16/07/2024: Second time here. We love it!! Gabriele is the owner, waiter, sometimes cook, will take care of you like family. His recommendations are always spot on. Traditional Italian family food. Very intimate setting, with the coolest soundtrack! This is not a place an influencer or their followers will make it to. Time and effort is spent on the food and making the visitor feel welcome. Come here to experience Florence the city not the tourist attraction!

10/07/2024: In the midst of a city of with a culinary tradition that spans from the classic to the touristy, B.O.r.G.O. was a world-class gastronomic experience in a comfortable and casual setting. Chef Gabriele is a master at using the finest ingredients and Italian cooking sensibility to create innovative but approachable food. We received personal attention from Gabriele himself and could not asked for a better evening. His modest but well-curated wine list and cheese selection were the icing on the cake. Eat here now, as we will not be shocked if Gabriele's name begins to be mentioned next to other great modern Itlaian chefs like Massimo Bottura.

19/08/2024: One of the best campsites in Italy 🇮🇹. The owners are extremely nice and polite. The place has a very nice view and the pizza is not only very affordable but also very tasty. The beer produced here is just amazing. A lot of very interesting activities can be done here, like truffle hunting, horse riding, trekking and others. I would 1000% come back to this place whenever I will be in Italy. Thank you for an amazing service 🥰.

23/08/2024: Returning from a busy day visiting the city, looking for a quiet place we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance.........what can I say, everything was good, the portions were generous, not to mention the warm welcome, I highly recommend making a visit this restaurant.

22/08/2024: My meal was very good (eggplant and meatballs), but unfortunately, the spaghetti my friend had was a bit too salty. The atmosphere isn’t particularly romantic, but the host is very kind and funny. The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, so there aren’t many tourists around - which is a plus.

21/08/2024: We discovered this tavern while walking around the town. We are not vegans, but we left our hearts in this restaurant. Any of their dishes exudes love and research into excellent raw materials. A dish that I will remember for a lifetime is Turmeric Tagliatelle with Lentil Ragout. Top top top

His dishes could definitely become a Michelin restaurant! Perfect, definitely highly recommended to everyone! I ordered a five-course experience meal, and now I only have the appetizer. I can't help but write a review for this restaurant. This is the first time in my life! perfect!! Mama Mia!!

27/07/2024: La Gallina d'Oro in Volterra is a place worth a visit, especially for cured meat lovers. The variety offered is excellent, with high quality products that satisfy even the most demanding palates. The welcoming atmosphere is made even more pleasant by Cristian's friendliness who knows how to put customers at ease. Plus, the prices are fair, making the dining experience even more rewarding. A recommended place for those looking for authenticity and genuine flavours, with a service that makes you feel at home.

18/08/2024: The owner of the hotel recommended it and made a reservation, so I went there!! The portions are huge and delicious. The course comes out generously. The truffle pasta is delicious and the T-bone steak is soft and delicious. It's a course customized for Koreans, including dessert pudding and coffee :) And the price is much cheaper than other famous places, so it's good value for money! !!! Highly recommended ><

13/08/2024: Excellent starred restaurant. Nothing is left to chance, from service to cutlery, from dishes to wine pairings. Finally, a mention for the beautiful and well-kept location. A restaurant within everyone's reach both for the ingredients used, certainly of excellent quality and well treated but all very common, and because the combinations were not extreme. Finally, the price, which is not at all high, is worth what you get

09/08/2024: After many years in the area, this wonderful discovery a stone's throw from home. Romantic jewel on the terrace overlooking the vineyards, with an excellent wine list and a menu of both land and sea made to the highest standards by truly capable people and with first choice ingredients.
