24/03/2026: I’ve been to this small enoteca quite a few times. On this occasion, I had the Salomon hamburger. It’s a 200g scottona burger and they cook it perfectly. The outside has a nice char, almost crisp, and the inside is tender and full of flavor. It’s honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The seasoning is balanced and lets the quality of the meat come through. I’ve also tried other meat dishes here, and the quality is consistently top notch. I had it with a Barolo that matched the richness of the burger really well and made the whole experience even better. It’s run by a husband and wife, and they are genuinely warm and welcoming. You really feel that Sicilian hospitality when you walk in. The owner is a true sommelier, very passionate and knowledgeable, and happy to share what he knows. The place is small, simple, and authentic. I’d go back just for that burger. I already feel like going back again
