12/10/2025: I happened to be in Rosolini and decided to have dinner at this place.
The food was delicious; I had a tartare and a really good carpaccio.
The drinks were also top-notch, with a selection of over 50 gins, explained thoroughly by the excellent staff.
19/09/2025: The staff is super nice and helpful. Although they don't specialize in vegetarian food, they offered us many delicious options. The location is very authentic. All in all we liked it very much 😊

11/04/2026: An ideal place to rest after a rewarding day visiting the archaeological park. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all types of tourists (sometimes we're unbearable, to be honest). Prices are typical for these places, with a good margin!
07/04/2026: The price for non-alcoholic beer was listed as €5 on the menu. The waitress was indifferent, even unfriendly. Afterwards, they charged €6 for the beer plus a €1.20 service charge.

16/05/2026: We ordered the €25 platter to share between two people, and ended up paying for two €25 platters. They brought us mini portions of couscous, fava bean soup, chickpea soup, lasagna, and mixed focaccia, 20 minutes apart between each course. At some point, we left, and there was no sign of the platter. I'm perplexed.

01/05/2026: We were here during the off-season, so there was no outdoor seating. Inside, it was very basic, with tables covered in black tablecloths—not a very pleasant atmosphere. This didn't bother us, as we were only getting takeout pizza anyway.
BUT the pizza was excellent! The pizza maker/owner was very friendly! Everyone spoke good English! The waiter who took our order was friendly.
Highly recommended!

25/09/2025: Every day we get bored with fish! So we opted for meat... Surprise! Delicious meat, very well cooked, the well-seasoned potato wedges were super good, fast service. The outdoor setting on the square is nice, I'd say.

14/12/2025: Our usual motorcycle ride with friends and lunch at Agriturismo Monte Criscione, a charming property surrounded by greenery and citrus groves.
Even though they had warned us there was no room, they were very accommodating and managed to accommodate us.
Alessandro gave us a warm welcome, the rustic appetizers were plentiful and delicious, the first course excellent, and the second course very satisfying.
The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a genuine atmosphere.
The owner also shared an interesting and touching story of the restaurant.

10/04/2026: The beef skewers were delicious but the caponata was a small portion and the tomatoes in the caprese salad were unripe.
A negative impression was the charge for the cover charge while we didn't get the bread.

03/06/2026: I went here because it's away from everything, expecting peace and quiet. However, some party was going on one night.
Furthermore I booked a room with kitchen facilities. However, the kitchen was equipped with nothing and I was expected to fork out some extra €€ to get them. Also the pool towels come at and extra charge.
The facilities, pool and restaurant area are great.

12/10/2025: Among all the restaurants in Marzamemi specializing in seafood, this restaurant/trattoria stands out for its diverse offerings. You can also enjoy seafood dishes at prices comparable to the rest, but you can also enjoy good, traditional home cooking at trattoria prices.
19/09/2025: A simple, welcoming, and unfussy restaurant where you can taste the full flavor of the sea and the magic of Marzamemi. The fish is incredibly fresh and cooked with passion, just like they used to be. We ate wonderfully, with generous first courses, unforgettable fried anchovies, and not to mention the baked sea bream.
Sebastiano is always kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. The prices are fair for the quality offered; in short, a genuine place you'll gladly return to.

04/06/2026: A well-kept and welcoming restaurant with extremely friendly staff. Despite being centrally located, it's located on a quiet street.
We relied on the owner's advice when choosing our dishes, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The raw fish was excellent, while the pasta and desserts showcased traditional Sicilian ingredients with a modern twist, refined in both presentation and flavor. The eggplant dessert deserves a special mention: truly surprising and exceptional.
If you want to avoid the usual tourist traps and are looking for an authentic experience, characterized by quality, care, and refinement, this is the place to be.
