21/06/2025: The best dishes I've ever eaten in my life. The quality of the products and the chef's experience are evident. We tried different dishes and all were unforgettable, a true Tuscan symphony served with elegance and passion (I've uploaded photos for you to see). But the most striking thing is the flavor: authentic, intense, and with a distinct identity. My recommendation: don't leave without trying the chocolate cinghiale, the Siglia buglione, the tagliatelle with rabbit ragù, the gnocchi, and, without a doubt, my favorite dessert: the ricotta mousse. The service was warm, professional, and friendly. The ambiance of the place makes you feel at home. Also worth mentioning is the extensive wine selection. The waitress, who is also a sommelier, recommended two excellent wines, perfectly suited to what we ate. If you're in Tuscany, this restaurant is a must-see. I will definitely return 🤤😍

18/06/2025: I have known this restaurant since 1997 and I have often left Rome to eat in this very welcoming restaurant where the quality of the food is excellent and the kindness and professionalism of the owners and the entire staff are always a treat but above all a certainty. I highly recommend trying the cuisine and the magic of this place which for me is one of the few certainties in my life.

25/04/2025: Excellent lunch, food and service. The handmade tortelli and spaghetti with arselle (small clams) were superb. The salt covered baked fish was also top quality. My son is a celiac and he had a perfectly cooked seafood risotto, and GF tiramisu. I appreciated the elegant atmosphere and the competent, attentive staff, who kindly let my dogs sit under the table. These are the sort of "old-school" restaurants in Italy that are worth visiting when you want a special meal. You don't need to chase the Michelin stars!

15/06/2025: We ate on the veranda in the middle of the greenery. Located on the hills of Tizzana from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. The dishes are all made to order and special. All very good. The gnudi with herbs are very delicate. Also the various second courses that were taken, the Chianina medallion and the low-temperature porchetta, very very good.... For dessert I took fiordilatte with homemade bitter orange compote, very good..... Only flaw... But they write it directly on the menu, long waiting times, 40/50 minutes between the dishes, since they are all made to order..... So be patient.. The experience is worth the long times. Fair price, just under 50 euros per person....

01/06/2025: Some dishes were excellent, others less so....I was disappointed by the cod and the porchetta, a little too dry and salty... We will return to try the first courses that we did not try..

05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate. Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata. Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare. Peccato

02/06/2025: Dinner on the way back from the sea in a welcoming place, outdoors. We ate well, the cost was perhaps a little high but not excessively so. Very good first courses and also the cod. I expected more from the desserts, the pistachio crème brulle’ was very sweet and the portion a little small. The overall rating is good though
