18/10/2025: Isola dei Sapori is a lovely family-run restaurant managed by Luana and Gaetano. They serve the freshest seafood straight from the sea, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—a true symphony for the palate. The service is excellent, and Luana is exceptionally friendly and attentive, even entertaining our children with great creativity. As a grand finale, we enjoyed the homemade lava cake prepared by their daughter—a perfect ending to a wonderful meal and journey of flavours!

The location is brand new and spotlessly clean, with all the comforts you could need. Compliments also for the generous breakfast, and excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

05/08/2026: It was recommended to us by a local friend, spectacular location, on the hill right in front of the castle, well-kept garden and elegant, relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and friendly and friendly owners, we had delicious and abundant rustic appetizers, mixed grill and sliced meat, everything well served, beautifully plated but above all good!

12/07/2026: I had a truly fantastic experience at this pizzeria and trattoria. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, with a large garden that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant, especially on summer evenings.
The staff and waiters are super helpful, kind, and always attentive to their customers' needs, making you feel immediately at ease. A special thanks also to the owners, truly wonderful people who put passion and attention to every detail.
You can sense their love for their work and their attention to their customers. A place you'll gladly return to and one I recommend without hesitation. Kudos to the entire staff!

31/05/2026: Excellent food, and very friendly and helpful staff. Breathtaking view of the salt flats at dusk. We had a mixed antipasto, very good but a bit sparse for the price (we shared it). We then had a mixed fried fish dish, a decent size, but it was also a bit pricey. Another main course was the stuffed squid, also very good but a bit pricey. We spent a total of €83, including a glass of wine and water. A positive experience, but a bit pricey.

The menu is small, which isn't a bad thing—just the right amount, but everything is truly delicious, especially the fish. I always recommend asking for the catch of the day to avoid frozen products. I ordered the octopus, and it was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly, although I didn't think the portion size was adequate for the price (€18). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

19/04/2026: A wonderful, timeless place, where you want to let it pass by, losing yourself in a unique atmosphere. Authenticity is found in every detail: the courtesy of the staff, the excellent food, everything carefully prepared by them, in the background children playing happily on a manicured lawn, a true connection with nature! I think the best word to describe this magical place is welcoming, and it's not at all a given to feel so welcomed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

There's no point beating around the bush: you come here for Carletto's expertly crafted swordfish rolls.
05/04/2026: Carletto in Sant'Angela di Militello was a truly pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the service, and, of course, the food.
Among the dishes, the swordfish rolls stand out, a true house specialty: tender, flavorful, and grilled.
A delicacy truly worth trying.

02/08/2026: An absolute gem in Milazzo! We were staying at the hotel next door and the concierge recommended it for a seafood lunch. We were blown away with everything, especially the linguini vongole which we ate literally every bite of. Go here if you’re in Milazzo!
