13/05/2025: Excellent food. Creative. The owner, with his personal charm, hosted us wonderfully and patiently explained all the items on the menu. There were four of us who understood. We had a great time. We have another day in the area. We hope to return tomorrow.

09/04/2025: We thought we could only get cheese (dishes) there, but they have an extensive and interesting menu. Also meat, fish, vegetarian. Nice wines and nice service. As for cheeses, they have Italian but also a large selection of French cheeses!

06/05/2025: My partner and I wanted to try this restaurant with a complete fish-only menu: we booked even though early May is still low season and in fact we caught the evening where we were alone... Nonetheless, the service was excellent, there was no desire to send us away to close quickly, in fact the waiter explained to us in detail all the details of the menu and what extras the kitchen allowed, furthermore we were offered a glass of rosé prosecco and a very refined entrée. The two first courses were excellent and the fried prawns, squid and calamari were amazing, dry, crunchy and plentiful (luckily we had two of them), and the dessert was also different from the usual ones. All of this, including a bottle of Vermentino Toscano, at 55 each, not even exaggerated considering the refined environment, refined cuisine and seafront location.... We'll be back!

11/06/2025: A Seafood Gem in Florence We had a fantastic dinner at L’Angelo Del Mar during our trip to Florence. The space is modern, crisp, and elegant, with a soothing palette of whites and blues that perfectly complements the upscale yet relaxed atmosphere. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. We started with tuna tartare and a shrimp and white bean appetizer—both fresh and delicious. The pastas were a highlight: lobster tagliatelle, spaghetti with clams, and a mussel pasta—each one better than the last. For the main course, we shared a salt-baked bronzino and a roasted red snapper, served with grilled vegetables. Beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We paired everything with a refreshing Vermentino recommended by our server. Highly recommend for a memorable seafood experience in Florence!

18/07/2025: Cena sublime! Ogni piatto nasce dall’abbinamento audace di più ingredienti ciascuno dei quali conserva la sua individualità senza mai prevalere sugli altri. Un’esperienza olistica che coinvolge tutti i sensi : tra sapori unici, profumi deliziosi ed una musica di sottofondo sempre ricercata. Per i vini bisogna solo affidarsi ai consigli di Enrico, un fuoriclasse.

15/07/2025: We found a table for lunch on Sunday without a reservation. Prices are in line with the rest of Montalcino; we ordered rabbit and acquacotta with roast potatoes. The main courses were average, with the potatoes being decidedly poorly made. The service was a bit cold, but that's in keeping with the type of place.

16/05/2025: Sono diversi anni che frequentiamo questo ristorante, la mia prima recensione la dedico a loro in quanto siamo sempre stati benissimo , il locale è molto chic e i piatti molto curati e deliziosi . Famiglia di ristoratori con una grande esperienza e professionalità. Il nostro ristorante sul mare preferito !

15/03/2025: Siamo già stati diverse volte in questo ristorante e ci siamo sempre trovati abbastanza bene. Voglio premettere che ci sono stato 3 volte ed ogni volta ho trovato un cameriere diverso a servirci, cosa che personalmente non mi fa impazzire perché non riesci ad instaurare un minimo di conoscenza. Detto ciò, passiamo alla location, abbiamo mangiato dentro perché la veranda esterna era in lavorazione per la stagione, ma nonostante questo non ci è dispiaciuto, ovviamente si mangiare con il mare a pochi passi. Quello che non ci è piaciuto è la scelta di come apparecchiare, mangiando direttamente sulla tovaglia senza il coprimacchia. Musica di sottofondo assente, pervenuta solo a metà pranzo quando, probabilmente, si sono ricordati di metterla. Per il mangiare, abbiamo mangiato bene, buona l’entree di benvenuto e il pane caldo, gli spaghetti con acciughe e bottarga e gli gnocchi agli scampi erano veramente buoni, anche il cameriere è stato molto professionale, educato e disponibile. Ci torneremo perché il posto ci piace ma Viste le potenzialità, mi sembrava giusto fare questi appunti.
