17/10/2025: A classic pub, unfortunately not my cup of tea. Too chaotic. Good beer.

10/10/2025: The pub is warm, welcoming, and conveniently located. For sports fans, it's a convenient place to watch international football matches. Their beer selection is vast and will satisfy a wide range of palates. The cuisine is simple but tasty. The burgers and fried foods are the mainstays. I recommend it.

10/11/2025: Last Sunday, I went to this restaurant in Aboca for lunch with my friends after a trek. A well-kept place, young staff, and a nice menu. Excellent service from two attractive young women. If I may offer a piece of advice, in such a large, rustic, and beautiful room, installing an electric heater is not only pointless, but also an eyesore—a real shame. You'd need to invest a bit of money into a nice wood-burning stove, perhaps a cast iron one with copper pipes. Besides making the room much more beautiful and welcoming, it would also heat the very cold environment for those sitting down to eat. That said, I'd recommend this place, but not in the winter.

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

21/10/2025: The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Sanctuary of La Verna and exploring the many surrounding trails. The owners are very kind and professional, and the food deserves a special mention...truly excellent! With traditional local recipes prepared the way they used to be! Truly exceptional. Well done!

20/10/2025: I only drank at the bar because I was passing through La Verna. The coffee was decent, and the lady at the counter was very kind.

08/11/2025: The location is good, but the hotel itself is quite average. The breakfast, however, was good. The rooms are old and not clean. In my room, one of the towels was dirty, and there was someone else's hair on the chair. You cannot open the windows and there is no daylight in the room. Some rooms don't have windows at all. The views from the roof terrace are lovely, and it's great to enjoy an aperitif or breakfast there. But to be hoonest the price is too high for this place.

10/10/2025: Objectively good, truly top-notch. Once upon a time, we'd say "let's go get a pizza," meaning something quick, simple, and without any major surprises. Things have changed, and Lo Spela perfectly embodies this shift. Very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

08/10/2025: A place with meticulous attention to detail, from the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the excellent quality of the ingredients, to the genuine customer service. I tried La Piegata de lo Spela, an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors: spicy and tangy homemade pork prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and confit cherry tomatoes. The "Tagliate in wedges" (a sliced ​​pizza) are also highly recommended, a perfect option for those who like to sample multiple flavors without having to limit themselves to just one pizza. The selection of craft beers is also very well-curated, as are the desserts, perfect for ending the evening on a high note. A place where you can truly feel the passion for what they do and the food is excellent—highly recommended.

04/09/2025: We ate at La Griglia sul Mare twice during our stay in Lido di Camaiore. Highly recommended! Excellent food, exceptional flavor, both the seafood and the pizza! The staff was excellent, fast, and friendly. If you find yourself in Lido di Camaiore, you can't miss eating there!

08/11/2025: The food was excellent. We arrived around noon and shortly after tables filled. 3 large parties. Our server was so nice, we never felt neglected. The house white wine was great. A perfect match with our lunch. We would return tomorrow but they are closed on Sunday.

28/09/2025: We came here on the first day of our holiday which was so lucky as it meant we could return. The bread you’re given on arrival is out of this world. We had an amazing time, everyone felt comfortable and there were plenty of options for everyone. Our favourites were the gnocchi with courgette and scampi, and the Sea Bass. Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped make our visits so memorable. We will return again one day 🥰
