19/06/2025: We were at this restaurant last Saturday and I can only highly recommend it. The menu offers a wide selection of seafood dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. We ate two first courses (grouper ravioli in broth and coral spaghetti with red shrimp tartare) and both were excellent: authentic flavors, perfect cooking and careful presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive. The staff knows the dishes well and can advise with expertise.

02/07/2025: The dishes are not tasty, they have no pronounced taste I ordered a dish with swordfish - I didn't taste anything except raisins I expected much more from other people's comments

20/06/2025: Che dire…il cibo è ottimo e il titolare è gentile, simpatico e accogliente. Abbiamo pranzato più volte e tutto è al top. Pane cunzato eccezionale, tonno superlativo e granite fantastiche. Lo trovate a Lido Burrone o a Cala Rossa ma se siete a Favignana andateci, è come trovare un amico che non si vedeva da tempo e vi assicuro mangerete molto bene. Grazie Franco …. 28/05/2025: We spent an entire evening there, drinking, laughing and eating food that was so good, that it became our scale to compare other meals in Sicily to it :). The fish, the meats, the salads, the pasta, everything! The staff didn’t speak much English but our Italian was enough to communicate. But when it was too difficult to explain what a meal is, the waiter just told us to wait, went to the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a plate of meats and other ingredients and showed us which is which, while being so nice and funny, that we wanted to try everything 😂. We did have to wait quite a bit for everything and they did forget a few things (brought them later when we asked) but they had a few big groups and were taking care of everyone so it was understandable. They also did it in such a nice and friendly way that we didn’t mind. Every group spent their entire evening there so it’s not just your typical touristy order-eat-leave in an hour. You go there to spend the evening and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. You will have a great time and eat one of the best meals in your life 👌

02/07/2025: We had dinner with friends who know the place Beautiful evening.. Very good dinner.. Spectacular location in the evening with a postcard sunset! Excellent service.. Delicious dishes served.. Appetizers.. Mussels in soup.. Abundant and well-prepared first courses..! Recommended!

07/07/2025: A very good experience to start our stay at the foot of Mount Etna. The pizzas are varied, delicious, and plentiful. A very pleasant atmosphere made for a lovely evening. We will return to try the pasta.

16/07/2025: I had an amazing experience at Nicu Nicu Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish showcasing exceptional quality and flavour. The service was incredible—staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience all the more enjoyable. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the experience. Highly recommend this gem of a cafe!

01/07/2025: We ordered lasagna and it was very, very good. We got a little confused about the water; we wanted it still, but they brought it sparkling, but it was resolved. The lady was very attentive. I highly recommend it.

18/06/2025: Absolutely scandalous. The mussels in the mussel soup were cold while the sauce (not soup) was warm. This means the mussels were precooked and stored cold, instead of being prepared in the soup. I started getting a stuffy nose while eating the dish, which means I was reacting to histamines in the mussels, caused by long storage after cooking. The sardine balls were served fridge cold in a hot sauce, which was strange. The dish was probably microwaved - but not for long enough. I cancelled my pasta.

22/06/2025: We went to this place to try the famous xxl croissant. Everything was beyond expectations. Baked piping hot, minimum waiting time. Very good and with many creams for all tastes. Cost €12 but you can eat very well even in 4 or more.
