carne da cuocere nelL’imponente barbecue che domina la sala interna, noi abbiamo scelto una black angus ben marezzatta, peccato per la cottura. Ottimi i pici e i tortelli ripieni Interessante la carte dei vini, dove la Toscana recita la parte del leone Servizio di sala rapido e puntuale, cordiale il personale

18/04/2025: Che dire di Baffino, vero mito della ristorazione storica e pietra miliare dal 1966. Veramente meta irrinunciabile del mangiar bene, questo ristorante vecchio stampo è un vero angolo di paradiso. Fantastico a partire dal servizio gentilissimo e professionale del Signor Antonio e di tutti i ragazzi, potrete deliziarvi con piatti freschissimi sia di terra che di mare, sapientemente cucinati al momento e pronti a farvi impazzire di genuinità (palati più esigenti compresi). Gli antipasti sempre gustosissimi e fragranti, i primi della tradizione veramente irrinunciabili e spettacolari (linguine al pinolo, tortelli ripieni di ricotta e spinaci al ragù da urlo e molti altri primi della tradizione di terra e di mare) fino agli abbondanti secondi a base di carne buonissima (indimenticabile lo storico cinghiale in umido con le olive), pesce, verdure, tutte veramente portate buonissime (persino i contorni come le patatine fritte sono veramente buone), con ampia scelta di dolci(come se tutto questo non bastasse) tradizionali e fragranti (torta di semolino con marasche, l'irrimunciabile torta co' i bischeri della tradizione locale ecc ecc), il tutto accompagnato da buoni vini della casa. Impossibile trovare aspetti negativi se oltretutto si può concludere con il tipico poncino, una loro squisitezza acquistabile anche in loco. Cenare qui è in definitiva una delle esperienze più genuine da farsi negli immediati dintorni di Pisa (raggiungibilissimo dal litorale, da Livorno come anche da ogni città vicina data la vicinanza del casello autostradale di Pisa Centro): Baffino è sicuramente uno fra qui ristoranti del cuore che valgono davvero il viaggio. Consiglio di prenotare con un certo anticipo: dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e dato il fatto che il ristorante è veramente ambito per svariate situazioni (da cene intime a compleanni - infatti sono bravissimi anche a gestire grandi gruppi e grazie alla loro bravura e ottima cucina sono riusciti a farmi passare uno fra i compleanni più riusciti che abbia mai festeggiato), in definitiva i più che meritati complimenti a Antonio, Alessandro e a tutto lo staff di Baffino di questa vera e propria "istituzione del mangiar bene" che sfida il tempo, fedele ai suoi principi squisiti. Bravissimi tutti, grazie ancora di cuore, i più cari complimenti e...a prestissimo!

04/06/2025: Really lovely place in Sant'Ambrogio Market! Bistecca Fiorentina was super high quality and delicious, staff was super helpful to gauge quantity aswell as final decision of which cut to get :) would highly recommend, if you want to try bistecca fiorentina I suggest here !

16/05/2025: Great welcome, good food but very disappointing service-wise. A room with 7 couples literally left alone for almost 10 minutes. I waited for the coffee that never arrived so I decided to drink it elsewhere. Meh, I expected better treatment.

10/06/2025: We visited the winery's restaurant on recommendation and were not disappointed. The seating is lovely, either outside on the terrace or in the semi-open dining room. The dishes vary, including meat, fish, and pasta. Vegetarians are also catered for. The value for money was very good.

19/05/2025: Impossible to review the restaurant which is open to all. Anyway the service is shameful, I had to buy the salt and pepper kit etc... The prawns were not there but the price remained the same, the xameriera ambushed in the kitchen and there were only 2 of us, food....... Dish, excessive cost

26/02/2025: I had seafood spaghetti and vegetable soups The soup has rich flavour and it tasted quite good. However the spaghetti is fishy and I’m not sure why the cream base looks like this and it’s fishy too

07/02/2025: Questo piccolo locale si trova proprio di fronte a palazzo Pitti , accogliente e ben curato. Pur essendo entrate intorno alle 14 e 30 non ci sono state restrizioni sul menù. 3 hamburger con patatine, una porzione di cannelloni spinaci e ricotta ( crespelle in realtà) 2 bottiglie di acqua naturale, 2 caffè e 4 coperti 80 Euro. Piatti abbondanti e di qualità

15/06/2025: We stopped after a visit to the village and immediately found the owner who welcomed us with a smile. Very good food, easy-going place, just what we were looking for for a quick lunch... what made us leave happy though was the cheerfulness of the owner who with a few jokes made everyone smile. It's nice to see that there are people who still work with passion! Recommended!

26/07/2025: An excellent, historic pizzeria that, even after moving to its new location, has maintained its tradition of good food and excellent pizza. Service and friendliness are hallmarks of this restaurant. Their family-run business is always a winning feature. Congratulations! 👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝

11/07/2025: Excellent artisanal gelato shop with a wide variety of flavors, all delicious. The pino pinguino, orange variegato, and salted caramel flavors are highly recommended. Plenty of seating, including outdoor tables. A lovely public garden is located across the street.

To be honest I can't find any faults, the view from the Castiglioncello seafront, the attentive and friendly staff, the excellent quality food (I was really impressed by the monkfish in dolce e forte, sautéed with pine nuts and raisins... delicious, try it!). The portions are generous, yet you don't get up feeling heavy or with a belly asking for help, this is synonymous with excellent quality!! I will definitely go back and recommend it to fish lovers! Well done Well done!!
