I celebrated my son Nicolò's 5th birthday on April 30th at the beautiful "Spazio Eventi Gioia" location, and I entrusted myself to Mr. Filippo and the entire catering staff. I personally thank you both for the delicious hot food for the children's party and for the excellent service provided by your entire team in the evening. I thank Mr. Filippo again for his attention to detail, courtesy, and helpfulness, which met our requests with great professionalism.

The restaurant, nestled within the evocative historic residence of Castello San Marco, is an architectural gem: elegant, refined, and perfectly in harmony with its surrounding historical context. The atmosphere is unique, transporting you on a journey through history, culture, and tradition. The cuisine is top-notch and represents the true essence of Sicily. The ingredients, strictly locally sourced and sourced directly from the castle's garden, are expertly enhanced by the chef, who flawlessly combines tradition and modernity. Each dish reflects the region, carefully following seasonality and showcasing authentic and genuine flavors. We greatly appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, and elegance of Mario and the entire dining room staff, who were always attentive and present without being intrusive. Service worthy of such a prestigious setting. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection ranging from Sicilian excellence to national and international labels. An experience that to call excellent is an understatement: everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the cuisine to the service, in a perfect balance that celebrates Sicily, its products, and its extraordinary gastronomic tradition. Highly recommended!

Ristorante "I Giardini di Villa Fago"

26/05/2026: We chose I Giardini di Villa Fago for our wedding and couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is simply enchanting: perfect for celebrating a civil ceremony in the villa's beautiful gardens and ideal for both an elegant outdoor buffet and a refined dinner indoors. Special thanks go to Stefania Gugliotta, an extraordinary professional who won us over from the first meeting with her professionalism, availability, friendliness, and ability to convey trust and tranquility. Organizing a wedding without a wedding planner can be challenging, but having an event coordinator of her caliber truly makes a difference and allows for greater peace of mind. Chef Gianluca Lizzio received unanimous compliments from all our guests, who were impressed not only by the quality and deliciousness of the dishes, but also by their aesthetic care and impeccable presentation. Furthermore, during the planning of the menu, both the chef and Stefania proved extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating our every need. A special mention also goes to maître Daniele, who accompanied us with great professionalism throughout the reception, coordinating every moment to perfection, with discretion, calm, and attention to detail. We recommend I Giardini di Villa Fago not only for the quality of their service, but also for the unique atmosphere they create. Furthermore, the villa and its gardens offer magnificent backdrops for unforgettable photographs between the ceremony and the opening of the buffet.
