28/06/2025: Too bad. We had been there two years ago and had eaten a memorable risotto. The same dish, tonight, was something else entirely. Even the so-called cutting board was below average for what you can taste in the area. Too bad, really.

22/06/2025: I stayed here for one night, I can't say much, comfortable rooms, dinner maybe I found it a bad day, I expected more, excellent and abundant breakfast, impeccable service.

29/06/2025: I happened upon this restaurant by chance with Google, I found good food and abundant dishes and I liked that it does not only offer tourist or local dishes, the only flaw is the service. Disorganized guys and a nervous owner... there was no relaxed atmosphere. Even if they were kind to us at the table, but I don't like to see discussions in the room. The panoramic view is breathtaking but the place would need a refresh and an identity inside The price is a bit too expensive compared to the service Rating 6

24/05/2025: Pranzo con i cugini in questo locale sabato 24 Maggio ; locale pieno per un “novantesimo” più altri tavoli e quindi molto ‘rumoroso ‘ . Però arrivati i pici al ragù di chianina tutto è passato in secondo ordine: pici da urlo , porzione decisamente abbondante e super conditi di ragù. Di secondo una tagliata molto tenera e saporita ( magari un po’ piccola ) e patate fritte. Tiramisù deludente , poco inzuppato e crema ‘ piatta ‘ . Caffè molto buono . Servizio in sala e in cucina molto efficiente, tre camerieri per un centinaio di persone molto svegli e gentili . Conto onesto , ;0 euro a persona . Ottimo per gustare specialità della zona

24/07/2025: Siamo statuses of the Antico Uliveto a Querceta, per dieci giorni a partire dal 5 luglio. Abbiamo alloggiato the piano superiore in a spacious apartment with three camere da letto, due bagni, a soggiorno, a kitchen and a grande terrazza. L’Antico Uliveto is a ristorante that offers cucina Italiana raffinata di livello stellato. Accanto, always in a suggestive world with alberi secolari (alcuni hanno oltre 300 anni) della varietà Quercetano, si trova il Pozzetto Chill Out, a bar all'aperto with snack sfiziosi, cocktail, ottimi wine e altre bevande - with musica dal vivo orgni venerdì sera. The apartment is arranged in Italian style: simple, functional. Come già segnalato in oldre reviews, the edificio si trova direttamente sulla strada, quindi nella camera da letto principale al mattino (verso le 6:00) può esserci a po’ di rumore. Per il resto, it is still perfect in order. The package is completely attrezzato, pulito alla perfect as nostro arrivo, with letti già pronti e asciugamani sufficienti nei due bagni per quattro persone. The connection to Wi-Fi is free (fondamentale per i nostri ragazzi!) and a comodo parcheggio tra gli ulivi. During the night the cancellation of the ingress is possible, with the car in safety. It arrives with the new machine, but it also has the ideal position for school trips to Pisa, Livorno or Firenze. Le Spiagge di Forte dei Marmi is about 1 minute away in the car: it is possible to add ombrelloni and lettini pressure to one of the numbered bags. Alternatively, you can see the other side of Carrara and access a public spiagin. The padrona di casa, Cristina, is a very gentle and attentive person, who is available to her children - also comes from her staff (and salutes affettuoso to Nicola!). Ci siamo sentiti semper ben accolti e a nostro agio. Se torneremo in zona, non Mancheremo di fare di nuovo tappa all'Antico Uliveto da Cristina. We stayed at the Antico Uliveto in Querceta for ten days starting on July 5th. We rented a spacious apartment on the upper floor – with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large terrace. The Antico Uliveto itself is a restaurant serving fine Italian cuisine at Michelin-star level. Directly adjacent, in the idyllic olive grove, some of which are over 300 years old, is the open-air bar Il Pozzetto Chill Out. It serves delicious snacks, cocktails, good wines, and other drinks – often accompanied by live music on Friday evenings. The apartment's furnishings are typically Italian: simple but functional. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is directly on a road – so it can get a bit noisy in the master bedroom from around 6 a.m. onwards. Otherwise, everything you need was there. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean upon our arrival. All beds were freshly made, and both bathrooms had enough bath and hand towels for four people. Free Wi-Fi (important for our boys!) is available, as is ample parking among the olive trees. The entrance gate is closed at night to ensure the car is safely parked. Since we arrived with our own car, the location was ideal for us: a perfect starting point for day trips to Pisa, Livorno, or Florence. The beach at Forte dei Marmi is only about ten minutes away – you can rent loungers and umbrellas at one of the many beach resorts there. Alternatively, you can continue towards Carrara to one of the public beaches. The hostess Christina is exceptionally warm and always strives to be there for her guests – the same goes for her entire team (best wishes to Nicola!). We felt completely at home and well looked after. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by Christina's Antico Uliveto.

15/06/2025: Ci eravamo venuti più volte a cena e siamo stati sempre benissimo. La sala con il camino in inverno è qualcosa di magico. Così abbiamo deciso di festeggiare qua il battesimo di nostro figlio oggi. Il salone grande è stupendo . Prezzi ottimi e soprattutto cibo ottimo e servizio gentilissimo . Solo ieri ci han fatto il piacere di togliere 5 persone all'ultimo . Buonissimo il risotto agli asparagi,i tortelli burrata e pomodorini e tutto il resto . Ottimo il dolce. Staff gentilissimo. 30/05/2025: Great restaurant. I celebrated my birthday here and they reserved a room just for us. Super kind and super attentive staff, the water, wine and bread were replaced every time we needed them without having to call them ourselves. Very good and plentiful food. A beautiful memory of my 25 years.❤️

01/06/2025: Simply lovely, arrived without a booking while Nonna Tina seemed to have hosted a bday for a full family. No problems at all we were seated on the terrace and treated a full menu for a very fair price with very friendly service. Good food, people, wine and atmosphere

08/07/2025: It's like stepping back in time; this inn is still in the '80s, and it's a bit like visiting your grandparents' house. The atmosphere is immaculate and the furnishings are antique. The view of the hill is breathtaking. The food is divine! The ravioli are enormous and filled with a generous amount of ingredients, delicious! And the wild boar stew is truly spectacular! Highly recommended.

17/07/2025: Il "Baccanale" è sempre una garanzia! Qualità e ricercatezza del prodotto, cura e presentazione dei piatti. Invitata ad una cena di compleanno, menù superlativo di pesce: a partire da ostriche e crudo eccellenti, un antipasto di polpo delizioso e morbidissimo, un primo superlativo di ravioli di pesce di cui avrei fatto con piacere il bis e ricciola come secondo . Non poteva mancare la torta di festeggiamento! Davvero una cena di alto livello e complimenti al proprietario Costantino, che nel tempo ha trasformato questo locale, portandolo a livelli competitivi di alta qualità .
