27/08/2025: Thanks to the warm and perfect welcome from Francesca and all the staff, we had an unforgettable stay at Belvedere di Salina. Leni and the beach of the village of Rinella are the best starting point for visiting the island and the entire archipelago. The structure is the authentic result of a meticulous renovation of a small village, starting with the foresight of Pope Salvatore. An authentic experience (increasingly rare to find) of the traditions, flavors, and aromas of the Aeolian Islands. See you soon, Andrea and Giovanna.

24/08/2025: A wonderful discovery in Salina. The entire staff, led by Francesca, is superb. You're on vacation, but at the same time, you're part of Francesca's family, who welcomes you with extraordinary warmth. Nothing is left to chance. From the carefully designed accommodations to the incredibly generous breakfast with local and homemade products, to the immaculate cleanliness of the residence and the common and private spaces. Total relaxation immersed in nature, with a natural silence where you can truly listen to nature. They use local products, with great attention to those with food intolerances. Keep it up! 14/08/2025: Everything was delicious! From the side dishes to the first and second courses, The lasagna and baked pasta are especially worth trying! The spit-roasted chicken was also delicious! The owners, Maurizio and Maria, were also very kind. I'll be back every time I'm on vacation!

For those who want to try deliciously flavorful dishes, this is the place to be! I was blown away by the perfection of the dishes and the kindness of the chef, incredible!

25/09/2025: Il Castello is a wonderful place. The food was very good as well as the service. Even with the language barrier we had a great time. The location and view were amazing. The nighttime view of Novara was spectacular. We went a second time and were not disappointed. It is a trek walking up to the restaurant from town but it is worth it. Nice amount on the menu and good wines too.

20/09/2025: Must try at least once in your life!! We discovered this restaurant because we chose to experience the quad excursion, which we've already tried in other locations, but it's unmatched. The experience far exceeded all our expectations, starting with the welcome, helpfulness, and kindness of the owner and all the staff. The guide was fantastic, enriching the entire tour with explanations of local attractions and strategic photo stops. The aperitif at the end of the tour was truly a treat. Congratulations for everything⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/11/2025: Good Southern cuisine begins with spaghetti alla carrettiera... and I'd say we're on target! The swordfish rolls and marinated fish dishes are also excellent. The atmosphere is informal, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is prompt. I recommend it if you want to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine in a traditional restaurant.

31/10/2025: It was an evening with friends, and we were looking for a place to have dinner. We've passed by it a million times, and perhaps it would have been better to just keep going. We ordered two raw and cooked seafood appetizers (at least I expected the raw seafood to be edible, but the look of it didn't even look inviting, so I tried everything, and I can honestly say I was left hungry despite spending €35 for this dish). Two spaghetti with clams—taste? Absolutely "washed out"! I won't describe the other dishes, but I assure you, none of them reached a passing grade. The only noteworthy dish was the stockfish salad. The place, despite being overstocked, is clean. The staff was friendly. I usually write about value for money, but in this case I'll refrain from doing so. The quality was too low compared to what I could have eaten for the price I paid. Not recommended!

16/09/2025: For the feast of the Madonna of Tindari, a friend recommended me to try some gelato at this ice cream shop, and I must say, it was excellent. The place is small, but these guys are masters when it comes to gelato, with a wide variety of flavors, both gelato and granita. I even checked out the restroom, which was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Now, every year when I go to Tindari, I absolutely have to stop by. My compliments to the owners.
