The dough is excellent, but the filling ingredients are a little less so. I would have expected something more.
The prices are a bit high for a pinsa, but that's become standard in Rimini.

12/08/2026: What a fantastic find on Via Conte Ruggero. Every dish we tried was prepared with extreme care and quality ingredients.
The pasta, served on elegant black plates, was cooked to perfection. I especially loved the generous amount of chopped pistachios they used to garnish the dishes. A truly excellent culinary experience in Catania. We will definitely be back.

24/04/2026: We were on a road trip in Sicily and had dinner here. We had the best pizza of our entire vacation! We highly recommend this restaurant, whether you're craving pizza or a classic Italian meal with pasta and meat or fish. The service was very friendly, and you can speak Italian or English. We were even treated to a complimentary limoncello at the end. The restaurant is located right on the beach. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the location is perfect for a stroll along the shore.

19/05/2026: We had the most lovely meal at Il Carretto.
The service was so friendly, they were helpful with the menu in explaining the dishes including the specials.
The prices are very reasonable and the portions are decent.
We had eggplant meatballs for starters which were so tasty.
For mains I had the Spaghetti with muscles which had a great amount of muscles and a delicious flavour.
We did not have room for dessert but I’d be keen to go back to see what they offer!
Highly recommend this restaurant which is in a nice quiet location with beautiful views of the church tower up the alley way.

13/07/2026: What a wonderful find on Via Risorgimento. We dined here last night and were truly impressed by the quality of the ingredients.
The pizzas are excellent, with a beautifully airy crust and perfectly cooked. We loved the freshness of the olives and cherry tomatoes, which made everything exquisite. Even the dessert to finish, a dome garnished with a drizzle of chocolate and a dusting of cocoa, rounded out the evening beautifully. We'll definitely be back.

Exceptional pizzas with quality ingredients.
The gluten-free pizza is also excellent, with careful attention to cross-contamination.
Delicious desserts made in-house.
Highly recommended for excellent pizza.

17/07/2026: We were late getting back to Palermo after a beach day and craving pizza.... Google maps prescribed Pizzottando.
We ordered two of the simplest classic pizzas on the menu because thats what we fancied and let's face it there's nowhere to hide with a margheritta - if you can't do that well you're not doing anything well. Let me tell you that these guys do pizza very very well! Tonight's pizza's were probably the best we have had in Italy (including Napoli).
Very friendly staff and a great buzz about the place.

09/08/2026: What a great place for meat! Until now this is the best place we have had diner. Great and helpful people and very tasty dishes. As a starter we had gnocchi to share, very very good. Accompanied with some nice red house wine, we have some lamb shop's and a steak Florentine (t-bone). Both very well prepared! To top it off, we had the canolli with ricotta. The best we've had so far!

18/07/2026: Best food and Sicilian wine with the friendliest staff in the coolest well ventilated courtyard in Cefalu amidst an art gallery. We have been coming since 2017 multiple times in our 2 weeks and always look forward to coming back. The only thing I miss this year was the kitties next door who used to venture into the art installation and the olive and palm trees
