30/08/2025: A huge thank you Gabriel for this dinner. This was the best meal I have ever had in Italy. I always have a lot of expectations when coming to Italy. I researched restaurants for hours before coming to Florence. We travel for the food. And still, to our surprise, it was really really difficult to find good restaurants in Florence. Your restaurant is a gem, I would say almost like a miracle, and it was the best pasta and the most interesting meals we've ever had in Italy. We're really grateful your restaurant exists. Without it we would have left Florence disappointed. So please keep cooking! The pastas were perfectly cooked and the flavours were a wonderful discovery. I can still remember the taste! Your homemade bread was also very comforting. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious and just by looking at it (and all the food that night) we could tell this was going to be better than any tiramisu we had had before. It wasn't just a dinner, it was a gastronomy lesson! Which we will not forget. I believe your restaurant is a must when visiting Florence and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for your warm welcome and perfect hosting too.

25/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic lunch experience! We had the beef tartare, Grilled pigeon and Tiramisu. All dishes were the perfect portion size, each with a unique and exquisite taste. The staff were very friendly, attentive and really made the atmosphere relaxing, refined and such an enjoyable meal. I cannot recommend this ristorante enough!

18/09/2025: Food is delicious, Max the owner is a lovely person that you should meet. Starters red prawn carpaccio and beef carpaccio. Primo, truffle pasta and fusilloni with yellow tomatoes. Secondi: suckling pig and cod fish. All recommended highly. And the divine wine, Tenuta San Vincenti.

17/09/2025: Soul Kitchen is a slightly peculiar name for this restaurant in that it doesn't serve up nonna's vintage (a)typical Reggae Ragu recipes, but rather a set of very good fine dining-esque dishes with modern twists to those roots. Well presented, well cooked and well balanced; the chef obviously knows what he is doing & with such great ingredients to hand, it made for a delicious dinner. Great bread too. Personally, I would tweak the panna cotta slightly by grating the coconut & adding a vibrant zesty drizzle, but other than that there is little to fault.

22/07/2025: Incredible modern Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist. If you’re tired of eating at the same trattoria and up for some adventure, I suggest trying this place. It’s been on the Michelin guide, but the food tastes like a Michelin restaurant.

08/09/2025: The quality of the food and wine pairing was exceptional. Hard to fault the service, it was very welcoming. There was a really unfortunate incident with a cracked wine glass and being served sparkling water when I asked for still but the important things were great!

23/08/2025: Words are not enough to described wat we experienced, from the arrival to the departing was an another world experience, we tasted 4 wines with an entry, a mous bouche from the chef, two main courses and a desert to share and some sweet wine!! And it was out of this world...expensive but worth it

13/08/2025: Una volta giunti nella bellissima cornice del Borgo di Badia a Passignano, ed avendo gustato con gli occhi il paesaggio incantevole di manieri e vigneti, vi consiglio una pausa culinaria presso l'Osteria di Passignano dove gustare prelibati piatti toscani innaffiati da un buonissimo rosso del Chianti.

27/08/2025: Great place to eat classic Florentine sandwiches. Small but cozy, the waitress who served us was very pleasant, and, most importantly, the food was delicious. We ordered the Leonardo di Caprio and the Taylor Swift, and that same night Taylor Swift announced she was getting married. It was destined to be that sandwich. Joking aside, highly recommended.

26/08/2025: The best sandwiches I’ve eaten in Florence so far!!! A really good price and lovely calm atmosphere. The staff were super lovely as well, would definitely recommend!!!

12/09/2025: The restaurant is very nice. The restaurant manager's kindness is definitely a strong point. We were overall satisfied with the tasting menu we tried.

03/09/2025: We love trying Michelin-starred restaurants. I personally enjoyed all the courses on the tasting menu experience, except that the portions were small and there were four courses plus a dessert (too few for the €190 per person). The service was average, but since I understand Italian, two waiters were making fun of some tourists who didn't understand, and this didn't seem polite or professional on the part of the staff. The setting was certainly beautiful, but we didn't get to enjoy the view of the Arno because we were on the upper floor of the restaurant where there was a window and very little view. All in all, it was a positive experience; I had a good evening.

20/08/2025: Il Bufalo Trippone – A small gastronomic treasure in Florence In the heart of Florence, we discovered Il Bufalo Trippone, a small but charming wine bar that conquers from the first moment with its warmth and authenticity. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, perfect for enjoying a quiet break away from the tourist bustle. We tasted a selection of artisan cheeses and salami of excellent quality, served with care and knowledge. Each cut had its own character, and the combination of flavors recalled the essence of the most genuine Tuscany. To accompany it, we chose the house white wine, fresh, aromatic and with a fruity touch that paired perfectly with the cold cuts and cheeses. A highly recommended option to let yourself be carried away by the pleasure of the table. In short, Il Bufalo Trippone is one of those places that make you feel at home, where quality products and friendly treatment are the true protagonists. 23/08/2025: The best restaurant in the area with delicious, high-quality dishes. A special mention goes to the sommelier (Daniele), who is very knowledgeable and appreciated. The cellar is well-stocked with both local and international wines. The staff are friendly and provide efficient and fast service despite the unusual preparation of the dishes.

16/08/2025: Papaveri e Papere is a guarantee. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, even when it comes to wine selection. We had the seafood tasting, and every course was a harmony of flavors, everything was delicious; we were completely satisfied. I recommend reserving a table; it's very easy, even online.

29/08/2025: A ten! I'd never had panigacci before, and I hope to eat them again. The quality is truly top-notch. Delicious, healthy, and delicious. Their artisanal pickles are a dream. Even the bathroom is a delight.
