26/05/2025: Le vecchie trattorie proponevano una cucina del territorio fatta con prodotti giusti, con un ricco condimento e sapori decisi che ti esplodono in bocca e che ti spingono a finire il piatto abbondante che ti viene servito. L’osteria Le Panzanelle appartiene a questo genere ormai in estinzione con porzioni generose, sapori intensi, prezzi ragionevoli, personale giovane e professionale, carta dei vini molto ampia con una particolare attenzione ai vini del Chianti classico (io ho preso un interessante valdellecorti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo). Mi sono piaciuti molto gli stracci di pesticcia (un ricco sugo con salsiccia e funghi) e soprattutto il peposo di guancia, fatto con carne tenerissima e con una salsa non troppo piccante e lucida come sono le salse di qualità.

Piatti ottimi e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Il ristorante si trova in posizione panoramica, adiacente alla basilica francescana di San Lucchese e vicino alla Fortezza.

14/06/2025: Steak was not good. Antipasto was great. Waiter was extremely pushy and price pointed us on everything from wine to the steak and ordered us too many appetizers. Felt like we were being sold instead of enjoying dinner.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere was electric, warm, and full of joy, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service and energy of two incredible staff members: Osas and Mustafa. Osas, our server, was an absolute gem — full of life, funny, kind, and incredibly attentive. He made the whole dining experience so much fun, making us laugh, suggesting the best pizzas, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He treated us not just as customers, but as old friends. His vibe alone makes you want to come back again and again. Then there’s Mustafa, the master behind the pizzas — and let me just say, he’s an artist. You can see the passion he puts into every pizza, and the results are mind-blowing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and every bite makes you want to cry tears of joy. Watching him work the oven is like watching a maestro conduct a symphony. Together, Osas and Mustafa made this more than just dinner — it was an experience. 12/06/2025: Some of the best food I had an Italy. It is a local spot recommended by someone who made me really good food at another market. He said there are only a few places he eats and this is one of them. After going, I can see why. The lamb was really good, the Ravioli was AMAZING. It seems like a normal restaurant but trust me, you need to stop by.

17/06/2025: Historic place on the hills of Scarperia, owner (Paolo) kind and easy-going. The peculiarity is that you sit down and the appetizers are already served, they are not for all mouths let's say, nice strong but they are part of the peculiarity of the place and are still excellent. The Fiorentina is of superlative quality and very soft. The final desserts were the bomb, as well as its 95 degree digestive that makes you forget you ate heavy. Definitely a place to try, I recommend it because you hardly find taverns like this anymore!

15/06/2025: Exceptional Fiorentina cooked to perfection but I should make some notes… The appetizers were too abundant.. we appreciated the generosity obviously but the quantity unfortunately prevents you from fully enjoying the meat because you are already full. I would improve the quality of the latter by reducing the quantity. Good cracklings and cheeses, the rest in my opinion could have been avoided… excellent house wine. The chocolate and cream cake was delicious. A final note of criticism: it was really too hot in the room and the window was closed.. The owner was very friendly and available to give all the necessary information
