13/04/2025: La comida, el ambiente y el servicio es todo perfecto. El anfitrión es muy servicial en sugerir platos y asegurarse de que todos están teniendo un buen tiempo. Mucho mejor que los muchos lugares turísticos que encontrará en otros lugares.

13/04/2025: Soy el único vegano en la familia, así que no elegimos un restaurante basado en plantas. Mientras disfrutaba de lo que parecía una deliciosa tempura de pollo y pasado con anchoas, compartimos un poco de cecina, con y sin la burrata, un sabroso ossobuco "falso", preparado con patatas y una salsa a base de plantas y yo comí lingüina con todo tipo de especias. Los desiertos no eran veganos pero morir por ellos. Amplia selección de vinos para maridar los platos y cervezas si te gustan (como a mí) los artesanales hechos en Italia

25/03/2025: Amazing experience. Do not miss! Husband and wife duo, that take care of you and your table in the highest regard. The chef brought out each course and explained them in detail. Every bite was flavorful! She even brought out a course of small bites on the house that were incredibly delicious. We got high class service with a smile.

22/02/2025: I ate at this restaurant in January on my birthday, and it was a happy choice. The dishes are prepared with care, between classic and originality, explained competently by the owner. I ate land dishes but the restaurant also offers fish-based dishes. When I return to Grosseto it will be my go-to place to try other dishes

25/03/2025: Delightful and knowledgeable service, creative cooking, excellent wines and great value for money. A real find in Florence. Every dish was interesting and beautifully presented. Unlikely combinations all worked, for instance the somewhat bizarre sounding savoury Japanese crème caramel as starter. A triumph. A refreshing alternative to standard Firenze trattorias. Superb!

22/03/2025: One of the best meals we had in Florence! Get 6 plates and customize to your liking. Cuttlefish & Fregula pasta as well as the smoked butter mackerel pasta entirely changed my perspective on what pasta could be. Also their olive oil w/ Itrana Olives is to die for, best olive oil we had all trip.

07/03/2025: Found it by chance and I must say that it was a pleasure to eat in this bar/restaurant, abundant and excellent homemade dishes, kind staff and attentive to customers, unfortunately I gave one star less to the environment because it needs to be revised. I will definitely return, oh I forgot, the prices? EXCELLENT.

22/03/2025: Locale molto carino. Si mangia molto bene. La proposta è basata su piatti tradizionali, rivisitati con apprezzabili intuizioni della giovanissima chef. Il valore aggiunto è il proprietario: discreto, premuroso e davvero ospitale. Ci si sente come a casa. Conto molto onesto.

01/03/2025: Esto es una necesidad para cenar, la comida es muy buena, el servicio es bueno y las chicas son todas amables. Max, que está al frente del restaurante es encantador y servicial, te aconsejará sobre los platos y vinos, y habla muy buen inglés. Volveremos este verano.

Fuori dal centro e dal tour turistico questa locanda agricola scalda il cuore... oggetti delle "vecchie" cucine, dipinti, colori ma soprattutto ottimi piatti con i prodotti del loro orto.. Vista bellissima, cortesia e prezzi giusti per qualità e originalità! Complimenti ragazzi! Da provare se nei dintorni di Montalcino sicuramente ritorneremo!

25/12/2024: Wir kommen jedes Jahr nach Montalcino und dann natürlich ins Locanda Demetra. Wir sind totale Fans. Wir haben jedesmal einen wunderschönen Abend mit unglaublich gutem Essen. Hier leben 3 junge Menschen ihren Traum und das merkt man in allem: dem Essen, der Freude Gäste zu bewirteten und natürlich das Ambiente. Es gibt nur an 3 Tagen in der Woche abends ein Menü, das nur geringfügig änderbar ist. Man muss sich sozusagen überraschen lassen - und das macht unglaublich Spaß. Hinzu kommt, dass nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Gästen pro Abend dort bewirtet werden. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Jeder Gang wird genau erklärt: Herkunft des Fleisches, das Gemüse und die Kräuter wachsen im eigenen Garten. Die Auswahl an Weinen von Winzern vor Ort ist sehr groß. Rundum ein MUST.

16/02/2025: Per San Valentino abbiamo scelto questa trattoria dove fare la nostra cena, con l’idea di mangiare carne 🥩, ma vedendo il menù scritto sul muro le scelte erano difficili ( perché mi sembrava tutto buono) e abbiamo optato per il pesce 🐟. Che dire ottimissimi i primi, il secondo e per finire il dolce. Nulla da invidiare a alcuni posti al Mare.Cucina super Casalinga e proprietario alla mano. Da ritornarci per provare la carne.

02/02/2025: Una stupenda domenica in famiglia trascorsa tra buon cibo, ottimo vino e atmosfera assolutamente familiare e accogliente. Marco porta a tavola non solo l’essenza e l’autenticità della Toscana ma soprattutto l’animo e il brio. Se volete mangiare come a casa e sentirvi a vostra agio, bambini compresi, questa taverna è la scelta migliore!

10/03/2025: We had dinner on Friday with our dog too. The place is very nice, it has a nice atmosphere. The food is truly exquisite (organic egg with truffle and asparagus, wow!!!) and the selection of wines is very appreciable. The icing on the cake, the service! We were welcomed very well, the girl who served us was very nice with her suggestions for dinner and not only by showing us very good places to go in search of typical products. We'll be back

22/01/2025: Intimate place therefore also suitable for a romantic dinner. The food is very good and the staff is very kind and friendly! I would say highly recommended!
