Having lunch or dinner at Arrusti e mangia is always a guarantee.. quality meat and fish.. and for those like me who like "crastuni" (snails) I absolutely recommend them, they cook them exceptionally 😋🤤...

For our main course, we chose snails in tomato sauce, which were truly excellent. We also had excellent grilled fish and sausage. Everything was freshly cooked.

Yesterday, I specially took some out-of-town friends to this trattoria, and almost all of us were satisfied. Inevitably, we compared the prices and quality of the dishes with similar establishments in their city, and I must say, in this regard too, the trattoria stood out (and it does so compared to other Syracuse restaurants, especially in terms of value). The customer service shown by the two owners is particularly commendable. We were seated immediately, so our reservation was honored (unfortunately, this doesn't happen at all restaurants). I didn't rate the ambience 5 stars only because it's a trattoria and not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Otherwise, it's definitely worthy. I hope it continues to be this way.

Historical restaurant two steps far from Ortigia, gorgeous selection of starters, famous for grilled food and probably the only one who serves the famous beef steak "fiorentina" of Chianina cow. Ideal for making a party with friends, if you know what I mean, like... Having tons of food and wine and having fun

We ate in this restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise. We tasted seafood and meat dishes. All very good and the prices were more than fair.

The place is really basic. The food is quite good, the service is attentive and friendly but very awkward. The restaurant is very down-to-earth and very busy, making it very loud and warm. We didn't feel comfortable.

The evening was magnificent. The staff was courteous, helpful, and ready to accommodate any request. The food was plentiful and authentic. The welcoming atmosphere made it possible to spend a pleasant evening in good company.

21/03/2026: Dinner for two: an appetizer and two fish main courses. The appetizer was a shame: a cold, lackluster, and lackluster mixed fried fish... but it's still a place worth a visit.
