29/07/2025: My family loved our experience at this restaurant. Gabriele is an exceptionally kind host and was very patient with the limited Italian I know. My family agreed it was the best food they've ever eaten on vacation. My stay in Italy lasted much longer because I had studied art in Rome, and this was also far superior to the food I ate there, among the best we've ever tasted. We dined here twice during our short stay in Florence, and it was exceptional both times! Comic book fans, also look out for the Wolverine and Tintin decorations! :)

24/06/2025: What an experience. Food, amazing! Service, amazing! Price, amazing. We had asked in a juweler-store in San Gimignano where it would be best to eat. It should be good italian food, not to touristy, not to high-class. They immediately recommended this restaurant. And what a treat it was!!! Extremely, extremely high quality and sitting outside in the yard; it felt like sitting at a friend's garden. If you want a real experience in San Gimignano; go here for dinner. It is an absolute joy!!

Intimate and refined atmosphere, quality raw materials and expertly prepared that give life to dishes with very successful creative combinations. Attentive, friendly and professional service. Very interesting wine list, we drank a good Vermentino di toscana. Really good

22/07/2025: Incredible modern Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist. If you’re tired of eating at the same trattoria and up for some adventure, I suggest trying this place. It’s been on the Michelin guide, but the food tastes like a Michelin restaurant.

10/07/2025: Fue maravilloso sentarse afuera y observar a la gente. Comida deliciosa, buena selección de vinos, buen ambiente, el servicio fue simplemente maravilloso: ¡gracias Carlo! Si vas en coche, hay un aparcamiento justo al lado del restaurante, tienes que tener cuidado de no pasar por una zona ZTL. Muy recomendable.

Hace una gran diferencia cuando eres turista. Tomé el sándwich de oretore que mi hermano tomó el salami picante. Copa de vino cada uno. € 16 total. La calidad de los ingredientes es increíble.

12/07/2025: We were very gladly surprised by this restaurant. We went there because we needed to be near our church where we have booked tickets for a classical music concert. So we were taking our chances with this restaurant because there was no recommendation and we only did it based on Google reviews. The location is relatively close to ponte Veccio and super easy to access walking or with a cab. The process of making a reservation was super easy on Google maps. We were greeted by the chef with some feta and watermelon and also some broccolini with puffed rice, which was fantastic. For dinner my wife had the amberjack, I had the pork fillet and my daughter had the shrimp Tagliolono. Our favorite dishes were the pasta and the pork. Super strong tastes with a lot of personality. I felt the amberjack was a little bit weak, but that is normal because I was having a very potent dish. The waiters were great with all the food intolerances our group had. We will certainly be recommend this place through friends and family who happen to be in Florence.

04/08/2025: Locale preso in gestione da una meravigliosa coppia! Disponibile e gentile il personale. Servizio impeccabile e ambiente ben curato. Qualità della schiacciata, ma soprattutto del vino insuperabile. Perfetto per un aperitivo, una merenda e per sorseggiare un buonissimo calice nel centro di Firenze.

13/07/2025: Wow, what a great find! We stumbled upon this restaurant because it was very close to the agriturismo where we were staying. I found the phone # here and was able to make a resy via WhatsApp (the night before we had been turned away as they were totally full). We ordered the pesto pasta, the lemon chicken, and a side of green beans and shared. Simply delicious! Something told us we should splurge and have the homemade Tiramisu. Our instincts were spot on! It was the best Tiramisu we have ever had! We enjoyed the meal so much we can back the next day for lunch! This time I had the pici with pork ragu and my wife had the lasagna. Each was fantastic! And of course we had to have the Tiramisu (again). Did I mention how gracious the owner is? Five stars all around. The little town of Bibbiano is very lucky to have this restaurant. Reservations recommended.

11/07/2025: We went to dinner last night with a friend from Siena. We were so pleased, everything tasted great, the desserts were delicious, like the rabbit, the pici cacio e pepe (a type of pasta made with cheese and pepper, which not everyone knows how to make), and everything else. The owners are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. If you go eat at Bibbio, you won't regret it. See you next year!!!!!!

07/06/2025: Had dinner for New Year's Eve, warm and familiar atmosphere. Ate very well with truly excellent dishes. Exceptional stewed snails. Excellent desserts. The tavern is located in the countryside near Sarteano in a wonderful place, one more reason to return in spring/summer to enjoy the landscape.
