06/03/2026: Amazing experience at iO. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish had incredible flavor and you could tell a lot of thought went into how each course was prepared and presented. The service was also exceptional. David, my waiter, took time to explain each dish in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable and helped me appreciate every ingredient behind the food. I highly recommend for a date night or going solo if you are a food lover.

24/02/2026: Very modern and ambitious. The restaurant, with its limited number of tables, is rather quiet and not at all like a typical trattoria, which would be loud and cramped – it's something very special with a fresh, modern concept. The menu is high-quality and, with its à la carte option OR the choice of a 4/5/6-course set menu, is definitely for those who appreciate flavor. Enjoyable, incredibly delicious, and unique – reservations are absolutely essential.

30/12/2025: We went for lunch. I must say, the selection was truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. The menu was traditional yet contemporary. We had cacciucchino crostini, which were tasty and delicate. The octopus on mashed potatoes was incredibly soft and delicious. The octopus spaghetti with olives was delicious, and the scampi ravioli garnished with shrimp and squid and chopped black olives. The bisque was amazing, and the bisque made all the difference. We also had two glasses of fragrant Terricciola Vermentino. Compliments to the kitchen and management. Price in line with what we ordered, about €40 per person. Definitely recommended.

02/03/2026: I dined at Osteria di Passignano in September 2025, and it was a magical evening. The atmosphere amidst the vineyards and the abbey is truly unique. The service was impeccable: attentive, precise, and made me feel at ease. Special praise goes to the sommelier for his exceptional wine pairing, which elevated every single dish. A perfect combination of flavors and courtesy.

28/02/2026: The Osteria di Passignano was a fantastic surprise. Imagine hungry travelers on the Via Francigena at the end of the day. You enter this ancient medieval building near a monastery and you're already feeling peckish. The service, food, and atmosphere are impeccable. For a restaurant of this caliber, the price is excellent.

29/01/2026: We had lunch on Sunday, January 25th with friends. Excellent appetizers and first courses, as well as desserts served with moka pot coffee. The service was also good, and the prices were average. A small point about the slightly uncomfortable bench seating. Highly recommended.

02/02/2026: A small, romantic village with a unique charm, nestled in the tranquil Tuscan countryside and offering all the comforts (pool, spa, restaurant, etc.), ideal for a relaxing stay, with excellent food and culture in the area (Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, etc.). Apartments for 2 to 6 people, all in small, independent farmhouses, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast. The owners and staff are very friendly and make your stay a pleasant one.

27/01/2026: We discovered this wonderful location thanks to a birthday present... And it was a wonderful discovery! A beautiful and idyllic place, ideal for an escape from the chaos of the city. The welcome was so warm and friendly that it made us feel at home. The restaurant was well-kept and the food excellent. Highly recommended, highly recommended... I hope to return soon.

27/11/2025: The best Gelateria in Siena with authentic and delicious flavours. Staff were welcoming and were willing to practice Italian with us. We returned 3 days in a row if that is any indication of the quality of this Gelateria!

23/02/2026: I've been to Intervallo Restaurant and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The waitresses are truly lovely and kind, always smiling and attentive to their customers. The service was quick and professional. The food? Truly excellent! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dishes. Sincere compliments to the chef and the cooks for their great work in the kitchen 👏 I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in Grosseto!

08/11/2025: We ordered two sandwiches. One vegetarian and one with lampredotto. Both were delicious, and we waited less than ten minutes for them. Recommended.

05/11/2025: Being in Lucca for several days, for my daughter wedding. Looking for the best lampredotto sandwich available, unfortunately not available at Fiaschetto, because they were out for the day, and preparing antipasti for a... wedding the next day! Fortunately for me, the same weeding that we were! :D Sooo, they brought me one lampredotto at the wedding! Excellent taste, excellent service level, I would warmly recommend Fiaschetto

20/02/2026: A sublime experience, with dishes that are true works of art. The atmosphere is elegant and refined. The service is impeccable and professional, with truly remarkable customer care. Start the experience with a bubble wrap to pop and relax, and end with a tiramisu encased in a cigar. An experience to repeat!

16/03/2026: We loved our time at this restaurant. We had the 5-course menu! It was incredibly generous! The staff also gave excellent wine recommendations (and not just the most expensive ones)! I highly recommend it.

06/03/2026: The menu has changed from what "google photos" has, so better to double check before coming. However, service was amazing and restaurant made the best to adjust to what we wanted. We got 2 tasting menus. Food was really good, not wow effect, but good. If you look for fine dining this is worth trying with budget 100+ per person.

21/02/2026: This is an exceptional restaurant! By far, the best dinner we had during our 2 week Italy road trip. Intimate, friendly restaurant with phenomenal food. Husband and wife team - charming Julia, front of house and friendly chef Gabriel was a winning partnership. The fusion cooking, Italian with Asian influence and heavy seafood bias was very welcome in meat heavy Tuscany! The scallops starter was outstanding - beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Pasta with cuttlefish was simply divine and the sea bass main course was delicious. We really appreciated Julia's wine recommendations, as a sommelier she listened to our preferences and found us a perfect Chianti and gorgeous rosé. This was our favourite dinner in Italy and exceptional value too! Thank you both, we will be back!

21/01/2026: The best restaurant in Lucca, hands down. A classy welcome, they greet you with focaccia and their own olive oil, a culinary journey that perfectly reflects the chef's journey through Asia. At the end of each course, the super-kind waitress asked how we were doing and how we liked the dishes. Speechless. The restaurant is small and very welcoming, with an elegant yet friendly atmosphere. At the end of the evening, the chef came into the dining room, and I couldn't help but congratulate him and ask for the fish soup. SPECTACULAR, PLEASE TRY IT. The price is worth it, and in fact... the only time I think I could say that, I would have paid even more and not complained. I will definitely be back.
