16/07/2025: I spent a day at the beach at a truly well-maintained beach club, which I had booked for the whole day. I arrived around noon and, despite the late arrival, was still charged the full rate. I didn't object; it was my responsibility not to know the start time of the possible reduced rate. Admittedly, the staff wasn't the friendliest, but I chose not to raise the issue. The club itself is excellent, well-serviced, with open showers included in the price (closed ones cost money), clean and functional changing rooms, bathrooms in excellent condition, parking included, and a beach area equipped with an umbrella, chair, deckchair, two loungers, and a table. Nothing to complain about in this regard. The problem was the restaurant, which, despite appearing tidy and with seemingly knowledgeable wait staff, was the subject of a decidedly unpleasant experience. I ordered a seafood salad, my friend a Greek salad. Mine was well presented, hers a little less so: the tomatoes were sliced, not diced as indicated on the menu, and the yogurt sauce, which was mentioned, was missing. These were minor things we decided to let slide, especially since we'd been told the kitchen closed at 2:30 PM, and we were seated around 2:00 PM. But precisely because it was so close to closing time, they could have simply told us they were no longer able to guarantee adequate service. Instead, they sat us down, only to offer us a disappointing experience. The fish in my salad, aside from a few delicious shrimp, was mediocre. But the worst came when I found a piece of spaghetti at the bottom of my plate. I called the waitress, who, I must say, was extremely kind and professional, and she told me she would ask the kitchen for an explanation. After twenty minutes, she told me that, according to the chef, it could have been because the pasta maker is nearby and something might have ended up in it by mistake. They added that the dish would be taken off the bill. No one suggested redoing it, no one bothered to offer a real solution. Now, if the kettle is really so close that it's contaminating the dishes being served, there's a serious hygiene issue. But even putting that aside, what I find unacceptable is the casualness with which the matter was handled, as if simply saying "you don't pay for it" would be enough to shut everything down. It's not about the value of the dish, but the idea that a customer should ignore it for convenience or the time of day. I didn't want to start a controversy right now. I decided to call it a day and enjoy the rest of the day, which, this slip-up aside, was pleasant. But I truly hope the restaurant management understands that service isn't measured solely by aesthetics or apparent courtesy, but also, and above all, by respect for the customer, especially when something goes wrong.

03/06/2025: We returned after a few years, the environment is that of a family restaurant, but the welcome of the boys, the excellent dishes, and last but not least the price absolutely recommend trying ... you are truly satisfied. As soon as we entered they put us at the table and brought a bowl of fresh water for our dogs, a small attention that not everyone has ... thanks to all the staff.

27/06/2025: Llegamos a este restaurante en un apuro, era tarde en la noche y resultó estar lleno. Pronto nos dimos cuenta de que casi nadie tenía comida, todos estaban hablando. en lugar de sentarnos en el interior, nos dijeron que nos sentáramos y esperáramos una mesa en la sala de gelato frente al restaurante. el menú es muy limitado, lo que puedo entender en cierta medida. después de que finalmente nos dieron asientos reales, obtuvimos pan deficiente e incluso peor comida. incluso la ensalada César sabía mal! ¿cómo estropeas eso? ? a nuestro lado, uno de los camareros que se suponía que nos servía iba a tener una cita. los otros camareros estaban coqueteando con algunos de los clientes en lugar de darnos nuestra comida. el peor lugar de la historia, comida basura, peor período de servicio. por favor ir a cualquier otro lugar!

14/06/2025: Compleanno di mamma, 80 anni, volevo un posto carino, dove si mangiasse bene e dove ci si sentisse coccolati...e così è stato, gentilezza, attenzione per il cliente e buon cibo caratterizzano questo delizioso locale di castellina in chianti gestito da ragazzi giovani e sorridenti, e mamma ricorda ancora il dolcino finale che le è arrivato con una candelina di loro iniziativa!! Grazie, continuate così!

09/06/2025: Quiet and relaxing environment. In the furnishings and decorations it is perfectly harmonized with the sea and the surrounding flora. As for the catering, the dishes offered by the kitchen are simple and extremely genuine, a perfect combination to guarantee taste and lightness even at the sea.

01/07/2025: Wir kommen seit Jahren zu diesem schönen Ort. Wer allerdings einen guten Kaffee oder Cappuccino erwartet wird schwer enttäuscht. Kapselkaffee in Italien widerspricht diesem schönen Land. Mit der schlechteste Cappuccino/ Latte Macchiato den wir je getrunken haben. Dann lieber keinen Kaffee anbieten. Die Bedienung war wir immer freundlich. Der Garden selbst wunderschön

We were here in 2023 and now two years later we are back in Tuscany and we decided that one of the two evenings here we absolutely had to eat again at the La Dispensa restaurant. Excellent food, top service and honest prices. Both fish and meat are worth it, I especially liked the octopus alla Luciana (stewed!). Thanks and see you next time!!

17/06/2025: We visited this restaurant because of the good reviews, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The lasagna arrived just two minutes after we ordered and was still cold inside. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu, which tasted like it had just come out of the fridge, even though it was advertised as homemade.
