23/11/2025: We stayed in Giardini Naxos for 6 nights and ate here twice. I wish we had eaten here more. Fabulous food. Pastas & pizzas. Wonderful service and they went out of their way to cater to my fussy teenager. Such reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Not a bad restaurant. Excellent location, on a quiet street next to an archaeological park. Very good service. The food isn't bad, but it's still average.

05/05/2026: Amazing little restaurant tucked off the street. Amazing service with knowledgeable servers who are happy to explain all the dishes. We had a beautiful meal here and they even catered to our little boy who is only 11 months old. We especially loved the sea bass Sicilian style. Highly recommend!

17/04/2026: Had an excellent experience at Garden da Nino. The seafood (fish, shrimp, clams, and pasta with clams) was fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding—very attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended! The view in the afternoon was absolutely stunning and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

12/04/2026: At the recommendation of a friend, we visited this restaurant from Piazza Armerina. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with extreme professionalism and warmth by the owner and the entire staff, who were helpful and attentive. 😊 ​Trusting their advice, we enjoyed some very fresh fish appetizers and a truly exquisite seafood first course, excellent in both quality and quantity. We rounded off the meal with excellent wine, both sweet and bitter, feeling pleasantly pampered throughout the meal. 😊 ​A perfect combination of courtesy and fine cuisine. 25/12/2025: I received a Black and White cake from this pastry shop as a gift. The packaging was oddly glued together with staples, but nothing unusual. The surprise was inside, as the cake arrived without even a serving plate and was thrown haphazardly into the box without the slightest care. At least a stand could have been included.

07/05/2026: My partner and I went here for pizza. It was delicious, with thin and fluffy dough and high-quality ingredients. From the outdoor terrace, you can see the sea between the bars. We highly recommend it and will visit again on our next visit to Naxos :)

02/05/2026: One of the best restaurant we've visited during our 10-days vacation in Sicily. Food is excellent, price were really reasonable (prices much lower than in Taormina ) the beach is nearby. Menu really vast. If you stay in Taormina I encourage you to spend 1 day in Gardinia Naxos to visit parco Archeologico in Gardinia Naxos and then eat here!

21/03/2026: In a typical tourist area, this pizzeria stands out primarily because of its affordable prices. It's immediately clear that the focus isn't on tourists, but rather on offering simple, honest food. The ambiance is basic, with plastic chairs, but that's part of its charm. The pizza was perfectly fine. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely not the worst either—more like solid mid-range. Since I bake pizza as a hobby and use sourdough starter, I feel I can offer a fairly informed opinion. If I'm ever in the area again and my hotel is nearby, I would definitely stop by again.

17/03/2026: The pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered takeaway and it was ready in just 5–10 minutes, which was great. The place itself is very cozy and authentic, especially with the wood-fired stone oven. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely recommend and visit this place again 100%!

18/11/2025: A few Sundays ago, I forgot to review this little restaurant on the Giardini Naxos seafront, in the less crowded part of the town. My partner, our dog, and I sat at the outdoor tables, since the weather here still allowed it. We ordered seafood linguine and a sea bass main course, and the sight alone was spectacular. Everything was truly excellent, both in terms of the freshness of the ingredients and the balance of the salt. Of course, before leaving, we complimented the chef.

30/10/2025: Great food with seating out on the sea front as well as the square next to it with shade under the trees. Food was great. Good service. The only thing was ordering seafood pasta I would prefer I didn't have to spend 10 minutes deshelling I would prefer the chef do that rather than me.

26/04/2026: A typical Sicilian kiosk and bar, where the locals enjoy having an espresso or a refreshing drink and catching up for a while. The bartender is very friendly and attentive. There is an extensive selection of coffee, drinks, and sweets. Naturally, the espresso is brewed excellently, just strong enough and with a beautiful layer of foam. A lovely spot to refresh yourself and chat. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the local atmosphere!

The first thing to highlight is undoubtedly the staff: bartender DANILO is a guarantee, always professional and friendly, while MARISA is super helpful and attentive to every need, always making you feel at ease. It's the perfect place to spend the best Friday evenings, in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The food is also excellent, with a special mention for the pizza, truly delicious. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: I had the pleasure of spending an evening at Catà Music Bar Bistrot and can say without a doubt that it was a truly positive experience. The food is truly excellent, carefully prepared and full of flavor, perfect for both dinner and a quality aperitif. The atmosphere is made even more special by the music, always perfect and engaging, creating a pleasant and never boring atmosphere. A great strength is the staff: professional, welcoming, and always smiling. Special thanks to Danilo, Vincenzo, and Marisa, truly talented and attentive to every detail. 14/04/2026: A negative experience, unfortunately not an isolated one. At the first polite comment, the staff's reaction was disproportionate and unprofessional: heated tones and a complete inability to handle criticism. It's precisely in moments like these that the quality of service is measured. The point of the discussion was simple: after ordering wine by the glass, I was asked if it was okay, even if it was expensive, and only later did it emerge that the glass had been "poorly poured" by my colleagues, meaning it wasn't full, with a two-euro discount and no willingness to open a new bottle (an Etna red for around €80) "for me." An unclear dynamic, difficult to consider consistent with attentive service. Added to this is an even more unpleasant episode: after inquiring about a forgotten jacket, I was explicitly told that the reply was sent at 2 a.m. "on purpose" to disregard my rest (I swear, those exact words). It was accompanied by an invitation not to show up again and a heated argument over the 10-minute delay (the taxi was late, and we even let me know; the music evening started very late because the place was empty and no one told us). During the interaction, personal references were also made, such as "I know who you are, I know your parents," which were completely out of place and irrelevant to the context. I understand that managing multiple places can be challenging, but we've witnessed these scenes too often. Stress and the fact that you don't take days off cannot justify either angry attitudes or deliberately inappropriate behavior toward customers. A minimum level of professionalism should remain a constant, otherwise you should rest or seek professional help. This isn't the first time I've witnessed the owner make a scene toward customers and employees; it seems like a a little too much.

14/04/2026: We are the team of Villa Nadira. We went to Sottosopra with our host after hearing about it from her, and after she had recommended it to many guests. We’re not entirely sure what happened, but ordering a glass of wine turned out to be surprisingly complicated — lots of back and forth, with the waiter constantly coming and going. When we arrived, no one greeted us, and the waitress gave us an unfriendly look. So we ended up taking shots at the bar, as we were being ignored by the entire staff and didn’t even know where to sit. We waited in front of the kitchen. Eventually, we realized our table was downstairs. The live music night was nice, although the place was quite empty and they started very late. We’re not sure what happened later while paying the bill — at the time, we thought they were just joking around. One of us even played music and connected with the musicians, so overall there had been some genuinely nice moments. Two days later, we found out we were no longer welcome. Another staff member accompanied our host for clarification and told us that the waiter had said he would grab them by the hair and throw them out. A supposed manager justified the situation by saying that the owner never has days off. Avoid this place if you just want to have a good time without dealing with the staff’s anger.
