21/02/2025: Quite nice place even if located in an industrial/commercial area. I had read positive reviews and I can only confirm them. Simple but good cuisine. I can only make one note, the cut arrived a little cold and the knife they brought for the meat cut less than the one already present at the table.

The restaurant Martarè, cucina vini e specialty dal 1962 is an authentic address, run with passion by an endearing couple: the lady in the dining room, attentive and warm, the gentleman in the kitchen, master of flavors. The deliberately reduced menu is a guarantee of quality, highlighting fresh, seasonal products, often grown in their own vegetable garden. Each dish tells a story, that of a land that the owners know and love deeply. The atmosphere is elegant without being pretentious, the setting is neat, and the experience is enhanced by a beautiful wine list. The wise advice for food and wine pairings once again demonstrates their passion and their know-how. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the welcome and the products. A sincere, generous and soulful address. Not to be missed if you pass through Florence.

08/12/2024: 24 (from 21 to 25) I won't go back but non-tourists might like it as they are treated better (also seen other reviews). ROOM 7: the garden part is nice and cooler, tables are a little small MENU 5: medium-small portions, the grill was served to me without the loin (see photo) unfortunately I realized this 30 km away, forgetfulness or "it's just a tourist passing through"? SERVICE 6: assuming and not granting that the chef was wrong, the waitress did not point out the mistake, I appreciated the sangria offered as soon as I sat down BILL 6: there is better in the area in terms of value for money: 11 euros for the cloister cutting board, 16 euros for the Cinta Senese grilled meat, 8 euros for the goat cheese with lard, 4 euros for the potatoes and 44 euros for the grilled vegetables, 4 euros for the wine, 2 euros for the cold mayor's water, 5 euros for the coffee affogato, I don't remember how much for the decaffeinated coffee, 2 euros for the covered.

23/04/2025: I was with some friends for dinner in this pizza restaurant and I must say that we ate a refined appetizer with quality products from culatello to Piedmontese cheese from Castelmagno, after various types of pizzas, an excellent, highly digestible dough... The attentive service is very kind. I'll be back

16/11/2024: Al llegar al "Conventino a Marignolle", fuimos recibidos por el maestro en un entorno exclusivo repleto de historia. Una hermosa mesa se puso para nosotros al lado de una gran chimenea del siglo XVI. La carta de vinos era excelente, y el menú estaba meticulosamente cuidado en cada detalle. Una vez que decidimos qué pedir, el maestro nos recomendó un vino tinto excelente para maridar con nuestra comida... el resultado fue excepcional. El menú era delicioso, y tenía una carne de filete que era absolutamente excelente! Todo era simplemente perfecto: atención al detalle, servicio y comida... PERFECTO. La relación calidad-precio es simplemente EXCELENTE. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante para una experiencia gourmet excepcional en la Toscana

31/03/2025: Nice place, divided between display and sale of 0 km products. Courteous staff, good quality of food, measured choice among the dishes offered. Portions not abundant and price not cheap. Recommended for a good lunch.

23/04/2025: Delightful sea view restaurant where you can eat enchantingly. Always start with the Chef's imagination, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The former one better than the other. Grilled seafood is a masterpiece, the same goes for frying. I recommend you finish with their superlative cheesecake. I warn you, their pizzas are addictive, so be careful, once you try them you will never go back. Last but not least, the staff is really good.

15/02/2025: Nice place, with good availability of parking in the immediate vicinity. Decent assortment of burgers and pizzas, of more than acceptable quality (burger filling could be improved). The type of bun used was spot on. The pizza is well leavened, with a barely noticeable crust but appropriately honeycombed and slightly crumbly. Nice and well-arranged topping. There is a lack of choice of beers, both on tap and in bottles; the choice of cocktails is better. Average prices for food, excessive for cocktails and wine. Friendly staff and quick service, considering the turnout of the karaoke evening, where the audio and volume would totally need to be reviewed (go-go distortion).

05/04/2025: Captivating location with green bushes all around you, giving some shadow on a hot day. The moka misu is absolutely amazing!!! The best version of tiramisu I ever had.

09/09/2024: You arrive in a place, "coincidentally" known by a friend who lives not far away, you see it from the outside. Those places that a functional illiterate would never enter (and thank goodness), but which immediately takes you well. Apparently a small house in the beautiful Tuscan suburbs. Inside a mix of modernity and spartan but highly refined taste. A menu with few proposals, better with the "right proposals" (be wary of menus with over 20/30 dishes!) of fusion dishes (I hate using this word, I can't think of another term at the moment...).. here's contaminations of "traditional" raw materials (ravioli, rice, etc.) with exotic products especially oriental. NB: the chef is Tuscan. I don't like butter, but they bring us an exceptional butter with wasabi. And a petit entré of fried cecina with caviar and lemon. As an appetizer... well they are delicious. I won't add anything else. Go there. Ps: recommended by someone who owns a restaurant. Ps2: I forgot. The food must excite. And here I get emotional
